Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is important for both developed countries and developing countries. For developed countries, education is used as an effort to continue to improve the quality of life of its citizens. As for developing countries, education is implemented as an effort to catch up with them on the international stage so that they can be aligned with developed countries. But education in developed and developing countries is not without problems. Countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, which are classified as advanced also still have problems regarding education caused by several factors. Especially with a developing country. Keyword: Comparative analysis, Curriculum, Indonesian curriculum, Malaysian curriculum, Singapore curriculum.

Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan visi misi sekolah Islam yang berkualitas, Sekolah Dasar Plus Al-Ishlah berusaha melakukan berbagai langkah, salah satunya adalah di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia pendidikan. Hal ini dikarenakan guru menjadi tumpuan harapan dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan sistem analisis pekerjaan (job analisis) (2) Mendeskripsikan sistem perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang dikembangkan (3) Mendeskripsikan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh Sekolah Dasar Plus Al-Ishlah dalam proses perencanaan dan penentuan guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: (1) wawancara mendalam, (2) observasi dan (3) studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sistem analisis pekerjaan (job analysis) yang dikembangkan di Sekolah Dasar Plus Al-Ishlah adalah serangkaian proses yang sistematis (2) Sistem perencanaan sumber daya manusia pendidikan yang dikembangkan yaitu: menganalisis dan memperkirakan ketersediaan dan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia, merumuskan sasaran dan kebijakan sumber daya manusia guna memperoleh persetujuan pimpinan,dan pengawasan dan kontrol. (3) Hambatan-hambatan dalam sistem perencanaan sumber daya manusia pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Plus Al-Ishlah berupa hambatan dari dalam dan luar

Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an is not easy, but it is not something that is impossible. Introducing the Qur’an to students, teaching it to read, and memorizing it is the responsibility of a teacher. Teachers must have their own strategies in guiding and improving students' Quran memorization skills because the success of students in memorizing depends on the way or learning strategy applied by the teacher. Teachers must have their own strategies in guiding and improving students' Quran memorization skills because the success of students in memorizing depends on the way or learning strategy applied by the teacher. This research was conducted to determine the teacher's strategy in tahfidz learning at SD Plus Al Ishlah Bonbowoso. The type of research used in this study is case study research using a qualitative approach the research location is located at SD Plus Al Islah Bondowoso. Data collection techniques with observational interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis with data collection steps data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions or data verification. Based on the collected data, several data validity techniques are then taken through source triangulation, technical triangulation. The results showed that the strategy of Tahfidz teachers in increasing the absorption of memorization of the Qur'an of students at SD Plus Al-Ishlah Bondowoso includes teachers determining the strategy of memorizing the Qur'an, namely the guidance strategy which means that the teacher guides students individually starting from improving reading, adding memorization and evaluating previous memorization. In the application of this strategy, there are still obstacles in the form of differences in student absorption which affect the differences in student memorization achievements
