Abstract

Concern about the occurrence of learning loss in students due to the implementation of distance learning has become a common problem that has colored the history of education in the world in general and in Indonesia in particular during this covid-19 pandemic. While all educational institutions have not found a solution to anticipate the occurrence of learning loss in students during this pandemic, the majority of Islamic boarding schools remain firm in their stance to consistently carry out face-to-face learning. So in this study, we want to see how organizational behavior at the group level, namely the teacher council (asatidz), guardians of students, and students themselves in Islamic boarding schools face organizational behavior at the individual level, namely kyai as educational leaders in Islamic boarding schools. This research is categorized in the type of library research. The approach used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. All members of the Islamic boarding school respect the Kyai's decision and are willing to cooperate with him, realizing that the Kyai's request is consistent with their personal goals. And in fact, all members of the Islamic boarding school feel that their personal goal of anticipating learning loss by continuing to hold face-to-face learning is achieved through these activities. So this is what is meant by effective leadership by a Kyai.

Abstract

Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers states that "teachers are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, teacher certificates, are physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize the goals of national education, the competencies referred to include pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, professional competence.The four aspects cannot stand alone, but are interrelated and influence one another. It is not easy to master and apply it to learning. Therefore, teachers must always learn and try new things that support their own development, besides that individual abilities can develop through training, practice, group work, and independent learning The research focus in this thesis is: How are the teachers' efforts in improving pedagogical, personality, social and professional competence. This study aims to: describe the teacher's efforts to improve pedagogical, personality, social and professional competence a To obtain data, a qualitative research approach was used which was described descriptively by the method of observation, interview and documentation which would be analyzed using a qualitative descriptive reflective method. Teachers have carried ot teaching tasks which include teaching preparation, teaching process and carrying out duties as administrator properly, this can be seen in the making of lesson plans, implementing process learn and teach and carrying out evaluations effectively. Teacher personality competence . Efforts made to improve the social competence of teachers are following education and training in social fields, training themselves by participating in social activities both at school and in the community. Another social aspect can also be seen from the good relationship between teachers and teachers, employees, and the principal. Efforts made to improve professional competence include attending education and training, attending subject teacher meetings (MGMP), workshops, updating information related to subject matter and other activities that have contributed to increasing professional competence.

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan bertugas untuk menyelenggarakan proses pendidikan dan proses belajar mengajar dalam usaha untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Dalam hal ini kepala sekolah yang diberi tugas untuk memimpin sekolah dan bertanggung jawab atas tercapainya tujuan sekolah tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi kepimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan mutu madrasah dengan meningkatkan motivasi belajar para siswanya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenalogi yang terjadi di lapangan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tiga alur analisis yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswanya adalah dengan 3 cara: pertama, meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana atau fasilitas sekolah selama pembelajaran masa pandemi, seperti menambah jaringan wifi dan menambah jumlah komputer. Kedua, meningkatkan sumber daya guru dengan menfasilitasi dan memberikan pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh serta memberikan suntikan dana untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dilakukan secara mandiri oleh guru di rumah. Ketiga, mengembangkan potensi siswa di bidang IPTEK sebagai motivasi siswa untuk terus semangat belajar dan mengikuti proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan islam mempunyai cakupan yang sangat luas baik secara material maupun secara spiritual. Pendidikan islam tidak hanya melihat bahwa pendidikan sebagai upaya mencerdaskan semata melainkan sejalan dengan konsep islam tentang manusia dan hakikat eksistensinya. Bahkan pendidikan islam berupaya menumbuhkan pemahaman dan kesadaran bahwa manusia itu sama di depan Allah, perbedaannya adalah kadar ketaqwaannya sebagai bentuk perbedaan secara kualitatif. Akhirnya tujuan pendidikan islam adalah melahirkan manusia-manusia yang beriman dan berpengetahuan, dan saling menunjang satu sama lainnya. Jikalau tidak, dapat dinyatakan sebagai kebodohan baru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang peningkatan mutu kepemimpinan kontijensi melalui system kaderisasi dan model hubungan kepemimpinan dengan system kaderisasi. Penelitian ini berdasarkan penelitian kepustakaan (library research), metode yang digunakan merupakan metoda kualitatif dengan pendekatan teori dasar. Di peroleh hasil bahwa Kepemimpinan kontijensi merupakan model kepemimpinan yang dianggap efektif karena menyesuaikan dengan situasi. Adapun model hubungan kepemimpinan dan system kaderisasi merupakan keterkaitan antara karakteristik dan sifat pemimpin, lingkungan internal dan eksternal, karakteristik anggota/bawahan, perilaku pemimpin dan gaya, kepemimpinan yang efektif dan kaderisasi.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah suatu proses untuk memanusiakan manusia, penanaman nilai-nilai agama dalam setiap prosesnya suatu keharusan untuk mengimbangi dampak negatif dari arus globaliasi dan kemajuan IPTEK, tentu saja penanaman nilai-nilai agama tersebut harus dilakukan melalui pembiasaan-pembiasaan khususnya pembiasaan yang dilakukan diluar jam pelajaran PAI di sekolah. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui 1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di luar jam pelajaran dan 2) proses pengawasan pembelajaran PAI di luar jam pelajaran dalam rangka penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaandi SMK Bina Madina Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara tidak terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, mempresentasikan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di luar jam pelajaran diantaranya: doa bersama dan pembacaan surat-surat pendek (Ad-dhuha-An-nas) sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, mengedepankan budaya senyum dan salam sapa, shalat dhuha berjamaah, Shalat dzuhur berjamaah, doa dan dzikir selesai shalat, Sanhani (Santapan Rohani) dan pesantren ramadhan, 2) Pengawasan dilakukan dengan memberikan komentar terhadap perilaku yang ditampilkan siswa maupun memberikan contoh suatu perbuatan kepada siswa, dan memberlakukan sistem absensi yang telah di sediakan serta komunikasi yang intensif antara guru dengan orang tua/wali siswa siswa terkait perilaku siswa selama di sekolah.

Abstract

Neoplatonisme mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak kecil dalam perkembangan pemikiran filsafat maupun keagamaan, teruatama sekali yang menyangkut eksistensi Tuhan, alam dan manusia. Nurcholish Madjid sendiri pernah menyatakan bahwa Neoplatonisme merupakan salah satu pikiran Hellenik, diantara pikiran Hellenik lainnya, yang paling berpengaruh dalam sistem Filsafat Islam.[1]  Tokoh-tokoh filsafat Islam seperti al-Kindi, al-Farabi, dan ibn Shina, merupakan para pemikir yang tidak bisa lepas dari pengaruh Neoplatonisme. Bahkan banyak diantara para pemikir keagamaan, baik Kristen maupun Islam yang mempunyai hubungan dekat dengan pemikiran Neoplatonisme, terutama dalam masalah mistik.

Abstract

Maraknya tindak kekerasan dan anakhisme di berbagai kawasan di Indonesia menunjukkan rendahnya kemampuan masyarakat Indonesia dalam menghargai dan menghormati keragaman budaya yang ada, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa multikulturalitas belum dapat dikelola dengan baik oleh bangsa Indonesia. Peran penting pendidikan dipandang sebagai peletak landasan penumbuhan kemampuan menghargai dan menghormati keragaman budaya, utamanya pendidikan formal merupakan wahana untuk mencari solusi dalam mengatasi berbagai konflik horizontal, karena pendidikan bisa berperan membentuk pandangan siswa mengenai kehidupan dan meningkatkan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman budaya. Pendidikan multikultural dipandang sebagai wahana strategis untuk mengembangkan cultural diversity competence.

Abstract

One or the culture that can be used to instill human values which is also called character education value is informal, informal, and formal education institution. Formal education which is often called schooling education, in the form of series of educational levels that have been standardized such as elementary, junior high school, and universities. Formal education is more focused on providing skills or skills to prepare learners to jump into the community. Non-formal education is a mechanism that provides an opportunity for everyone to enrich science and technology through lifelong learning. Informal education is every opportunity where there are regular and targeted communication outside the school such as family environment and community environment. The method used is the literature study method (from books obtained, from private libraries and from the internet). The lessons in school both theoretical and practical lessons will be of great benefit to the development of the individual within the informal and informal environment. In social interaction, the individual must have ethics and manners. To get this polite and ethical learning starts from an informal education in the family. The purpose of the above description is clear that learning obtained from an individual not only comes from an educational environment, but from the three educational environments so that between the other premises mutually refine and eventually will produce an idial education or in other terms will produce a perfect human (perfect human being useful for nation and religion).
