Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine "Is there an effect of oral exams on the learning outcomes of Kulliyyatul Muballighaat Al-Islamiyyah (KMI) Al-Ishlah Bondowoso students in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study uses a quantitative approach to measure variable X against variable Y, namely whether there is the effect of oral exams on the learning outcomes of Kulliyyatul Muballighaat Al-Islamiyyah (KMI) Al-Ishlah Bondowoso students for the 2020/2021 AD Academic Year (Prsetyo & Jannah, 2011). Based on the results of the research above, the learning evaluation (Oral Test) has a close relationship and has predictive power to the learning outcomes of students at Kulliyyatul Muballighaat Al-Islamiyyah (KMI) Al-Ishlah Bondowoso. Abstract

Di masa pandemi COVID-19, peran orang tua sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Orang tua dapat memberikan motivasi, perhatian dan juga dukungan kepada anak selama kegiatan belajar. Ada dua hal yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar anak, yaitu internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal seperti poros anak harus dalam keadaan sehat agar dapat berjalan secara optimal, maka secara psikologis hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar anak. Sedangkan faktor eksternal dari sekitar inden seperti keluarga, guru, orang tua dan juga teman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pustaka berseni. Berdasarkan data, peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa adalah mendampingi anak dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah, menciptakan lingkungan berseni yang nyaman bagi anak, menjalin komunikasi yang baik untuk dan tidak melakukan kekerasan saat mengajar anak belajar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa orang tua berperan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di rumah selama masa pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers states that "teachers are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, teacher certificates, are physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize the goals of national education, the competencies referred to include pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, professional competence.The four aspects cannot stand alone, but are interrelated and influence one another. It is not easy to master and apply it to learning. Therefore, teachers must always learn and try new things that support their own development, besides that individual abilities can develop through training, practice, group work, and independent learning The research focus in this thesis is: How are the teachers' efforts in improving pedagogical, personality, social and professional competence. This study aims to: describe the teacher's efforts to improve pedagogical, personality, social and professional competence a To obtain data, a qualitative research approach was used which was described descriptively by the method of observation, interview and documentation which would be analyzed using a qualitative descriptive reflective method. Teachers have carried out teaching tasks which include teaching preparation, teaching process and carrying out duties as administrators properly, this can be seen in the making of lesson plans, implementing the process of learning and teaching and carrying out evaluations effectively. Teacher personality competence. Efforts made to improve the social competence of teachers are following education and training in social fields, training themselves by participating in social activities both at school and in the community. Another social aspect can also be seen from the good relationship between teachers and teachers, employees, and the principal. Efforts made to improve professional competence include attending education and training, attending subject teacher meetings (MGMP), workshops, updating information related to subject matter and other activities that have contributed to increasing professional competence.

Abstract

Schools as educational institutions are tasked with organizing the educational process and teaching and learning process in an effort to educate the nation's life. In this case, the principal is given the task of leading the school and is responsible for achieving the school's goals. The purpose of this research is to find out how the principal's leadership strategy in realizing the quality of madrasah by increasing the learning motivation of its students. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that occurs in the field. Data collection used observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses three lines of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that: the strategy carried out by the principal in increasing student motivation is in 3 ways: first, improving facilities and infrastructure or school facilities during pandemic learning, such as adding wifi networks and increasing the number of computers. Second, improving teacher resources by facilitating and providing training related to distance learning and providing an injection of funds for distance learning which is carried out independently by teachers at home. Third, developing students' potential in the field of science and technology as a motivation for students to continue to be enthusiastic about learning and participating in the learning process.

Abstract

The school's vision, mission, goals and quality assurance are part of the school's inputs in the school organization system. The vision, mission, goals and quality assurance are manifested by actualizing school programs in the form of school activities. The process of organizing school activities is divided into three, namely: (a) intracurricular activities, (b) co-curricular activities, and (c) extracurricular activities. To support the implementation of intracurricular activities, co-curricular and extracurricular activities, schools have educational program policies. These policies are then implemented in order to make the school output in accordance with the vision, mission, goals and quality assurance of the school. In addition to the concept of education, this research framework will also refer to the concepts of policy analysis studies. Policy analysis studies are studies that direct their studies on several aspects of policy, including the policy-making process, policy implementation and policy evaluation. The entire policy implementation analysis approach is directed at analyzing the achievement of the vision and mission of education in the educational institution that is the subject of the research.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how to improve the quality of contingent leadership through the regeneration system and the model of the leadership relationship with the regeneration system. This research is a type of library research, using qualitative method. The results show that contingent leadership is a leadership model that is considered effective because it adapts to the situation. The model of the leadership relationship and the regeneration system the relationship between the characteristics of the leader, the internal and external environment, the characteristics of members / subordinates, leader behavior and style, effective leadership and regeneration.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Darussalam Karangdoro which aims to answer the problems, 1) How is the basic education level of parents of grade1 students of SD Darussalam Karangdoro on the average student learning outcomes? 2) How is the secondary education level of parents of grade1 students of SD Darussalam Karangdoro on the average student learning outcomes? 3) How is the level of higher education of parents of grade1 students of SD Darussalam Karangdoro on the average student learning outcomes? 4) Is there any influence of parental education on student learning outcomes in online learning in the era of the covid-19 pandemic for grade 1 students at SD Darussalam Karangdoro for the 2020/2021 school year. The approach used is a quantitative approach and the type of survey research data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used One way Anova statistic with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate: 1) The level of basic education of parents of grade 1 students at SD Darussalam Karangdoro from 24 respondents affects the average student learning outcomes of 46.17% in the fairly high category 2) The secondary education level of parents of grade 1 students at SD Darussalam Karangdoro from 19 respondents affects the average student learning outcomes of 54.79% were categorized as high enough. 3) the level of higher education of parents of grade 1 elementary school students Darussalam Karangdoro form 29 respondents, affected the average student learning outcomes of 63.32% in the high category 4) Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing with the Anova statistical test, the P Value = 0.000, thus the significance level = 0.05 we reject Ho. So it can be concluded that the level of parental education has an effect on student learning outcomes in online learning.

Abstract

Menjaga kemurnian akidah generasi muda kaum muslimin adalah tanggung bersama, terutama orang tua dan guru. Dikarenakan di era modern ini pertukaran informasi begitu mudah didapati dengan tanpa adanya batasan. Maka kembali mengajarkan kitab suci Al-Qur’an kepada generasi muda kaum muslimin adalah solusi. Dimana sepertiga Al-Qur’an menyampaikan tentang akidah. Diantara ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang membicarakan tentang akidah adalah kisah nasehat Lukman Al-Hakim kepada putranya pada surat Lukman. Maka penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif studi pustaka pada kitab tafsir As-Sa’di. Guna menggali kandungan makna yang terdapat pada nasehat lukman kepada putranya. Dengan harapan dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi orang tua dan guru untuk lebih konsentrasi di dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai akidah yang benar kepada generasi muda kaum muslimin.

Abstract

In the Islamic perspective, education has played an important role in the effort to give birth to humans who are reliable and can answer the challenges of the times. Human Resources (HR) has a central position in realizing development performance, which places humans in their function as development resources. Human resources play a role in determining a country's progress. Abstract

Education is the conscious guidance of educators towards the physical and spiritual development of students towards the formation of humans who have an ideal personality. Therefore, teachers as educators must be able to carry out new models of education with educational procedures that are suitable for student participants. One of the educational strategies recommended in the 2013 curriculum is the Inquiry Strategy. The inquiry learning strategy is a form of a learner-oriented learning approach (student centered approach.). A person is said to be successful or not in the learning process due to a factor, namely the first comes from the student as a learner (internal) and the second comes from outside the student (external). Learning the history of Islamic culture contains good values that can be utilized for careful training in shaping students' attitudes and personalities. The use of this research writing approach is a qualitative approach. This is because the implementation of actions to the research subject is prioritized to explain how the teaching and learning process and how efforts to improve student learning outcomes. The application of methods that are carried out repeatedly makes students experience a very significant increase in learning outcomes because students are getting used to the inquiry method.
