Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how meaning formation through three contemporary leadership theories and its relevance to pesantren culture by conducting a literature review on Stephen P. Robbins' book. This research uses a qualitative approach to describe things that are not yet clear about the formation of meaning through contemporary theories. The design chosen is a literature review by conducting content analysis on the book Organizational Behavior by Stephen P. Robbins pages 467-475, and is complemented to make comparisons by collecting scientific journals indexed on google scholar with publication age under 10 years to find its relevance to pesantren culture. Finally, after conducting a content analysis of the book Organizational Behavior by Stephen P. Robbins, it can be concluded that the boarding school culture agreed upon and carried out in the boarding school is a meaning formed through framing with contemporary leadership abilities possessed by a kyai. The three leadership theories include charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, and visionary leadership. Abstract

One of the problems faced by the world of education is the weak learning process. Students in the learning process are less encouraged to do activities and practice learning materials. The learning process in the classroom is directed towards students' ability to memorize information, so that aspects of skills and attitudes are neglected. This condition also occurs in Islamic religious education lessons. As a result, when students graduate from school, they are theoretically smart but poor in application. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning methods that encourage students to think and apply the material obtained at school in everyday life. The method in question is the modeling method. Through the modeling method, students learn by imitating a model displayed in front of the class. The model can be a teacher, student or other person who is worthy of imitation. The problems revealed from this research are 1) To what extent is the planning of PAI learning through modeling method, 2) To what extent is the implementation of the modeling method in PAI subjects, 3) To what extent is the evaluation of PAI learning through the modeling method. This research took place in SMA Negeri Rancakalong, Sumedang Regency. The research data were obtained through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted through qualitative data analysis which aims to describe and interpret the data in the form of words not numbers. The results showed that through good lesson planning will make it easier for teachers to carry out learning. Learning planning is not limited to making learning administration but teachers prepare physically, material, attitude and appearance when going to carry out learning. The implementation of learning through the modeling method is proven to make it easier for students to understand learning materials because students practice directly through imitating models made by teachers, students, and even other people. Through the modeling method, abstract learning materials become more concrete and reduce verbalism. The fact of this research reminds teachers that models are necessary in teaching students and what is used as a model by itself must be something that is right and worthy of imitation. Through the modeling method students become active and creative in learning and encourage them to actualize themselves.

Abstract

According to Fazlur Rahman that Islamic education in countries where the majority of the population is Muslim, such as Turkey, Indonesia, Egypt and Pakistan, are still faced with educational problems, namely: (1) Educational goals are not directed towards positive goals. (2) The dichotomy of the education system (3) The low quality of students, the emergence of broken personalities and the absence of students who have a deep spiritual and intellectual commitment to Islam (4) It is difficult to find professional educators who have creative and integrated minds, (5) the lack of books available in the library. According to Fazlur Rahman, the contribution to the modernization of Islamic education includes five areas, namely (1) educational objectives (2) the dichotomy of the education system (3) students (4) educators, and (5) educational equipment. The psychological burden of Muslims facing the West has caused the goals of Islamic education not to be directed to positive goals. The purpose of Islamic education is oriented to the afterlife and is defensive in nature. To overcome this, according to Rahman, there are three efforts that must be made: (1) orienting the goals of Islamic education to the life of the world and the hereafter at the same time and sourced from the Qur'an. (2) eliminating the psychological burden of Muslims in facing the West, and (3) eliminating negative attitudes towards science.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang penting baik negara yang sudah maju maupun negara-negara yang sedang berkembang. Bagi negara maju, pendidikan digunakan sebagai upaya untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas hidup para warga negaranya. Sedangkan bagi negara-negara yang sedang berkembang, pendidikan dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk mengejar ketertinggalan mereka dikancah internasional sehingga mereka dapat disejajarkan dengan negara-negara maju. Namun pendidikan di negara maju maupun negara yang sedang berkembang bukanlah tanpa masalah. Negara-negara seperti Inggris, Amerika Serikat, Jepang, yang tergolong maju juga masih memiliki masalah mengenai pendidikan yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Apalagi dengan negara yang sedang berkembang.

Abstract

The research was conducted because there are uniqueness and differences among other institutions, where the program is a Friday Charity habituation program. The purpose of the Friday Charity program is to internalize spiritual and social attitudes towards students, such as caring, honest and responsible attitudes, this study uses qualitative research based on field research. Collection techniques use participant observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis uses data collection, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that a. Increase the awareness of students in practicing the habituation of alms charity every Friday. b. Strengthen relationships with God and man. c. Apply Friday Charity in daily activities. d. instilling a sense of faith in understanding the wisdom of almsgiving. 2) There are several stages in the implementation of the Friday Charity program, namely: a. Preparatory Stage, b. Implementation Stage c. Gathering Stage, d. Distribution Stage, e. Accountability Stage. Distribution Stage, e. Accountability Stage. 3) There are two factors in Friday Charity: Supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are: support or motivation from peers, teachers, and the environment The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Friday Charity program are: lack of understanding related to the importance of Friday Charity and its classmates. Apart from that, there is not enough pocket money for students to take part in the Friday Charity program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how character education is applied in the formation of a greeting culture, and how the character of students is formed in the cultural system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with an ethnographic research design. The data collection technique is done through observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Huberman model with three stages. Namely: a. Data reduction. b. Data Presentation. c. Conclusion Withdrawal. Character education through the culture of saying greetings at the Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding School turned out to produce santri characters who can love each other with their fellow Muslims, have a polite and courteous attitude, and have a ta'dzim attitude towards kyai, asatidz, and older people. Abstract

Ta'limul Muta'allim is a book that is widely studied by knowledge seekers. In the book, Az-Zarnuji also included the Prophet's hadith as an amplification of his explanation. So this research was conducted to mentakhrij the traditions in chapters 1-3 in the book of Ta'limul Muta'allim by using the Takhrij bil Lafdzi method. After doing takhrij, it can be found that the hadith in chapter 1 is in Sunan Ibn Majah, the second chapter is in Sahih Bukhari and Shu'abul Iman, the third chapter hadith is in Sahih Bukhari. Abstract

Teori manajemen ilmiah menfokuskan kajiannya pada pentingnya keberadaan dan peran seorang Kepala Sekolah dan Guru dalam suatu tingkat pendidikan. Adanya peralihan kembali dari pembelajaran secara daring atau online ke luring atau offline mengharuskan guru dengan pengawasan dari kepala sekolah untuk menyusun kembali perencanaan pembelajaran yang sesuai. Penyesuaian yang dilakkan dalam peerencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tersebut sangat memungkinkan untuk menimbulkan masalah dikarenakan perubahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini ditulis untuk mengetahui menejemen pembelajaran agama islam di SD Negeri Taman 1 Dadapan Grujugan Bondowoso pada tahun pendidikan 2021/2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif atau penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data data penelitian bisa berupa orang, benda atau objek yang dapat memberikan informasi. Adapun sumber data tambahan akan diambil dari dokumen arsip, dan data-data umum lainnya yang terkait. Adapun analisis data yang akan dilakukan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi, display data, verivikasi data dan penerikan kesimpulan. Dan dalam menganalisis data, peneliti juga harus menguji keabsahan data dengan melakuakan triangulasi sumber yaitu dari guru pendidikan agama islam, kepala sekolah dan siswa dan triangulasi teknik Perencanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dimulai dengan mempersiapkan RPP, silabus, program semester, program tahunan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencaan pembelajaran yang telah disusun.. Evaluasi pembelajaran dengan memberikan tugas, ualangan harian, Ujian Tengah Semester, Ujian Akhir Semester dan ujian praktek untuk kelas akhir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah Hubungan antara Gaya Mengajar dengan minat belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling, yaitu sejumlah 30 responden dari 137 siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Grujugan Bondowoso. Uji hipotesisi dilakukan dengan bantuan software Statistical Package for the science (SPSS) versi 24. Dari analisis dan penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan korelasi gaya mengajar guru PAI dengan minat belajar siswa sebesar 0,583 sedangkan rtabel pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 0,361. Dan dari hasil tersebut dapat di lihat bahwa rhitung 0,583 lebih besar dari rtabel 0,361. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara gaya mengajar guru PAI dengan minat belajar siswa, dan dengan tingkat koefisien korelasi sedang.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the variables outlined in the research questions, specifically whether there is a significant relationship between educational facilities and infrastructure (X) and new student interest (Y). A simple random sample of 193 students was selected from a population of 450 students at SD Plus Al-Ishlah and SDN Taman 01 Bondowoso. Simple linear regression analysis was employed to analyze the data, using SPSS version 23 for statistical analysis. The results indicate a significant and positive influence of educational facilities and infrastructure on new student interest. This is supported by the calculated r-value being greater than the critical r-value (11.349 > 1.960). However, the coefficient of correlation is relatively low at 40.3%, suggesting that while there is a relationship, other factors may also contribute to new student interest. The level of significance is 5%. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha), which states that there is a significant and positive relationship between educational facilities and infrastructure and new student interest, is accepted.
