Abstract

Social aspects are important aspects that must be considered by every individual. Similarly, companies that must disclose social responsibility or what is called Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through the mandate of the Act. This research aims to determine the factors that affect the Islamic corporate social responsibility disclosure in Indonesia. This research is categorized in quantitative research with associative approaches. The population in this study amounted to 30 companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2016-2018 with a purposive sampling technique to obtain 51 samples. The data analysis model in this study is a panel data linear regression test with a combination of time series data and cross-section which is carried out through three approaches, namely the common effect model, the fixed-effect model, and the random effect model. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the size of the company's profitability, and the Muslim board of directors influence the disclosure of the company's ICSR. The most influential factor in company ICSR disclosure is company size. The results of this study imply that each company uses the ISR Index as a reference for the preparation of sharia corporate social responsibility reporting standards and increases the number of Muslim board of directors who are competent and have innovative ideas to increase company assets, thus positively impacting ICSR disclosure.

Abstract

Abstract The presence of the COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes to the world with various challenges that were never imagined before. In Indonesia, COVID-19 has infected more than 3.8 million people since the first case was announced in March 2020, however, efforts to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus have hampered economic activity and its impact on the level of social welfare is increasingly felt by the community. As this research is very interesting, namely with the spirit of cooperation as a form of Pancasila and increased solidarity in society during the COVID-19 pandemic, philanthropy has a major role in complementing the presence of government programs. As done by the Kitabisa.com website, it has played a role in dealing with Covid-19 in Indonesia. This research is a research with qualitative method. Researchers also utilize secondary data sources or data obtained from graphic documents (tables, notes, minutes, meetings, etc.), photographs, films, video recordings, objects, and others. The results of this research From its inception until 2019, during that time we can record that we have collected donations of up to IDR 502,375,254,938 from a total of 18,402 social campaigns and presented 1,352,169 digital philanthropists. In a short period and is expected to increase every year. On 27 June 2019, the Kitabisa.com platform has raised Rp700 billion in funds, since it was founded in 201. In the role of dealing with COVID-19, we can collaborate with various institutions, one of which is Gusdurian cares, and has the #OrangBaik Movement, #IndonesiaLawanCovid-19. Di Indonesia, COVID-19 telah menjangkiti lebih dari 3,8 juta orang sejak kasus pertama diumumkan pada bulan Maret 2020, namun, upaya untuk menghambat penyebaran virus COVID-19 telah menghambat kegiatan perekonomian dan dampaknya terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan sosial semakin dirasakan masyarakat. Sebagaimana penelitian ini sangat menarik yakni dengan semangat gotong-royong sebagai wujud Pancasila dan solidaritas yang meningkat di masyarakat pada masa pandemi COVID-19, filantropi memiliki peran besar dalam melengkapi kehadiran program pemerintah. Sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Website Kitabisa.com turut berperan dalam menghadapi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan metode kualitatif. Peneliti juga memanfaatkan sumber data sekunder atau data yang didapatkan dari dokumen-dokumen grafis (tabel, catatan, notulen, rapat, dll),foto-foto, film, rekaman video, benda-benda, dan lain-lain. Hasil penelitian ini Dari awal berdirinya sampai 2019, dalam kurun waktu tersebut kitabisa tercatat telah mengumpulkan dana donasi hingga Rp 502.375.254.938 dari total kampanye social sebanyak 18.402 serta menghadirkan 1.352.169 filantropis digital. Dalam kurun waktu yang singkat dan dipekirakan akan semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Pada 27 Juni 2019, Platform Kitabisa.com sudah mengumpulkan dana Rp700 miliar, sejak didirikan pada 201. Dalam peran menghadapi covid-19 kitabisa berkerjasama dari berbagai Lembaga salah satunya Gusdurian peduli, dan mempunyai Gerakan #OrangBaik, #IndonesiaLawanCovid-19. Abstract

Abstract : The activities of the corporate officers at the Al Falah Ploso Mojo Foundation are one of the economic independence programs of the Indonesian bankers given to enhance the economic independence program of the financial sector and create the interests of the business wizard for the young. In addition, this research aims to increase the productivity of the business in order to be more developed and able to compete in the market. To develop the handicraft business, the manager of the Al Falah Ploso Mojo Home Business Unit needs to improve its business strategy in order to increase sales and revenue. Efforts to improve the quality of business strategy are made by analyzing nine key elements of the Canvas model business and thoroughly analyzing them using SWOT analysis for power tests,weaknesses,threats and opportunity. This research is a qualitative research that is described and produces four managerial implications that require a business strategy improvement.. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pembiayaan yang mendominasi pada BPRS yaitu Murabahah, Musyarakah, dan Biaya Transaksi yang dikeluarkan terhadap Profitabilitas BPRS. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah adalah bank syariah yang dalam kegiatannya tidak memberikan jasa dalam lalu lintas pembayaran. BPRS lebih mengutamakan untuk memberikan pembiayaan kepada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Secara garis besar BPRS merupakan suatu bank yang memiliki prinsip syariah tidak menyediakan jasa dalam lalu lintas kegiatan pembayaran. Jenis bank seperti BPRS ini berbeda dengan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) yang lebih dulu dikenal nasabah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diambil dari laporan statistik perbankan syariah perbulan pada 2018 - 2021 yang dapat diakses melalui situs resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bank Indonesia. Metode peneltian ini adalah menggunakan Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik (multikolonieritas, heteroskedastisitas, normalitas, dan autokorelasi), Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dan Uji Hipotesis. Dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics Versi 22. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan Murabahah, Musyarakah, dan Biaya Transaksi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap profitabiltas (ROA), namun NPF tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap profitabiltas (ROA) Bank Pembiayaan Bank Rakyat Syariah. Kata Kunci: Murabahah, Musyarakah, Biaya Transaksi, Profitabilitas, dan Normalitas

Abstract

Abstract Production activity is a mandatory thing to do in order to meet all human needs and to take advantage of the availability of natural resources to fulfill all what is needed by humans by producing them and processing them. In Islam itself, it is also explained about being a good producer based on the theory of production in Islamic economics. Therefore, this journal aims to provide a general description and knowledge of the general public and especially for producers to understand the flow of the Islamic religion in explaining production theory and regulating it. The method used to describe this research is descriptive qualitative method, meaning that the technique used in this research is a literature study that focuses on finding information from journals, books or other forms of writing. The results of this study are a producer in the view of Islam has limits in production, but this limitation does not only apply to creativity but also to the prohibition on producing illicit goods. Basically, conventional theory and sharia have differences in terms of the amount, revenue and costs themselves, in conventional production theory also recognizes the interest system which is contrary to sharia production theory which recognizes profit sharing.

Abstract

Abstract: In everyday life communication remains a major part. Humans are designed as social creatures, meaning they cannot live without other people. When working, communication is still needed so that work runs smoothly and goals can be achieved. There is also the effect of communication on employee performance which is interesting to know. Communication in the company can be likened to food for the body, which is the most important thing in doing work. As employees, they need communication in order to complete the work that has been agreed upon. In addition, communication can also eliminate and incorrect assumptions between employees, thereby creating a healthy work environment. This research includes qualitative research because this research has the aim of obtaining answers related to employee performance so that the discussion must be qualitative or use word analysis. The results showed that communication has a close relationship with employee performance. The existence of good communication will greatly affect the performance produced by employees. Because basically communication is needed in existing activities, so that with good communication it can spur employees to be able to improve their respective performance and morale.

Abstract

Abstract : People's Business Credit (KUR) is a form of government program in increasing access to financing for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with low-interest rates, this program is channeled through financial institutions with guarantee patterns. KUR funds are given to people who have productive businesses with varying amounts to the business conditions involved, but during the covid-19 pandemic, the MSME sector also experienced the difficulty of installment returns, so this study was conducted to answer two fundamental questions, are: how KUR funds in the review of sharia economic law and how the fate of MSMEs during the covid-19 pandemic in Simeulue Regency. This research is qualitative research and data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation, while data analysis uses descriptive techniques. Based on the results of research it can be concluded that in the incarnation of Sharia economic law regarding KUR there are two opinions, first declaring the law haram because it includes riba, while the second opinion asserts that the legal KUR can and does not include riba. The difference lies in whether or not the interest of the KUR. Then the influence of covid-19 on MSMEs in Simeulue Regency is bad for the development of community businesses due to the lack of buyer interest so that the weakening of their income and the effect on delayed installment payments beyond the due date.

Abstract

Abstract: Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) business is a business whose marketing strategy is tiered or tiered. The purpose of the tiered marketing is a marketing in which the sales force (stockist) not only gets a profit based on product sales, but also gets it based on the sales of other stockists who are recruited to become members. This MLM business is in great demand by the public, but recently a problem has arisen regarding the presence of the MLM business. People are victims of money games, unfair marketing strategies, giving product testimonials that are not real and there is an element of fraud that creates unrest in the community. One of the reasons for this is that business actors do not apply Islamic business ethics to their business operations. So many parties feel disadvantaged. Herba Penawar Al Wahida Indonesia (HPAI) is one of the sharia-based MLM businesses in Indonesia. HPAI sharia MLM is here as if to give an answer to the public that not all MLM businesses are detrimental. This study aims to determine marketing strategies and provide testimonials for HPAI MLM business products which are analyzed based on Islamic business ethics. The results of the study stated that the marketing strategy and giving HPAI product testimonials to consumers in general had implemented the five principles of Islamic business ethics. Among them are the principle of oneness, the principle of justice, the principle of free will, the principle of truth and the principle of responsibility. Abstract

Salah satu strategi pengusaha ritel modern untuk meningkatkan penjualan adalah melalui produk private label (product private label). PT. Indomarco Prismatama adalah perusahaan Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang ritel modern (minimarket Indomaret) yang mengembangkan private label sebagai salah satu strategi untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif di sektor ritel. Produk private label yang dikembangkan berkaitan erat dengan penilaian konsumen berdasarkan persepsi masing-masing konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji bagaimana pengaruh persepsi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk private label yaitu dilihat dari faktor persepsi harga, persepsi kualitas produk, dan persepsi risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Sumber data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen yang pernah membeli atau mengkonsumsi produk private label Indomaret Plus Kabupaten Pamekasan. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 96 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan metode Sampling Insidental. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel persepsi kualitas produk dan persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan semua variabel persepsi konsumen harga, persepsi kualitas produk dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk private label Indomaret Plus Jl. Jokotole No. 22 Kabupaten Pamekasan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the optimization of the legality of the Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) in Tasikmalaya and to analyze the role of zakat as social finance in helping and empowering the community and in alleviating poverty in the community. The method used is a case study with several UPZ objects in Tasikmalaya. The study found that local governments have not seriously promoted the potential of zakat as evidenced by the absence of zakat regulation by local governments. However, in terms of zakat collection, UPZ has been effective and efficient. Then with regard to community empowerment and poverty alleviation, zakat funds should be allocated for productive and labor-intensive economic activities and make mosques the basis for community empowerment.
