Abstract

In this digital era, the development of video games is so rapid, from console-based to smartphone devices. One of the trending video game genres is the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) with one of the most popular MOBA games, the Mobile Legends game. In winning a match in a Mobile Legends game, a good game strategy is needed from each team to defend the base and destroy the opponent's base, one of which is by Ban Hero or banning some existing heroes so that they cannot be used both for the opposing team and for the opposing team. own team. Therefore, this study was conducted to predict the pattern of hero tires using the Apriori algorithm which was carried out on 9 attributes of Hero Mobile Legends. Abstract

Assessment of the ability of IT employees is very necessary to determine the ability of employees to work so that it can be a reference and evaluation for the future. Therefore, we need a technique that can group the employee's ability to determine the employee's ability using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm method. The data grouping is done in several stages, namely, inputting data into Ms. Excel based on the results of data collection through Google Forms, processing and testing with the K-Means Clustering Algorithm, analysis of results, and grouping employee data with excellent, good, adequate, poor, and very poor skills. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is obtained 5 clusters with 2 iterations, namely employees with excellent abilities consisting of 2 members, employees with good abilities consisting of 2 members, employees with sufficient abilities consisting of 1 member, employees with less ability consisting of 2 members. , and employees with less ability consist of 3 members. Based on the results of research conducted at PT. Loka Citra Media, the application of the K-Means Clustering Algorithm can be used to identify and classify IT employees' abilities for the purpose of evaluating employees and forming project teams. The grouping of data obtained from research results and can be considered for evaluating the performance of IT employees with an accuracy value of 40%. The more criteria, the better the results will be obtained.

Abstract

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, a platform such as a website is needed to facilitate the process and activities of new student admissions in the field of education, the activity in question is holding a selection of new student admissions in schools. In the process of admitting new students, there are still a lot of schools that still use the system manually or face to face in the admissions process, so that the level of efficiency and security in order to maintain health protocols can be met. In this design, the author conducted a case study in one of the kindergartens in Jakarta which still applies a manual system so that in this pandemic era it is very effective. Students don't need to be bothered to come to school during this pandemic. In terms of education on the website, we provide guidance to parents on how to use the website via whatsapp video call or Zoom Meeting to make it easier. For that we tried to make the website, which is an information system that is used for new student admissions based on the website to make it easier for parents to register for school for their children. And the selection of the website platform was chosen to make it easier for parents to open this service without having to install applications that would normally take up memory on smartphone devices, we created this website with Php and My Sql. The results of this study indicate that this system is able to manage the process of accepting new students for this school.

Abstract

The development of technology is so fast that it becomes very necessary in everyday life in order to simplify and optimize human performance in order to get information quickly, effectively and accurately. The use of information technology is a strong factor that greatly influences the development of a company. Currently, its development has begun to move towards mobile phones (mobile / smartphone). Currently, companies can take advantage of the development of information technology in almost all areas of the company's operations. PT. Gemilang Anugrah Permata is a company engaged in IT solutions and security systems, has dozens of employees assigned to go directly to the field to install CCTV and solve problems. Often in practice employees do permission to come directly to the client's location, resulting in the admin needing to re-enter the employee's presence. In that case the accuracy of attendance becomes irrelevant because sometimes employees do not come according to the specified working hours when they come to the client. So it is necessary to develop a web and android-based information system with the geofencing method so that employees can take attendance while at the client according to a predetermined point and the attendance data becomes accurate.

Abstract

Fire is a frequent disaster, especially in tropical climates. Factors causing fires that often occur are intentional and human negligence. When fires occur, fires often get out of control and spread in the direction of global warming, climate change, landslides, and floods, causing harm to the environment. Because it is difficult to analyze the size of the fire when a fire occurs, therefore with the development of technology and sophistication, it is now possible to know the position of the fire and the thickness of the smoke in a fire using digital images. Image is another term for image as a multimedia component that plays a very important role as a form of visual information. This study aims to segment the fire image by separating 2 images, namely fire and smoke to determine the position of the fire and the thickness of the smoke in the fire. The fire and smoke segmentation research uses the K-means clustering method using the Matlab application. The stages carried out in this research include the Image Input Process, Converted Original Image to Binary, Threshold Conversion Segmentation, Image Segmentation Process. The image segmentation process for the fire and smoke fire images succeeded in separating the fire and smoke objects with a value of T3 = 61. The smoke and fire objects were in the matrix coordinates [50:100,300:200].

Abstract

The level of performance can be assessed through the level of attendance of employees of a company, attendance is one of the parameters in evaluating employee performance. Several companies or government agencies will always maximize facilities in supporting their work activities, including the employee attendance system. Unfortunately, not all agencies or companies can implement the system properly. Some of them still use the traditional way of recording attendance. This of course can cause some problems both in terms of users or data management, especially if the number of users who make attendance is very large. In addition to data management problems, other problems such as an authentication system that is less secure and prone to fraud can occur. The purpose of this study is to design and implement an android application to make it easier for users to carry out the presence process that is installed on registered devices with the support of scanning a QR code that is generated randomly for each session with biometric authentication support to ensure only verified users run the application. Based on the statement, the application of application-based presence can speed up users in carrying out the presence process with just a few steps, and increase security and user validation.

Abstract

Communication is an important stage to support the running of a work program, without good communication it can cause misunderstandings between the two parties, the importance of the role of communication means several companies are growing rapidly in order to innovate in the manufacture of equipment in the telecommunications sector, which is commonly used in long-distance communication. far is the use of telephone services, both individual telephones and company-based telephones, for some companies that use high-enough telephone activity, this will result in soaring telephone bills that must be paid, thus to reduce the level of communication with high costs, we can use VoIP technology ( Voice Over Internet Protocol) which can be used by utilizing the TCP / IP protocol where the protocol without us realizing it is a protocol used for exchanging data, thus the protocol can also be accessed. used as voice voice data exchange using Open Source Software in the Asterisk application which is used as a substitute for PBX (Private Branch Exchange) devices, where in the application it is used to make the TCP / IP protocol as an intermediary for data exchange to communicate or Voice. The advantage of this application is that it is able to serve a maximum of 1000 online accounts on one server and 240 concurrent calls. This is of course suitable for companies who want to implement this technology based on open source applications.

Abstract

The use of technology has recently increased in line with the increase in devices connected to the internet. The IP capacity that covers the device is starting to get out of hand. Routing is needed when the local network is already complex, especially broadcast traffic is only concentrated in each subnet/network. When using IPv4 and IPv6, a routing protocol is required for data exchange or interconnection from client to client or client to server. IPv4 routing performance decreases as the size of the routing table increases, this is due to checking the MTU header on each router and hop switch. IPv6 with its routing process is much more efficient than its predecessor, and also has the ability to manage the large capacity of the route table, so in this study the authors compare IPv4 and IPv6 in terms of static routing efficiency on MikroTik routers.

Abstract

Computer networks have an important role in a government agency, especially BKPP. In their daily life, these institutions carry out activities of exchanging documents and data, printing files on the same printer and using hardware or software that is connected to the network together. Government agencies play a very important role in serving the community, therefore a good, secure, stable and fast network is needed in processing small and large data. The Bogor Regency Personnel, Education and Training Agency uses one computer that acts as a multifunctional server for the database server, DHCP server, and web server at the same time. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the topology used is an extended star with IP class C. Using a firewall that is applied to the router, as well as the default Windows antivirus that is already installed on every PC and laptop. Meanwhile, access point security uses WPA2-PSK. The problem faced is that it is easy for people from other divisions who are not interested in seeing and accessing files in other divisions that are confidential.
