Abstract

Capturing and recording images in making a film is not only done by pro cameras such as various kinds of camcorder video cameras and DSLR-type video cameras. In addition to its use requiring special expertise for the wearer, the video camera has various features or parts that are rather complicated in its operation and settings. The presence of video cameras found on smart phones, can provide an alternative for users in the process of taking and recording images that are more practical, fast and efficient. Although the results of images or videos produced through smart phone video cameras are not as good as when compared to using a more pro video camera. "The Making of A Short Movie ‘Jangan Menyerah’ using Smartphone Camera", shooting is done using a Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) smart phone video camera with a cinematography method that goes through the video editing process using the Sony Vegas Pro 11.0 application. The results of the video in the form of short films then distributed publicly on the Youtube channel which are expected from the short film can be an interesting and entertaining film and can provide motivation to the audience to make a change.

Abstract

The automotive industry in Indonesia has suggestively increased during the past several years, thus drives people with the desire to own private transportations, in which positively correlates to generate huge markets in repairing and maintenance works. Meanwhile, lots of automobile owners have troubles in selecting workshop due to their either lack of available workshops’ information or even due to services being provided by workshops. The goal of FiXHER is solving the problems stated. By providing detail information to their very door step in application mobile platform, is believe to be able to minimize breakdown and improve productivity for both automobile owners and workshops. With the help of agile methodology, scrum model, FiXHER mobile application is maintained in its best way and finished before estimate times.

Abstract

These days people struggle to keep their health, especially in these pandemic days. To keep our health conditions and undergo the health protocol by the Government, we need a technology that can help us keep our health condition, one of it is by avoiding meeting directly (face-to-face) the medical personnel such as doctors and nurses. That is why the society needs Holo Buddy, an AI that uses Machine Learning and Big Data System in keeping human health condition whether it’s physical or mentally. By using Holo Buddy, we hope that this AI (Artificial Intelligence) Hologram Technology can handle these problems and help in keeping our health condition as our own Personal Healthcare Companion. Abstract

As global information and communication technology develops, everyone must be able to accept these changes. At this time everyone must compete in learning the development of technology, if they cannot keep up with the development of the technology, they will not be able to survive technological developments and miss technology. With the development of technology, increasing use of technology will increase. So that many people will learn the latest technology. With so many people who are just learning about technological developments, there are many cases of cybercrime that use people who are not "technology literate" who assume that a person's security or privacy is not important enough. This final project aims to analyze the security system on the network end users of Exploit attacks using the Penetration Testing Method. This final project produces a form of research reports along with end user network security solutions from exploit attacks. In testing, this study exploited using the Fatrat tool installed on the Parrot OS operating system. In this study utilizing the gap from the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP), namely ARP Spoofing. ARP aims to map the IP address into a physical address or what is known as the MAC Address that matches the purpose. In ARP use the "trust" system, where all trusted machines provide the correct ARP Reply. The results of this study are a way of dealing with end user network security problems, namely by adding mikrotik router configuration so as to make the end user network safe from Exploit attacks that utilize the ARP Spoofing technique.

Abstract

This research is to describe level of social media use, the outcome of spreading educational information and explain the effectiveness of social media use as a mean that is applied to spread educational information in Universitas Internasional Batam. It uses a quantitative approach by combining research method both of Shang, Wu, and Li 2017 as well Hur et al. 2017. The result of this study presents that the level of social media use as a mean to spread educational information in Universitas Internasional Batam was affected by Extrinsic Motivation and Intrinsic Motivation. Based on those variables, the significant effects were Intrinsic Motivation.

Abstract

Dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan penonton tentang merangkai bunga dan juga harga pasaran yang mahal, dengan ini penulis membuat sebuah proyek merancang sebuah video tutorial menggunakan teknik stop motion dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Proyek ini diedit menggunakan aplikasi adobe premiere untuk membuat sebuah video stop motion yang didistribusikan melalui website YouTube. Hasil dari proyek ini berdurasi 3 menit 41 detik dan mendapatkan umpan balik yang positif dari penonton yang telah melakukan wawancara dengan penulis.

Abstract

There are not many instructional media in schools that focusses on Indonesian folklore, this project aims to design a 2D animation video about Malin Kundang with the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method and uses the Toon Boom application, which then can be used by teachers as an instructional media for students at school. The final result of this project is a 5 minutes and 20 seconds video, and after interviewing a few teachers, the video’s feedback is that it is effective to be used as an instructional media.

Abstract

Video is a visual medium that is often used at this time. The more advanced technology the more developments and new things that emerge one of them is a video blog (vlog) which is the development of the blog that is now present in the form of video. Many of the vlogs are documentary vlogs that contain real documentation about a trip or an activity because it is a culinary documentary vlog that informs about the culinary in a region or country. The purpose of this final task design is to facilitate Indonesian tourists who visit Taiwan to see the culinary delights in Taiwan. The research method used in this project is Multimedia Development Life Cycle by utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 software for editing. The design of this documentary vlog will be a culinary documentary vlog that will be authors uploaded to Youtube. The results obtained after first uploaded video get 132 viewers and 50 like videos running smoothly and in accordance with the design and purpose of providing information to the audience is adding information about Taiwanese culinary.

Abstract

There are so much video blog on internet. It already become a trend for now, where people can record and upload video to internet and can be watched by audiences. But because some video blog has boring visual, especially lack of cinematic content in the video blog. And with cinematic videos is actually can attract more audience. Therefore with this video blog can help people understand how to make cinematic sequence with some tips on this video blog. This video blog develop using Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), where is contain 6 steps which is, concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. Final result of this video blog contains tips on how to make cinematic sequence, which are compiled using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017. Final video are implemented on the youtube website, after implemented the video, this video able to provide some tips to audience about content in this video blog.

Abstract

For a person with visual disabilities, in modern times it is not an obstacle for them to study in order to get good and highest possible insights, therefore an Artificial Intelligence is created or it can be called (Artificial Intelligence). Artificial Intelligence can be said as robots that mimic human behavior, the purpose of Artificial Intelligence is to facilitate an activity or work for humans. One example is (Speech Recognition). Speech Recognition is a process that identifies the sound that comes from the pronunciation of a spoken word, Speech Recognition is a system that can recognize voices from humans and then translate it into data that can be captured by a computer system. Blindness is a general term used for the condition of a human who experiences disturbances or obstacles in the sense of sight. With this Speech Recognition, can make it easier for a person with visual disabilities to do daily activities better.
