<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The research method used is the quantitative method. This type of research is causal associative. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Fresh Prima Like Muara Bungo. And this study uses a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are used as samples. The sample of this study was 50 people, and the entire population was sampled. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The data analysis techniques were all tested using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the t test, H1 is accepted, leadership has an influence on employee performance, with a value of Tcount 2.785 T table 2.011 with a significance level of 0.008 0.05. H2 is accepted, organizational culture has an influence on employee performance, with a value of Tcount 2.029 T table 2.011 with a significance level of 0.048 0.05. The results of the f test, H3 is accepted, leadership and organizational culture have an influence on employee performance, with a value of Fcount 10,477 Ftable 3,195 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled "Effect Of Work Motivation On The Performance Of Gojek Driver Partner In Magelang During The Covid-19 Pandemic". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on improving the performance of Gojek driver partners in Magelang during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method chosen in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection methods by interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the fulfillment of daily needs is the basis of motivation at work. Gojek driver-partners realize that improvements are needed in working to achieve goals. The performance results generated through increased performance are evidence of the effect of work motivation on the performance of Gojek driver partners in Magelang.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the sales accounting information system at PT VP Galvalume in Driyorejo. Galvalume business is a business that provides many benefits, because development, especially in urban areas, will continue. Thus, making galvalume companies grow rapidly. The speed of this growth must be accompanied by an adequate information system to provide smooth operation and administration of the company. Technological advances in all fields including accounting information systems have made it easier for PT VP to manage their business. One form of progress in the accounting information system is the creation of an accounting application software that is accurate, using the accurate PT VP application can produce more accurate and timely financial reports. In its business operations, sales is one of the main activities carried out by the company. One of the determinants of a company's profit or loss in a certain period can be seen from its sales. In addition, sales also have a large enough risk for fraud to occur, so the company's management must take precautions. One way this can be done is to authorize each sale by an authorized department head. PT VP has carried out a structured sales process and each process has been authorized by the authorized department head. This study uses the method by interviewing several related parties, namely the Head of the HR Department of GA, the Head of the Marketing Department and the Head of the Accounting and Finance Department.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of trust and product quality on the population's buying interest in motorcycles and the sample of this research is to use the unknowns population formula whose population is not known to determine the sample. The number of samples in this study was 96.04 or rounded up to 96 respondents. according to the established criteria. The result of this study is that partially trust has a significant effect on consumers buying Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Bima city. Simultaneously or simultaneously trust and product quality have a significant influence on interest in buying Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Bima city. The correlation value (R) generated is 0.910. So it can be concluded that there is a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. While the value of R Square is 0.824. This shows that the trust variable and overall product quality have an influence of 82.4% on buying interest, while the remaining 17.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze how much influence roe, gpm, and sales growth have on prices. the sampling method used purposive sampling, with these criteria obtained a sample of 10 years. the type of data used in this study is secondary data which is processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The results show that the variables roe, gpm, and sales growth simultaneously have the same effect on stock prices, and partially show only gpm variables that affect stock prices , while the coefficient of determination (R2) the independent variable can explain its effect with a potential of 71.7% and the remaining 28.3% is explained by other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon that occurs today at PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Putra Agro, Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency is still a lot of negative assessments of employees. The condition is that there are still employees who often come late to work, there are employees who are passive towards work, there are employees who are not on time in completing their work and there are still some employees who leave assignments during working hours without explanation. This condition causes problems for the leadership to reduce the level of employee satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research, the expected goal of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational climate, leadership, and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Putra Agro, Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency. The results of the data analysis above, it is proposed to conclude that organizational climate has an effect on employee performance with sig (0.000). Leadership has an effect on employee performance with sig (0.036). Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance with sig (0.000). Organizational climate, leadership, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Putra Agro, Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[A bicycle is one of the best of transportation that never make it in the time for it .In line with the modern era, cycling is now a new hobby of the urban population especially in kota sidoarjo and surabaya .Moreover in the pandemic as the last two years the bicycle take their time again because of cycling believed to to make body to be to be healthier. Research on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) this abc aims to understand the determination of the cost of goods sold and determination of selling prices he would do to pt xyz .The research was conducted in pt object xyz mountain bike products as a seller of abc .Data analysis was conducted using a method of descriptive quantitative namely the data obtained by next analyzed and accounted for , so that it result can respond to the formulation of the issues to be examined , so that we can take the conclusions from the data processing. The research results show that the determination of the cost of the production of have done well and precisely so able to select the selling price of any products correctly .The experimental show that it get had good profit according to the company need, but it will be more optimal if the percentage of profit can be increased so the company can be developed any further]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, company growth and financial condition on capital structure in consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019. The samples in this study were 32 companies with research data for 3 years and using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that firm size had no effect on capital structure, firm growth had no effect on capital structure and financial condition had no effect on capital structure. Company size, company growth and financial conditions have no simultaneous effect on capital structure in consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of the nonphysical work environment on the work discipline of employees at the Regional Planning and Development Agency of Bima City. This research uses associative research type. The research instrument used is a questionnaire used, namely a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Bima City, amounting to 53 people, 38 civil servants, 2 honorary k-2 workers, 11 contract workers, and 2 volunteers. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. The considerations of researchers using purposive sampling are (1) To facilitate researchers in the sampling process; and (2) The researcher only examined employees with the status of civil servants (PNS), totaling 38 employees. The results showed that non-physical work environment variables had a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline.]]>
