Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap Return On Asset di koperasi Nusantara Muara Bungo, dengan menggunakan Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel NPL berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Artinya, setiap perubahan yang terjadi pada variabel independen yaitu NPL akan berpengaruh pada ROA di Koperasi Nusantara KCP Muara Bungo. Secara parsial variabel NPL berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA pada Koperasi Nusantara. Tanda negatif menunjukkan perubahan yang berlawanan atau berbanding terbalik, yaitu jika variabel (X) NPL meningkat maka variabel (Y) ROA akan menurun. Sebaliknya apabila variabel (X) NPL menurun maka variabel (Y) ROA akan meningkat .

Meskipun manfaat karet bagi kehidupan masyarakat dunia saat ini sangat banyak baik untuk bahan dasar maupun untuk bahan pelengkap suatu barang, namun belum mampu membuat harga karet meningkat apalagi membuat para petani karet hidup sejahtera ditambah lagi pekerjaan mereka untuk mendapatkan hasil karet tersebut harus bekerja dengan keras. Dengan menggunakan metode deskritif dan pendekatan kualitatif penelitian ini dilakukan, informan yang digunakan sebanyak 21 orang dengan wawancara terstruktur serta analisis trianggulasi, maka didapatkan hasilnya adalah Faktor-faktor penyebab bekunya adalah faktor Manusiayang mana lemahnya sumber daya manusia para petani pada tahun 1980-1991 tersebut.. Faktor Modal dikarenakan keterbatasan modal di pabrik dan sering terjadi keterlambatan pencairan gaji petani, susahnya proses peminjaman uang, kurangnya komunikasi antara petani dan pegawai. Sehingga terjadi menurunnya rasa kepercayaan antara kedua belah pihak dan timbul rasa tidak saling membutuhkan.

Financial literacy is closely linked to financial management, with increased financial literacy contributing to better personal financial management skills. Personal financial management involves the application of financial principles in individual financial management. Effective financial management, including planning and overseeing financial activities, is crucial for achieving financial stability and economic sustainability. Previous studies indicate that many individuals, particularly Generation Z and Millennials, neglect financial planning and long-term well-being. Without proper financial management, they often face financial difficulties, such as income loss and insufficient emergency funds, which can negatively impact their quality of life. This study involved 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling, with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) employed to analyze the relationships between the inner and outer models.

Dalam dunia kerja modern, fenomena Quiet quitting menjadi perhatian karena menunjukkan bentuk penarikan diri karyawan secara psikologis tanpa pengunduran diri formal. Kondisi ini berpotensi menurunkan kualitas pendidikan usia dini yang membutuhkan keterlibatan emosional dan komitmen tinggi dalam pekerjaan guru TK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan guru TK untuk melakukan Quiet quitting. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk melakukan survei mendalam terhadap sejumlah guru TK di di Muara Bungo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mendorong perilaku Quiet quitting adalah beban kerja, penghargaan dan apresiasi, keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pribasi dan kelelahan emosional. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di bidang pendidikan sangat penting. khususnya dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan mendukung keterlibatan guru secara berkelanjutan.

Effective village governance is an important foundation for sustainable development at the local level. However, many villages in Indonesia, including Sungai Arang Hamlet in Jambi, still face challenges in terms of governance, which can be seen from weak administrative systems, lack of transparency, and low capacity of village officials. This research uses a participatory community service approach which involves a series of activities, including: (1) Identifying village problems and needs through focus group discussions (FGD) and in-depth interviews; (2) Development of standard operating procedures (SOP) for various aspects of village administration; (3) Training and capacity building for village officials regarding SOP implementation; (4) Assistance and monitoring of SOP implementation; and (5) Evaluation of program impact. The research results show a significant improvement in village governance after program implementation. The developed SOPs have helped improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, increase transparency and accountability, and strengthen public participation in decision-making. In addition, the capacity of village officials has also increased, reflected in a better understanding of their duties and responsibilities, as well as a better ability to carry out administrative tasks. In conclusion, this community service program has made a positive contribution in strengthening village governance in Sungai Arang Hamlet. Developing SOPs and increasing the capacity of village officials has proven effective in improving the quality of public service s, transparency, and accountability. This research recommends that this community service model can be replicated in other villages that have similar problems.

Micro-entrepreneurs in rural Indonesia often face challenges in accessing financial services and developing sustainable business practices. This community service initiative aimed to empower micro-entrepreneurs in Lubuk Beringin, Bungo Regency, Jambi, Indonesia, by promoting financial inclusion and rural development. A mixed-methods approach was employed, incorporating surveys, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews to assess the needs and challenges of micro-entrepreneurs. Based on the findings, a comprehensive program was designed and implemented, encompassing financial literacy training, business development workshops, and access to microcredit facilities. The program resulted in increased financial literacy, improved business skills, and enhanced access to financial resources among the participants. Data indicates a 20% increase in average monthly income and a 15% rise in business savings among participating micro-entrepreneurs six months after program completion. Additionally, the program fostered a sense of community and collaboration among the participants. This initiative demonstrates the vital role of public administration in empowering micro-entrepreneurs through financial inclusion and rural development strategies. By providing access to financial knowledge, skills, and resources, public administration can contribute to sustainable economic growth and improved livelihoods in rural communities.

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style has on employee performance at KUD Karya Mukti. The data obtained in this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 43 respondents and the sampling technique used was total sampling technique. The power analysis used is multiple linear regression and the results of the questionnaire are processed using the SPSS Version 16 program. Based on the results of the assessment that has been carried out, it can be seen that the directive leadership style (XI), supportive leadership style (X2), participatory leadership style (X3), and achievement-oriented leadership style (X4) have an influence on employee performance (Y). This can be proven from the value of R Square which is 0.691% while the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other variables.

The problem of clean water today is a concern in all regions including the Bungo Regency and this study aims to determine the role of the Health Office in the development of community-based water supply and sanitation. By using a descriptive method of qualitative approach and data collection techniques by interviewing informants as many as 17 people. With the results of the study of the Role of the Bungo District Health Office in the Regency of Bungo in evaluating the sources of community-based drinking water supply and the construction of Pamsimas. In accordance with the regulations and main tasks. There are still many community-based sources of drinking water whose quality is beyond the supervision of the Bungo District Health Office. In carrying out the implementation of supervising community-based drinking water supply the Bungo District Health Office is less than optimal, there are barriers such as inadequate human resources, with a less than optimal number of officers, facilities and infrastructure that have not supported good service. Obstacles faced by the Bungo District Health Office, there have been several attempts to overcome constraints, some of which have been carried out such as: Health Office, Applying to Bungo District Regent. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The research method used is the quantitative method. This type of research is causal associative. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Fresh Prima Like Muara Bungo. And this study uses a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are used as samples. The sample of this study was 50 people, and the entire population was sampled. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The data analysis techniques were all tested using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the t test, H1 is accepted, leadership has an influence on employee performance, with a value of Tcount 2.785 T table 2.011 with a significance level of 0.008 0.05. H2 is accepted, organizational culture has an influence on employee performance, with a value of Tcount 2.029 T table 2.011 with a significance level of 0.048 0.05. The results of the f test, H3 is accepted, leadership and organizational culture have an influence on employee performance, with a value of Fcount 10,477 Ftable 3,195 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05.
