Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service and product quality on UNIQLO Living World Pekanbaru customer satisfaction. The respondents for this research were 100 people using random samples. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression, classical assumption test, F hypothesis test, t hypothesis test, coefficient of determination using SPSS 25 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The research results show that service quality and product quality have a positive influence. influences student satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. From the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2), it is known that the two independent variables contribute 52.9% in influencing the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction in choosing UNIQLO Living World Pekanbaru products.

Abstract

With increasingly modern developments, many innovations in cosmetic production have emerged in the business world. MS Glow has a high market valuation even though the price offered is quite expensive.. Keeping consumers loyal to the product can be a solution to competition. The influence of trust, commitment, communication, and problem handling on the level of customer loyalty of MS Glow in Jember is examined in this study. The research technique carried out on the object of MS Glow in Jember is based on quantitative research methods. Quantitative data used in this study were obtained through questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The main population of this study were consumers who had made purchases at MS Glow Jember. This study used non-probability incidental sampling techniques, using 160 MS Glow customers in Jember as samples. Respondents' responses were measured using a Likert scale. The data was processed through multiple regression analysis conducted using the SPSS program. The results showed that trust affects customer loyalty, commitment affects customer loyalty, communication affects customer loyalty, and problem solving affects MS Glow customer loyalty. All variables that measure customer relationship management in this study affect MS Glow consumer loyalty in Jember. Thus it can be concluded that customer relationship management is effective and able to increase consumer loyalty. The results of this study confirm all the proposed hypotheses

Abstract

Companies whose capital is divided into shares must submit financial reports every certain period of time. The financial statements are very useful for stakeholders as a consideration before making decisions. To be able to provide maximum benefits, financial reports need to be analyzed. The financial statements to be analyzed in this study are the cement industry in construction material subsector for the period 2018-2022. The subsector was chosen because cement is the main raw material for infrastructure development in Indonesia which still quite potential to increase revenue for cement companies. The purpose of this study is to provide information to stakeholders regarding the financial performance of the construction material subsector as seen from the level of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity during the period 2018-2022. The research method used in this research is library research method and data analysis using financial ratios. The research was conducted on 4 (four) companies included in the construction material subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis results show that PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) has the best liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios compared to similar companies during the period 2018-2022.

Abstract

Catering " Mbak Eka" is an MSME business engaged in grooming. Mbak eka catering always prioritizes the quality of its food products, but in the production process mbak eka catering experiences obstacles in product delivery and product defects. Late delivery in the form of delays in the delivery of catering orders to customers and for various defects there are shapes, tastes and colors that do not match customer orders. To overcome problems that occur in the MSME catering business, it can be done by identifying delays in order delivery and product defects, using the DMAIC six sigma method. DMAIC itself consists of define (formulate) using SIPOC diagrams (suppliers, inputs, processes, outputs, customers). Measure using DPMO calculations and control maps. Analyze using the results of interviews, observations and questionnaires for employees. Improve ( improve ) using 5 W+1H, interviews, observations and questionnaires for customers. Finally, there is control in this control using the results of observations, interviews and then SOPs will be made for catering businesses. From the results of the data, it is known that the chance of delay is 56.5%, so this study is more focused on delays in order delivery compared to defects. Abstract

Human Capital is the main capital of the organization in supporting the achievement of organizational performance. Changes in the world of work and economic conditions make Human Capital an interesting thing for organizations. Every organization seeks to optimize the potential of its human resources in order to achieve organizational goals, so that appropriate steps and strategies are needed regarding the application of Human Capital. The purpose of writing this article is to explore and summarize the literature review related to human capital in the company. so that it can find out alternative strategies that can be done by companies in order to improve employee performance. This article uses a literature review approach. The results of the literature review can be conveyed by researchers that, Human Capital Management is a top priority to improve employee performance. The company must be able to maintain and improve the Human Capital system and strategy, there needs to be a good strategy in building human capital such as by including company goals in line with employee goals and involving employees in every decision making. Employees are more likely to stay with organizations that have the same values and goals as them. The results of this study should be taken into consideration for companies in implementing Human Capital strategies as an effort to build a good organizational climate, so that it has an impact on employee performance achievements which indirectly also have an impact on competitive and sustainable company growth.

Abstract

Building Generation Z's interest in mutual fund investing is important to educate them about the importance of investing and help them prepare for their financial future. This research aims to identify variables that can influence Generation Z's interest in investing, such as knowledge about investment, financial literacy, risk perception, motivation, promotion, and other factors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results of this research show that knowledge, risk, promotion of financial literacy, motivation and perception have a positive influence and convenience has a significant influence on generation Z's interest in investing in mutual funds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT Asian Agri Singingi Hilir. The population in this study amounted to 40 people taken from production employees, while the sample in this study amounted to 40 people using the census method. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study where the tcount> ttable value is 2.320> 2.02619 and the significance level is 0.026 <0.05, which means that workload partially affects the performance of PT Asian Agri Singingi Hilir office staff employees. Workload with tcount> ttable or 4.225> 2.02619 with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 which means that workload partially affects the performance of employees of the office staff of PT Asian Agri Singingi Hilir. Workload and work stress have a simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT Asian Agri Singingi Hilir with a calculated F value of 33.931> F-tab of 3.25 with sig. (0,000) < 0.05. Adjusted R Square of 0.628 or 62.8%, this means that 62.8% of the employee performance variable can be explained or influenced by workload and work stress variables. While the remaining 37.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has changed the way humans work, interact and manage data. One part of accounting work that is influenced by AI is management accounting. There is a gap between the demands for developing the capabilities of accountants in the AI era and the development of management accounting itself. The application of AI in the context of management accounting also raises several ethical issues that need to be considered. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with an analysis of previous research literature being explored and explained. The research results suggest that it is important for future policymakers to ensure standardization of AI systems within the accounting paradigm to ensure high-quality systems that adhere to accounting principles and ethics. To address emerging ethical issues, it is important for organizations to involve ethicists and management accounting experts in the AI development and deployment process. This will help ensure that decisions made by AI systems adhere to widely accepted values and principles. This research provides novelty by filling a gap in the management accounting literature, exploring how AI can influence ethical practices in management accounting

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of intellectual capital components on firm value mediated by firm reputation. This study uses secondary data, namely the annual report and Corporate Image Index (CII) published by Frontier Consulting Group. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which have a CII score consecutively during 2013-2021 period. This study uses path analysis. The results of this study indicate that human capital has a positive and significant influence on firm reputation and firm value. Capital employed has a positive but not significant effect on firm reputation and firm value. Structural capital has a negative but not significant effect on firm reputation. Structural capital has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. Firm reputation has a positive and significant influence on firm value. Firm reputation mediates the influence of human capital on firm value with partial mediation type. Firm reputation does not succeed in mediating the influence of capital employed and structural capital on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is Integrity, objectivity, and Confidentiality on Auditor Performance at the Inspectorate of Riau Province. This research will be conducted at the Inspectorate of Riau Province. The research approach uses quantitative with primary data sources. The population and sample are all auditors in the Provincial Inspectorate office. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The results of statistical testing show that Integrity, Objectivity, and Confidentiality have a significant effect on Auditor Performance.
