Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease outbreak that is contagious throughout the world. Everyone feels the bad impact of this pandemic, both developing countries and Indonesia are no exception. Covid-19 has spread to all regions in Indonesia, including Bima Town. Bima Town is the east gate to enter the NTB area. Bima Town was able to handle this pandemic well, as evidenced by being the only area in NTB that is included in the Green Zone. This disease outbreak that has spread widely has greatly affected the life of creatures on this earth, such as the social, religious, economic, political and so on. Prevention efforts continue to be carried out by the Bima Town government as a form of government responsibility for the impacts and dangers of this pandemic on people's lives. This study aims to determine the factors that hinder and support the government's efforts in preventing and overcoming the dangers of Covid-19 in Bima Town by using a qualitative approach research method where the method used is a case study that departs from the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic carried out by the government. This is in accordance with the aim of the researcher to describe, analyze and explain the communication planning of a local government in the Town of Bima, West Nusa Tenggara. The research technique used is purposive sampling, which is a technique to find and determine informants by means of researchers selecting certain people who are considered to be able to provide the data needed then based on data or information obtained from informants. The results of the research that hampered the performance of the task force in preventing Covid-19 in the Town of Bima were social media that discussed issues about the untruth of Covid-19 so that people became paranoid. But in reality the public is able to accept when the government tries to educate and socialize so that it can minimize all what is stigmatized such as preparing vaccines, supporting infrastructure, budgets, public spaces that are able to be well maintained and education both through social media and other media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest income and interest expense on net income for the period 2012 to 2020. The research method used is a quantitative method using data sources from the financial statements of Concise Profit and Loss for the period 2012 to 2020. The data analysis technique uses data normality test, Pearson Product correlation analysis. Moment, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, knowing the effect of Interest Income and Interest Expense on Net Profit states that the data is normally distributed, the closeness of the relationship is 0.494 strong category, the direction of the influence is positive. Interest Income and Interest Expense affect Net Profit by 85.4% and the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other variables. it is known that t count (6.088) > t table (2.034) and significant 0.000 <0.05. This means that partially interest income has a positive effect on net income at state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, then t count (-2.382) > t table (2.034) and significant 0.023 <0.05. This means that partially interest expense has a negative effect on net income at state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, it is known that F count is 103.149 > F table 3.28, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that all independent variables, namely interest income and interest expense, simultaneously have a significant effect on net income at state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Poverty is a complex and multidimensional problem. Therefore, all poverty alleviation efforts must be carried out in a comprehensive manner and various aspects of people's lives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Infrastructure on economy and poverty, and to analyze government policies to find infrastructure government initiatives for poverty alleviation in Indonesia towards Sustainable Development. A mixed research method was adopted, by combining quantitative and qualitative research, with a sequential explanatory design, used a hypothesis testing method which explains the effect of the independent variable (Infrastructure), on the dependent variable (Poverty Alleviation), with Economic performance as a mediating variable, and Government Policy as a moderating variable, then a qualitative approach by content analysis on mapping Central Government Policies related to Poverty Alleviation in Indonesia. We found that infrastructure has a significant effect on the economy, economy mediates the effect of Infrastructure on poverty alleviation, and Government Policy does not moderate the effect of Infrastructure on poverty alleviation. Based on these findings, it is recommended that in efforts to poverty alleviation, the government should focus on making regulations that are more effective and efficient, good management and intensive collaboration across ministries/agencies, increasing the competence of human resources and the local community, as well as being in sync with improving the community's economy. The impact of (physical) infrastructure development on poverty alleviation will be more significantly if it is combined by social and economic development

To answer questions relating to free education and the difficulties that the Congolese experience in financing the education of children, we have retained as data collection instruments, the documentary study and the interview. We have selected a sample of five ( 05) schools per constituency chosen out of twenty five (25) and questioned two hundred (200) parents distributed by category according to their income. The results obtained confirm our initial hypotheses that the Congolese State is experiencing enormous difficulties in resuming the educational situation hand and free appears as a concept which does not evoke any reality with the parents, (80.5%) deny free, (19.5%) grant him a credit. The hypotheses formulated and validated allowed us to propose suggestions for solution approaches to the main education partners.

Abstract

Projects at the brownfield location cannot be separated from potential hazards related to geotechnical conditions and the existing project site. The construction phase is carried out at a location in the middle of an already operating factory. Lack of understanding of site characteristics and minimal use of the technology used can result in the project not meeting what was expected. This study aims to identify brownfield risk events during the construction phase of the PLTGU project development in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods with a case study approach. Primary data were collected using documentation, field observations, survey questionnaires and structured interviews. The results of the study identified 23 (twenty three) and 6 (six) main risks based on the rankings, namely: 1) Groundwater level risk, 2) Location infrastructure damage, 3) Flood risk, 4) Structural damage and structural settlement, 5) Land subsidence, 6) Leakage of existing underground pipes. risks affecting project performance during the construction phase. The results of the study reveal that these risk events are risks that must be managed by project management during the construction phase.
