Abstract

The process of receiving zakat is very sensitive because zakat receipts are included in the category of financial management that needs to be accounted for in reporting. DKM Baiturrahman Mosque is one of the institutions that carry out the process of receiving zakat, where the process of receiving zakat is carried out and managed using a manual or conventional system, reporting recapitulation still uses the manual method so that data recording still has several weaknesses such as vulnerability to data loss, data search that takes time quite a long time and poor data accuracy. Therefore, it is necessary to build an information system for zakat management by using a good information technology. This application is called SIPEZAK (Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Zakat). The development of this website-based zakat management application is built using the waterfall model approach. With this information system, it is hoped that it will help the process of receiving zakat, distributing and reporting zakat funds to be more effective and efficient

Abstract

Repairing of soft clay Embankment loading method with PVD is a soil improvement system consisting of Embankment loading work, installation PVD, installation PHD, and geotechnical instruments. Preload serves to compress the subgrade. PVD serves to speed up the process of soil compaction. Horizontal drains serves to drain pore water taken from the PVD in a horizontal direction to the outside of the location that improved. Geotechnical instruments function to monitor and record the process and determine the performance of the result improving soil that have been carried out. Embankment loading and PVD (Prefabricated Vertical Drain) are technologies that are often used in the construction world to increase shear strength and speed up consolidation time of soft soils. However, during the installation of PVD using a mandrel it can affected the surrounding soil, causing the soil to become disturbed. The disturbed area is called by Smearzone. Due to the presence of a smear area, analysis and calculations are needed to obtain a consolidation time that is in accordance with field conditions. This analysis aims to compare the decrease of displacement in the settlement plate (SP-124) with modeling in PLAXIS 3D considering using with or without taking into account the effect of the smearzone. The method used in this thesis is the analytical method using Terzaghi theory and the finite element method using PLAXIS 3D. From the results obtained analytically the magnitude of the decrease is 15.252 cm while the results from the PLAXIS 3D analysis without the effect of the smear zone is 15.15 cm and with the effect of the smear zone being, 2 times the dimensions of the mandrel the results obtained are 15.131 cm, 15.133 cm and 15.134 cm, with 3 times the dimensions of the mandrel the results obtained are 15,142 cm, 15,141 cm and 15,14 cm and with 4 times the dimensions of the mandrel the results obtained are 15,144 cm, 15,143 cm and 15,143 cm. The decrease that occurs in the settlement plate 124 in the field is 15.10 cm. So it can be concluded that the calculation of consolidation decrease using analytical theory is relatively close to the decrease in actual results in the field with a percentage difference of 1% decrease. There are differences in settlement due to laboratory data not representing the entire soil layer. Due to the decrease that occurred 15.10 cm, the result of the effect of the smear effect 2 times the mandrel dimension and half of the coefficient of permeability of the original soil with a reduction ratio of 0.2% is the result that is closest to the results of field observations compared to without a smear effect of 0.331%.

Abstract

The gate of Plato's Academia school of philosophy is emblazoned with the words know yourself. Know yourself, this is the first door to enter the gate of philosophizing activity. Levinas gave the gate a face that presented himself to the others. Self is the first human awareness to relate to others (the other). The other is a picture of the esse in its totality to create an encounter between faces. The face displays its esse facticity which places me and the others in its temporality. The encounter between two faces describes human life which is often discussed by everyone so far. The discussion that always arises is the difficulty of accepting the existing differences. Differences in culture, ethnicity, character, religion lead people to not respect or accept one another. The personal dimension in humans expresses the quality in oneself that is unique so that it distinguishes it from others. Here man is able to determine himself and all his actions. Likewise, the social dimension makes humans unable to live alone. This condition will make humans act specifically as humans. The presence of others for humans also leads humans to their wholeness. The results of this study intend to present face-to-face encounters. This point has been pondered, written about and discussed by quite a number of philosophers. It is not my intention, however, to examine everything that many or all philosophers have to say on the subject. I just want to limit it to what one philosopher said, namely Emanuel Levinas. Nor will I deny that there was an attempt to introduce him and his way of thinking to a somewhat restricted environment. However, on this occasion I would like to introduce this character and his main ideas to the indigenous Papuan environment as Melanesian faces with non-Papuan faces as Malay faces.

Abstract

Enough resources that have great potential are coastal resources, but well managed are marine ecotourism resources. In Tegal Regency, a village is well known for its beautiful beaches and never empty of visitors during holidays. The village is Munjungagung Village. In addition to the village which is never deserted, there is also a Fishing and Diving Spot, this can be a potential for marine ecotourism and has a great opportunity to continue to be developed into mainstay tourism, and it is hoped that this potential can improve the welfare of the community. This study aims to analyze the suitability of coastal tourism from the Coastal Village, which was developed based on the potential for marine tourism in Munjungagung Village, Tegal Regency, Central Java Province. The method or technique chosen is the descriptive method. This research has been carried out from April to November 2021 to determine the potential for marine tourism to the tourism suitability index (IKW). The data were analyzed using the formula for calculating the Tourism Suitability Index (IKW). This study showed that the tourist sites in the research area were still suitable for beach tourism activities, snorkeling, and diving. The suitability class for beach tourism and snorkeling and diving has an IKW value of 94.05% and is included in the S1 category (Very Suitable).

Abstract

Indonesian society is known as a society with complex heterogeneity, including a very dynamic structure in terms of political, economic, socio-cultural, and legal aspects. The enormous number of Muslim populations in Indonesia is the reason for continuing to strive for the development of the sharia economy which in its journey has met several obstacles. The dominance of the theory of capitalism in Indonesia, which originates from West and is even the focus of almost all countries today, has created economic injustice, because it only benefits West through the hegemony of paper currency and usury lending system. Economic theories formulated by experts are not able to present a just and civilized economic order for society, and even create a dichotomy between the interests of individuals, society, the state and relations between countries. In addition, it is also unable to maintain the sustainability of natural resources. According to the Islamic worldview, the capitalist economic system that is ingrained in Indonesia is a system that must be Islamized. So, of course the aspired economic theory is an economic system that can create justice and mutual prosperity accompanied by the blessings of the world and the hereafter. The theory is Islamic economics is sourced from Allah's law which brings justice and prosperity to all humankind, because Islam is a mercy to all of nature.
