Sumenep Regency is one of the districts on Madura Island where the tourism sector is experiencing rapid development and improvement. Sumenep Regency has a natural and cultural tourist attraction, making it a destination for tourists. Not only is the attraction of the culture of his cow easy, but Sumenep Regency has a very beautiful natural attraction. The condition of natural tourism consists of natural scenery, high hills, beaches, high asta and diversity of marine potential. One of the popular tourist objects is Pantai Pantai Sembilan, Gili Labak Island and Gilii which have the best oxygen levels in the world. Tourists from outside the region, especially those who first visited Sumenep Regency will have a little difficulty in accessing tourist attractions in this city because they do not know in detail the information about the location of these tourist attractions. The purpose of this research is to build an Android-based Geographical Information System using the Dijkstra Algorithm, which is expected to help tourists from outside the Sumenep City area in displaying routes from one tourist spot to another. The method that is the basis for designing this GIS is the Graph Method, by applying the shortest route search algorithm, Dijkstra's Algorithm. The expected results with this application are that it can help, simplify, and accelerate tourists in finding and obtaining information about the location of tourist attractions in Sumenep Regency. Based on the closest travel search trials using the Android Application it produces an accuracy of 95%.

An accelerometer is a useful sensor in technological development. Currently, the accelerometer is found on smartphone devices, navigation devices, and wearable devices. However, processing the sensor output signal into data that can be interpreted is not easy. This is because the output of an accelerometer sensor has significant noise. In this study, the authors are interested in developing an estimation method using a Kalman Filter. Kalman filter is an estimator so it is expected that the sensor data are more resistant to noise interference. In this study, the author innovated the 2 step Kalman filter. The study was conducted because the use of 1 step still has noise on the estimation results. Based on the analysis of the algorithm simulation results, it can be concluded that the Kalman filter 2-step algorithm has good performance in estimating the accelerometer sensor output. When compared with the Kalman filter 1 step algorithm, the Kalman filter 2 step algorithm has a smaller average error estimation and is able to achieve a constant/stable condition faster than the Kalman filter 1 step method

The present coding is safeguarding public information, not only guaranteeing security against confidentiality, but on aspects of integrity, authenticity, accessibility, availability and non-denial of information. Security is not only in the password room and is not only done by Sandiman, but more broadly to safeguard ICTs and col-laborate with information security management systems. In order to carry out these functions, it is necessary to make a road map which is a detailed work plan for coding operations. The research method used is descriptive made with reference to Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation and Reporting. The results achieved in this study are roadmaps that can be used as a reference for regional governments in the Indonesian territory.

The national shipyard industry is one of the strategic and competitive industries that deserve to be developed. The current developing era, namely the industrial 4.0, the growth of the national shipyard industry is expected to be able to active in the era of industry 4.0. In certain aspects and scales, the capabilities possessed are not inferior to world-class capabilities, but further development is still needed, referring to the fact that many domestik fleet needs and repairs are still dependent on foreign shipyards. So far, the domestic shipyard industry still facing a number of challenges, including financial support from the financial sector. Therefore measurement is needed toincrease rationalization towards labor productivity. The objective of reseach was first, identify and evaluate the operation of the current national shipyard industry by assessing the level of shipyard technology. Second, to know the strengths and weakness of technology so that management can know which technology development priorities must first be given attention andimprovement an effort to meet the industrial 4.0. The technology capability level can be determined based on the TCC (Technology Contribution Coefficient) which is a Technometrics method developed by UN-ESCAP. Based on the results of the assessment is the level of shipyard technology of PT. DOK Kodja Bahari based on Technoware, Humanware, Infoware, and Orgaware components is 0.519 which shows a good classification at the level of semi-modern technology.

Micro-sleep (MS) is a short sleep condition ranging from 1 to 30 seconds, where people who experience this condition fail to respond to motor sensors and become unconscious. Micro-sleep often occurs as a result of lack of sleep, but not always micro-sleep is caused by lack of sleep, some cases explain that micro-sleep sufferers are also experienced by those who do during monotonous work. Micro-sleep becomes very important when this condition involves dangerous conditions. Even though it's only a few seconds, of course this is very dangerous, and may be one of the main causes of accidents. By utilizing sensor technology, we can do realtime monitoring of the data of the owner, so that a tool that can detect the condition of the driver who has micro-sleep can be developed. With this information the micro-sleep detector will make a warning to the driver. This is expected to reduce the number of accidents caused by micro-sleep.

At Lancang Kuning University, there were no facilities that could be used in the preparation of university accreditation instruments, while the need for accreditation data was greatly needed by the academics of the yellowish university in the preparation of accreditation instruments for universities and study programs so that they were still having difficulty filing and presenting form data information, plans strategic and operational and self-evaluation plan along with the documents needed during the visitation activity by the assessor of the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT). With the use of information technology in the application of computerized based applications for filing and presenting accreditation data needs, it is expected to help the academic community more quickly and precisely in the data processing instrument for accreditation. It is expected that with the development of archiving applications and the presentation of accreditation instruments with the completion of the System Development Lyfe Cycle (SDLC) method in the problem analysis phase, the applications built can improve the quality of accreditation instruments in data processing that are well integrated and can be utilized at any time by the community the Lancang Kuning university.

Information is the king pin in business. Companies challenge their self to get an actual and factual information to be exist and win the tender. Companies are forced to use an up-to-date technology to produce the information needed. Especially in custom furniture company that has a long business process. It starts from measuring, modelling, budgeting, quotation, re-measuring, quality control, budget realization, until invoice printing. All of those processes must be organized in 1 management, so the custom furniture company can provide the actual and factual information for their customers. CV. Bali Interio is one of the company run in custom furniture business. This company has problems in their business process, it starts from the unorganized documents, slow processing documents que, messing measuring schedule, online buyer that doesn’t have an online media to buy, and the customers who want to monitor their order online. Based on the problems, it can be concluded that CV. Bali Interio needs a computerized system to solve the problems so it can give the best information needed for company or customer.

Biometrics is the study of patterns of characteristics to recognize or identify humans based on one or more parts of the human body, both chemical, physical, and behavioral characteristics, such as faces, fingerprints, sounds, hand geometry, or iris. Nowadays technology has developed using sound to be used as an application that facilitates humans. Voice identification process is very necessary to know the accuracy of the sound based on the characteristics possessed, because some humans have similarities in saying. In this study aims to determine the sound pattern based on speech. The method used for voice identification using the Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) feature extraction method, is a feature extraction method that approaches the human hearing system and is able to recognize speech patterns.

Currently PT. Rivet Jaya Lubuklinggau conducts the processing of LPG Gas sales data processing is still done with a manual system, the data processing process is still carried out with Microsoft Excel application tools to generate recapitulation (summary content or final summary report) of sales data such as the total sales amount. This study uses data collection methods by observing PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau, interview with the head of PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau and literature on books related to the author's title. The results of the research are the Dashboard Application for Monitoring the Sales of LPG Gas at PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau, the application was built with the PHP programming language with MySQL as an application database and web-based application interfaces. It can be concluded that the application that has been built can do sales data collection and can display details of the overall sales data that will be used as a tool for PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau to conduct monitoring.
