Abstract

Electronic phone credit (pulsa) sales at this time showed an outstanding increase, because of the needs of phone credit usage every day by the society that has now became a need. Phone credit business will never stop because human always communicate with one another. To ensure the availability of the product in the phone credit server, the phone credit server manager routinely, in a particular period, inventorize the purchase of phone credit products. From the exploration above, the market conditions in a business are always changing, In a business. Process prediction is important for every business person in decision-making. Then, there is a need to build a prediction system that could predict phone credit transactions in the next period. Results or output of this system is predictive value of transactions in the next period with average error value of 4% using β1=0,5 and β2=0,2. Therefore, it can be used as a reference for the management in the decision-making.

Abstract

Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas II Pekanbaru is a government office that concerns about healthy, especially about environment health. There is a problem in case of saving electronic data, also in analyzing daily data both for internal and external data. The office has some computers and other tools that are useful in saving electronic data. In fact, the data are still saved in available cupboards and it is not efficient for an important data that is analyzed for more than one time. In other words, it is not good for a data is needed to be analyzed continuously. Rational Data Base Management System (RDBMS) application is an online based saving data and it uses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. Hopefully, the application will be very useful for employees Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru in managing their work.

Abstract

Handling public complaints of Probolinggo city, known as “Laporo Rek”, requires more time to provide the report to the relevant office. Its caused by the administrators sometimes doesn't know where the Public complaints to addressed. Using the naïve Bayes algorithm in Text Mining for Public Complaints of Probolinggo city can help the administrators to work more effectively and efficiently. The processing data of Public Complaints of Probolinggo city through several stages of text mining, which are token, filter, steaming, and analyzing. After completed the stage, the data will be classified using the naïve Bayes algorithm. The naïve Bayes algorithm calculation will view the result of each data class of Public Complaints of Probolinggo city, which is entered by phone, text message complaints. The research using this method has resulted in accuray 95%; it means each public complaints of Probolinggo city can be classified by each government agency in Probolinggo.

Abstract

The research conducted is testing the accuracy of the level of similarity of the management of STMIK Pelita Nusantara. The facial images tested were 17 images and 136 tests in each method (Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG), Canny, and the combination of LoG + Canny). Tests were carried out using Matlab R2017b. From the test results, the researchers concluded that the accuracy of the highest level of similarity is the Laplacian of Gaussian method, namely images 12 and 17 with a percentage of 99.85%, then the Canny method, namely images 4 and 7 with a percentage of 99.53% and the lowest is the combination of the two methods. (LoG + Canny) namely images 6 and 13 with a percentage of 98.14%. And the highest average accuracy of the similarity window is the Laplacian of Gaussian method with a percentage of 49.91%, then the Canny method with a percentage of 38.19% and the lowest is the combination of the two methods (LoG + Canny) with a percentage of 37.81%.

Abstract

Indonesian business is a promising thing, the competition that occurs in the business of business people is always trying to be strategic and breakthroughs that can ensure the continuity of what they do. The youngest business cafe / restaurant, especially among young people to adults. The development of the Café / Restaurant business in Indonesia is growing rapidly, this can be seen from the many cafes / restaurants that have emerged which provide attractive interior design venues and offer a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere to gather with family and friends. Many competitors in business, especially in cafes / restaurants, require developers to find strategies that can increase sales, one of which is the use of transaction data.Data Mining is the process of extracting information from data sets through the use of algorithms and techniques involving the fields of statistics, machine learning, and database management system. A priori algorithms are a type of association rule in data mining. In this study using secondary data. The results of calculations and analysis of consumer research using Data Mining with the Apriori Algorithm method, overall from the sales sample data obtained 52 association rules that meet support above 20% and 50% confidence. Based on the test results using Rapidminer, it can be rejected by that the product that consumers are more interested in is the minimum confidence above 50%.

Abstract

Theft is a behavior that causes harm to victims who are targeted and can cause victims. The level of theft behavior is increasing in each region due to the increasing number of unemployment and lazy nature of work that makes a person commit theft to make ends meet. The purpose of this study was to analyze using the technique of datamining in the area of perpetrators of theft crimes by province. The technique used is clustering with the K-means method. Data sourced from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency with the url address: https://www.bps.go.id/. The results of the study using this technique are clustered in areas in Indonesia which have the highest crime theft rates. From the results of the study using the K-means technique, that there are 17 provinces out of 34 provinces that have the highest crime theft (C1) areas, namely: Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, Lampung, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Banten, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, South Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, Papua. The results of the study are expected to be information for the government in conducting policies to reduce the crime crime rate in Indonesia which is very high (50%).

Abstract

PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk is a company engaged in recreation, resorts and property. This company uses a network system in transaction operations in each of its business units. Often times a problem is found where the disruption of network devices is only discovered after complaints from users, this is very ineffective because besides disrupting company operations it also causes inconvenience to customers which can have a negative impact on the company's image. There is also a problem where IT Support in the unit is not always in place, because it is handling problems at other users' places. And sometimes problems in the unit cannot be resolved immediately, even sometimes something is overlooked. So we need a Network Monitoring System application to monitor the function or failure of network devices from each unit to the datacenter or server, as well as a helpdesk application to speed up problem handling time. With this application the company can monitor the network system at PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk so that problems occur before complaints from users can be found, and reduce computerized system downtime. And with the helpdesk facility, it makes handling IT problems in users faster to be handled.

Abstract

This study proposes a dynamic web-based information system using a content management system (CMS) osCommerce with PHP programming language and MySQL database. Utilization of a dynamic web Content Management System has advantages of easy and friendly in content management. Realtime information dissemination network using the Internet will bring up a quick response from the customer as the target market so that the main goal of entrepreneurial activity is achieved. With the implementation of web commerce information system is expected to be a solution for students as a means of self-employment training that has relevance to the subject so that students will have confidence in the start up of entrepreneurial activity as an effort to create their own jobs for students.

Abstract

Ari Canti Hospital selectively conducts selection in the company environment that is by selecting one by one application then do some test on applicants with several criteria. With a large number of applicants making the selection process takes a lot of time and effort, as well as applicant data and the outcomes of the applicants are not well archived. Based on the above problems, need a solution to problem-solving by making a Decision Support System to determine the appropriate applicants to become new employees by facilitating the selection of employees by predetermined criteria. The TOPSIS method is chosen because this method is a form of decision support method based on the concept that the best alternative not only has the shortest distance from the ideal solution but also has the longest distance Of the ideal solution. The result of the design of this Decision Support System is the system has been able to generate reports from the applicant rank calculation by the values that have been obtained on the criteria that have been determined. The calculation results of the Decision Support System is already by the calculations performed manually.

Abstract

Papaya is an agricultural product that can be grown anywhere. This causes papayas to be susceptible to pests and diseases, which can cause delays in the harvest period. So we need an expert system application that can help diagnose pests and diseases in papaya so that it can make it easier for papaya plant cultivators. The research has a goal to create an expert system application that can provide information on papaya plant diseases and can make it easier to diagnose diseases that exist in papaya and can be accessed easily anywhere by the public. This system is designed using Forward Chaining and Naïvei Bayes Methods. This expert system application is expected to make it easier for users to diagnose diseases and pests on papaya plants without having to require experts directly, based on the discussion and results in this research, the accuracy value of this expert system application has an accuracy value of 95% in diagnosing diseases and pests on papaya plants.
