Introduction: Early puberty in girls is one of the best examples of adolescent mental health problems including anxiety. The results of Riskesdas show that based on reports of respondents who have experienced menstruation, the average age of menarche is 13 years (20%) with an earlier occurrence at the age of less than 9 years and some delaying up to 20 years. Objective: To determine the effect of health education with audiovisual media on anxiety facing menarche in students of Elementary Schools 006 Long Iram. Methods: Experimental research design with pre-experimental design one group pretest posttest. Results and Discussion: It was found that before the intervention providing education with audiovisual media, most of them experienced moderate anxiety as many as 21 people (61.8%), after the intervention most of the anxiety became a mild category as many as 21 people (61.8%). A total of 18 people had anxiety after the health education intervention with audio-visual media about menarche decreased compared to before the intervention. Conclusion: There are differences in student anxiety before and after being given health education with audio-visual media about menarche at Sekolah Dasar 006 Long Iram students

Introduction: Indonesia is the 5th country in the world, efforts to reduce the birth rate (TFR) in Indonesia are carried out through the national Family Planning movement to prevent mortality due to pregnancy and childbirth due to unplanned pregnancies so it is necessary to increase the use of MKJP family planning through counseling using media The right one is audiovisual. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing MKJP family planning audiovisuals on knowledge and decision making on MKJP family planning decisions. Methods: This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest – posttest design. Results and Discussion: Knowledge of MKJP Contraceptive in post partum mothers before the application of audiovisual as much as 66.7% had less knowledge and after applying audiovisual as much as 77.8% had good knowledge. The use of audiovisual containing MKJP family planning materials makes it easier for mothers to understand about MKJP family planning materials so that with the understanding they have, they decide to use one of the MKJP family planning materials voluntarily without coercion. Conclusion: the application of audiovisuals about MKJP Contraceptive to knowledge and decision making about MKJP Contraceptive.

Introduction: Adolescent girls will experience menstruation every month which at this time of menstruation they will be at risk of developing anemia. The impact of iron deficiency anemia includes lack of concentration in school-age adolescents which results in decreased school achievement, decreased work ability for workers so that their productivity is reduced. Objective: The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of giving Fe tablets to the incidence of anemia. Methods: Using a pre-experimental research design with control. The population in the study was 97 young women at Junior High School 01 Linggang Begung. Results: the results of the Wiloxcon test in the intervention group were obtained (p value 0.000<0.05). These results explain that there is a significant effect of the intervention on Hb levels with (p value < = 0.05). These results explain that there are differences in the intervention of Hb levels in the intervention and control groups with (p value < = 0.05). Discussion: Administration of Fe tablets can increase the erythropoiesis process which initiates the formation of mitotic unipotential stem cells while differentiation into erythrocyte cells when stimulated by erythropoietin also stimulates further mitosis of promonoblasts, basophilic normoblasts and polychromatophilic normoblasts. Conclusion: there was an increase of 1.95 g/dl in the intervention group and 0.15 g/dl in the control group. Where the administration of Fe tablets with a commitment to consuming Fe tablets can increase Hb levels for 1 month of administration

Introduction: Indonesia is a developing country that has a very high prevalence of anemia in pregnancy. The results of the Riskesdas data show that pregnant women experiencing anemia in Indonesia increased from 37.1% to 48.9%. Anemic pregnant women have difficulty, and bleeding during childbirth. Meanwhile, babies are at risk of being born LBW. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving a combination of red guava juice and red spinach on the Hb levels of pregnant women in the third trimester in the working area of the Melak Health Center. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach, quasi experiment with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Resultand Discussion: The results showed that there were differences in the Hb levels of respondents between the intervention and control groups after being given the research intervention (p-value = 0,000). There was a difference in Hb levels of pregnant women in the third trimester in the intervention group between before and after being given the research intervention. Conclusion: It is expected that pregnant women can increase the intake of vegetables that are high in iron and vitamin C such as guava and red spinach, as an effort to prevent and overcome anemia in pregnancy

Introduction: The development of industrialization in Indonesia has a fairly high level of development. These developments can give rise to new industry challenges and problems. One of them is the risk of work accidents in the work environment. Objective: This study aims to describe the risk of work accidents based on the HIRADC method in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia. Method: This study is a literature review. The data sources obtained come from various databases, namely Google Scholar and the Garuda Portal in the 2017-2021 period. Result and Discussion: The results of the literature review show that physical hazards that are found in various industries such as, industries such as slipping, noise, falls and chemical hazards are hazards that are often found in basic and chemical industries. Conclusion: The conclusion of this literature review describes the process of occupational risk analysis based on OHSAS 18001:2007. There are 5 types of hazards in the manufacturing sector. The classification of risks with high or extreme risks is the top priority to be given control. The use of HIRADC based on OHSAS 18001:2007 in the manufacturing sector shows that there are conditions that are not optimally carried out.

Introduction: BPJS Kesehatan created a chronic disease management program (Prolanis) to prevent complications of chronic diseases. But in fact, the implementation of prolanis is still not running optimally as evidenced by this activity has not shown a good impact on the community. Objective: This review literature aims to identify constraints in the implementation of chronic disease management programs (Prolanis) at the Center for Public Health. Method: This study is a literature review. The data sources used are from google scholar and garuda portals in the 2017-2022 times frame. The keywords used are constraints, chronic disease management programs, prolanis, Public Health Centers. Result and Discussion: The results of the study showed 10 aspects of communication, namely lack of coordination, clarity in delivering success indicators, and lack of socialization. The human resources aspect of 12 articles is the lack of quantity and quality of officers. The funding aspect was obtained by 12 articles, namely the process of submitting and disbursing old claims and withdrawing service fees. Conclusion: from this literature review, it is found that the implementation of the Center for Public Health in implementing the prolanis program in Indonesia has not run optimally. Advice improves routine health promotion every month

Introduction: The research was conducted by Aulia in 2019 observed that in their research sample 2.2% of teenagers showed a high risk of addiction and 9.3% moderate risk, while among teenagers, only 1% showed an increased risk of addiction and 6, 7% moderate risk. Objective: Therefore, this study aims to determine the description of smartphone addiction based on the components of smartphone usage, self-regulation, self-efficacy in teenagers aged 15-18 years in Surabaya city. Method: This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. Result and Discussion: The results of this study indicate that addiction in teenagers aged 15-18 years which includes components of smartphone usage, self-regulation, and self-efficacy show that the results of smartphone usage in teenagers aged 15-18 years in Surabaya in a day 5-6 hours using a smartphone and 10-20 minutes they check their smartphone in a day. The results of the highest percentage of smartphone addiction obtained from the average respondents' answers on self-regulation indicators are 53.9% of teenagers do not experience addiction, because as many as 53.9% of teenagers have good self-regulation. Coclusion: The results of the highest percentage of smartphone addiction obtained from the average respondents' answers on self-efficacy indicators are 55.3% of teenagers do not experience addiction, because as many as 55.3% of teenagers have good self-efficacy

Introduction: Some women consider menopause frightening specter, causing anxiety. Menopausal women in working area Melak Health Center in November 2021-January 2022 are 73 people. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship knowledge, husband's support and body image with health anxiety levels in menopause women. Methods: This type of research is analytic survey with cross sectional design. Results and Discussion: Most of the respondents were aged 56-60 years (61.3%). high school education (41.9%), housewives (59.7%), poor knowledge about menopause (59.7%), husband's support is not supportive (58.1%), body image is not good (64, 5%), experiencing anxiety (62.9%). There is a relationship between knowledge (p value: 0.045), husband's support (p value: 0.003) and body image (p value: 0.036) with the level of health anxiety in postmenopausal women in the working area of the Melak Health Center. Husband's support is the most dominant factor. Anxiety in menopausal women can be related to husband's support, where husbands often pay less attention to menopausal wives and domestic violence can occur. Conclusion: Knowledge, husband's support and body image are factors related with health anxiety levels in menopause women

Introduction: Medication error is an event that harms patients due to incorrect use of drugs during the treatment of health workers. Medication error can lead to increased mortality or mortality, increased duration of hospitalization, and increased cost of treatment. Objective: This study aims to provide an overview of efforts to reduce the incompleteness of prescription writing at Surabaya Islamic Hospital A. Yani in each of its parts, namely inscription, invocation, precriptio, subcribtio, and pro. Method: The type of research used is qualitative case studies and secondary data analysis of patient safety incompleteness of prescription filling at Surabaya A. Yani Islamic Hospital. Data collection by observation and interview. Result and Discussion: The results showed that efforts to reduce the incompleteness of prescriptions carried out by Surabaya A. Yani Islamic Hospital using the E-prescription system. It is hoped that the existence of E-prescription can reduce the occurrence of human error and make it easier for doctors and pharmacists to provide services. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the doctor's identity and the date of writing the prescription in the inscription section, the dose of the drug in the precriptio section, the doctor's paraphrase in the subcriptio section and the patient's weight in the pro section. E-prescriptions are used as an upgrade system to replace manual prescriptions. Evaluation and socialization are carried out as an effort to reduce the number of incompleteness of writing recipes

Introduction: Nurses on duty in the Internal Medicine Inpatient Room of Dustira Hospital Cimahi are very high exposed to work stress, this is due to the nurse's workload exceeding the standard time working, because the nurse works in 1 day 8 hours while the time off is only 1 day a week, besides that total patients who provide a lot of work stress which results from working hours exceeding the established limit. Objective: The study aims to find out the relationship between nurse workload and work stress in the Inpatient Installation of Dustira Hospital. Method: This research is a quantitative survey with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study was a total sampling with a total sample of 44 respondents. Result and Discussion: Of the 44 respondents more than half of the 27 (61.4%) nurses have a light workload and less than half 17 (38.6%) nurses experience moderate work stress. There is a relationship between nurse workload and nurse work stress (p value=0.001<0.05). Conclusion: The conclusion is that the workload is related to the stress level of nurses in the Internal Medicine Inpatient Rooms IX and XI of Dustira Hospital Cimahi
