Introduction: Stroke is one of the main health problems, not only in Indonesia but in the world. Stroke occurs when the brain's blood vessels experience a blockage or rupture which results in part of the brain not getting the blood supply that carries the necessary oxygen so that cell/ tissue death occurs. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for Stroke in Stroke patients in the Linggang Bigung Health Center working area. Methods: This study used a descriptive retrospective research design, with a sample size of 22 respondents. Results and Discussion: The results of the study obtained as many as 7 respondents (32%) each with the latest education not in school and elementary school. The majority of 14 respondents (65%) were >55 years old, with the majority of 13 respondents (59%) being male, 16 respondents (73%) had no family history of Stroke, in this study all respondents had hypertension, 13 respondents (59%) had DM, 18 respondents (82%) each smoked and consumed alcohol, while 21 respondents (95%) were not obese. Conclusion: In this study most, respondents were aged >55 years, male gender, had smoking behavior and alcohol consumption and all respondents in this study had hypertension.

Introduction: Efforts to control hypertension by consuming antihypertensive drugs in the long term can cause Drug Related Problems, an unexpected condition experienced by the patient concerned, which may be caused by involving medication therapy given to the patient, which can actually or potentially affect the patient's condition. patient such as non-compliance, drug interactions, allergies to prescribed drugs, so it is necessary to look for treatments made from natural plants, one of which is Dayak onion. Objective: To determine the effect of dayak onion steeping water (Eleutherine palmifolia) on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the working area of the Gemuhan Asa Auxiliary Community Health Center. Methods: The type and research design used in this study was a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental because the experiment was carried out in the community. Result and Discussion: p-value 0.000 (< 0.05) means that there is an effect of giving Dayak Onion (Eleutherine Palmifolia) Brewed Water on Blood Pressure Reduction in Hypertension Patients in the Working Area of ??Pembantu Gemuhan Asa Health Center. Conclusion: There is an effect of giving Dayak Onion (Eleutherine Palmifolia) Brewed Water on Blood Pressure Reduction in Hypertension Patients in the Working Area of ??Pembantu Gemuhan Asa Health Center.

Introduction: Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly is a program implemented by the government and run by the Public Health Centre and cadres around the Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly for health services to the elderly involving several parties such as the government, the elderly, families, community leaders and social organizations. Objective: To determine the relationship between motivation and family support with elderly visits to the Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly in the working area of ??Kampung Asa. Methods: The design of this study was descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach carried out in January 2022. Result and Discussion: Statistical test found the relationship between motivation and elderly visits to the Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly (pvalue = 0.00). The relationship between family support and elderly visits to the Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly (pvalue = 0.01). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between motivation and family support with elderly visits to the Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly in the working area of ??Kampung Asa

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has hit the world, including Indonesia. Knowledge and compliance with the use of masks is one way to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and ompliance to the use of masks at Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Besiq, West Kutai. Method: Quantitative research with analytic study and cross-sectional design A sample of 97 people uses purposive sampling technique. Results and Discussion: Of the 97 respondents most of them have high knowledge of COVID-19, namely 83 respondents (85.6%), and a small proportion of low knowledge (14.4%), most of the respondents obeyed using masks, 80 respondents (82.5%) and small of proportion are not compliant 17 respondents (17.5%). Based of the Chi-Square test, the significance of p between the independent variables knowledge and the dependent variable compliance with the use of masks was 0.000 (p <0.05), the result that there is a relation relationship between knowledge and compliance use of masks. Conclusion: There is a relation between knowledge and compliance to the use of masks. It is recommended that the Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat continue to improve health services in making policy on COVID-19 prevention programs during the pandemic

Introduction: social media is a medium on the internet that allows users to represent themselves and interact, collaborate, share, communicate with other users, and form virtual social bonds. Playing too much social media can cause stress in teenagers. Stress is a condition of a person experiencing an imbalance between what is desired and reality. Objective: To determine the relationship between social media use and stress levels in Bentian Besar 1 Senior High School adolescents. Methods: The research design in this study was descriptive correlation using a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted in January 2022. Determination of the sample Stratified Random sampling, the research sample amounted to 132 respondents. The statistical test used is Chi-Square if it is obtained t arithmetic (p-value) <0.05, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Results and Discussion: The use of social media in the rare category (48.5%), stress levels in the moderate category (41.7%). There is a relationship between the use of social media with stress levels in adolescents (p-value = 0.00). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the use of social media with the level of Adolescents at Bentian Besar 1 Senior High School.

Introduction: The increasing population of the elderly can cause several problems; therefore, it is necessary to have family support and accessibility that supports the elderly to be active and independent in maintaining and maintaining their health through Integrated Healthcare Center activities for the elderly. Objective: To determine the relationship between family support and accessibility with the activity of the elderly attending the elderly Integrated Healthcare Center in the working area of ??the Barong Tongkok Health Center, West Kutai Regency. Method: The research design in this research is analytical research method with Cross Selection approach. Results and Discussion: There is a significant relationship between family support and the activity of the elderly attending the Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly (value = 0.000); there is a significant relationship between the accessibility of the elderly with the activity of the elderly following the Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly (value = 0.000). Introduction: Elderly or aging is a condition that occurs in human life. Aging is a lifelong process, not only starting from a certain time, but starting from the beginning of life. Growing old is a natural process, which means that a person has gone through three stages of life, namely children, adults and old both biologically and psychologically. Entering old age means experiencing various physical setbacks so that you experience the risk of falling. Methods: In this study, the research design used by the researcher was analytical research. Correlation analytic design with cross sectional approach with a total sample of 86 people. Results and Discussion: obtained p value 0.000 (<0.05) which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between knowledge and family attitudes with the risk of falling in the elderly at Barong Tongkok Health Center West Kutai in 2022. Introduction: Physical activity in diabetes mellitus plays a role in regulating blood glucose levels. The main problem in diabetes mellitus is the lack of response to insulin (resistance to insulin) so that glucose cannot enter the cells. Objective: To see the correlation between physical activity and blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus in Juhan Asa village. Methods: obtained p value 0.007 (<0.05) which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between physical activity and sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus in Juhan Asa village. Results and Discussion: Otained p value 0.007 (<0.05) which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between physical activity and sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus in Juhan Asa village. Then obtained an Odd Ratio of 0.636 which means that physical activity has a risk of 0.636 times on blood sugar levels, then the odds ratios of 0.464-0.873 have a close range, which means that physical activity has a weak relationship. Conclusion: There is a relationship between physical activity and sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus in Juhan Asa village. It is expected that people with Diabetes Mellitus apply good physical activity in order to control their blood sugar levels.

Introduction: The use of insecticide-treated mosquito nets is expected to reduce the incidence and morbidity of malaria, especially in the Papua region. Objective: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the use of insecticide-treated mosquito nets in Nolokla Village, Jayapura Regency with the characteristics of respondents, knowledge, and treatment of mosquito nets. Method: Quantitative research with cross-sectional design. The research location is in Nolokla Village, Jayapura Regency. The study sample amounted to 116 heads of families with a simple random sampling technique. Research measuring instruments using questionnaires and data analysis using the chi-square test. Result and Discussion: The results showed that respondents had used insecticide-treated mosquito nets (85.3%) and female respondents (75.0%) with high school education or equivalent (64.7%), and most jobs as self-employed (37.1%). The knowledge level of respondents is good (85.3%) and respondents who perform mosquito net treatment and are qualified (66.4%). Conclusion: Based on the results of the chi-square test, the factor that has a significant relationship with the use of insecticide-treated mosquito nets in Nolokla Village is treatment (p-value = 0.000; PR=9.125) and knowledge (p-value=0.005; PR=4,737). A factor that has no relationship with the use of insecticide-treated mosquito nets in Nolokla Village is education (p-value = 0.233; PR=2.813), occupation (p-value=0.299; PR=1.868), and gender (p-value=0.363; PR=0.555).

Introduction: Blending section workers are at risk for Low Back Pain complaints seen from every work process. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors currelated with subjective complaints of Low Back Pain in blending process at PT X. Method: The research used was observational research with a cross sectional design. The study population was blending process at PT X totaling 48 people. Result and Discussion: The results of this study indicate the prevalence of subjective complaints of Low Back Pain with moderate pain complaints felt by 76.7% of blending process. The statistical test results show that the work attitude variable (p=0.008 <0.05), the working period variable (p=0.000 <0.05), the age variable (p=0.000 <0.05), the Body Mass Index variable (p=0.815>0.05), the load weight variable (p=0.008 <0.05), the disease history variable (p=0.454>0.05) and the smoking habit variable (p=0.028 <0.05). Conclusion: Work attitude, work period, age, weight, and smoking habits have a relationship with subjective complaints of Low Back Pain in blending process PT X.
