Abstract

Hospitals that provide Covid-19 services can apply for reimbursement of service fees to the Ministry of Health. However, if a discrepancy is found in the administration or service, the claim can be declared unfit to pay which can have an impact on reimbursement of the costs of services that have been provided to the patient. Claims that are not eligible to pay are claims that have been verified by the hospital but do not meet the provisions of both administration and service so that they cannot be paid. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that caused claims that were not eligible to pay for Covid-19 patients at Imelda Workers Indonesia Hospital in 2022. This type of research was qualitative with a population of 18 claims and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The research instruments used were interview guidelines and checklist sheets. The method of data collection is done by observation and interviews. The results of the study obtained that the claim files of Covid-19 inpatients for the period June to September were 286 claims and the number of claims that were not eligible to pay was 18 claims. The factors that cause claims that are not eligible to pay are the criteria for Covid-19 patients not in accordance with the provisions, comorbid diagnoses that are not in accordance with the provisions, incomplete claim documents, supporting examinations that are not in accordance with the provisions and delays in claiming. The main cause of claims that are not eligible to pay for Covid-19 patients at Imelda Worker Indonesia Hospital is the delay in claims that have passed the date determined by the Ministry of Health. It is recommended that you pay more attention and be careful with the due date that has been determined by the Ministry of Health, so that there is no claim delay.

Abstract

The population from year to year has increased relatively high and not balanced. This resulted in heavy pressure from various sectors of the provision of clothing, food, employment, education, health and others. The government is handling it by making a program, namely Family Planning (KB) to control the rate of population growth. DMPA injection birth control is a method of birth control that is very effective in preventing pregnancy. type of research is a case study by carrying out Midwifery Family Planning Care Management on Ny. "F" DMPA injecting family planning acceptors with increased body weight at RSU Bahagia Makassar in 2022 according to Varney and SOAP's 7 steps. The diagnosis of Ny "F" was enforced by subjective data, there were complaints of increasing body weight while being a DMPA injectable KB acceptor and objective data was obtained by mothers using DMPA injecting KB. It is known that the increase in body weight experienced by Mrs. "F" is a physiological matter for users of DMPA injection KB with counseling so that the mother no longer feels anxious and worried about her condition From these cases, what can be taken is that basic data collection, diagnosis and action identification have been carried out for Mrs. "F" in accordance with the DMPA injection family planning acceptor case with increased body weight. You understand that weight gain is a side effect of using DMPA. Another important thing is that the mother understands that Islam advocates efforts to improve the quality of the family, including through family planning

Abstract

Periodontal disease is a dental and oral health problem in adult society. One of the periodontal diseases is periodontitis which is an inflammation of the periodontal tissue caused by accumulation of dental plaque which can lead to impaired masticatory function, tooth loss, alveolar bone damage, periodontal ligament damage, pocket formation, and gingival recession. Coenzyme Q10 acts as an antioxidant, the reduced form is ready to give electrons to deactivate ROS or block free radicals which can prevent oxidative stress thereby protecting lymphocyte cells and reducing the immune response which can lead to a reduction in inflammation in the periodontal tissues. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of coenzyme Q10 on the number of lymphocyte cells in the gingiva of male wistar rats with periodontitis. The research method used is true experimental laboratory quantitative research with a research design that is a posttest only control group design with observation or observing the control group and the treatment group. The number of samples used was 24 rats. Observation of lymphocyte cells was carried out using a light microscope with a magnification of 200x and a magnification of 400x and then counted manually by the observer. The results showed that the significance value obtained in the One-Way ANOVA test was 0.000 (<0.05). Then, based on the results of the Post Hoc Least Significant Difference (LSD) test, it was found that the biggest difference in effect was in the K(-)5 group and the P5 group, where the difference was 59.00 with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). It can be concluded that there is an effect of coenzyme Q10 administration on the number of lymphocyte cells in the gingiva of male Wistar rats with periodontitis.

Abstract

Premature aging is a natural process in life. Usually premature aging is caused by excessive sun exposure, pollution, and stress. Vitamin E and lauric acid and oleic acid from VCO oil as antioxidant that can protect the skin from free radicals and which work as maoisturizers to prevent dry skin. to formulate and evaluate clay mask preparations from alpha-tocopherol and vco oil as anti-aging. this research was conducted experimentally. The preparations of Clay mask was carried out by adding alpha-tocopherol and vco oil with concentrations of 1%:5% (F1), 1%:7% (F2), and 1%:9% (F3) respectively into the base of the clay mask and preparations. The blank (F0) was used as a clay mask base witout the additionof alpha-tocopherol and Vco oil. Tests on clay mask preparations include homogeneity test, stability test, pH test, irritation test, mask drying time test and anti-aging effectiveness measurement test using a skin analyzer on volunteers‟ faces. Parameters tested include water content, large pores, many blemishes and wrinkles. The treatment was carried out for four weeks. the results of the study showed that alpha-tocopherol and vco oil could be formulated in clay mask preparations and werw stable for 12 weeks of storage, homogeneous mask preparations, pH 5,6-6,1, stable during storage, could not irritate the skin. The higher the concentration used indicates a change in skin condition for the better with the highest concentration for four weeks for thr better with increasing water content (22,33 to 40,66), smaller pore (39,66 to 20,00), reduced blemishes (40,66 to 21,00), less wrinkles (34,00 to 16,00). alpha-tocopherol with vco oil can be formulated into a clay mask preparation and its good effevtiveness as an anti-aging can be seen in clay mask with 9% vco oil concentration. Imparoved skin condition with increased moisture content (percent recovery 33,54%), smaller pores (prcent recovery 45,96%), reduced blesmishes (percent recovery 49,11%) and reduced wrinkles (percentage recovery 44,85%). However, for some people, using a clay mask can cause allergic reactions and itching. In addition, excessive use of clay masks can also make the skin dry, which triggers excess oil production. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to make clay mask formulas with different samples.

Abstract

Short term memory is a storage system for holding small amounts of information with a duration of 15-30 seconds for about 7 things. Regular exercise can increase a person's VO2max value. A good VO2max will cause an increase in the hormones BDNF, IGF-1 and FGF. The increase in these hormones can increase the stimulation of neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus and in the subventricular zone of the lateral ventricles so as to produce good short-term memory function as well. This study aims to determine the relationship between VO2max and short-term memory in students of the Faculty of Sports Science, Medan State University. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross sectional design. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Sports Science, Medan State University. The sample in this study were 40 students selected by purposive sampling technique. VO2max was measured using the 12 minute Cooper Test and short term memory was measured using the Digit Symbol Substitution Test. Data analysis in this study used Fisher's test and found that there was no relationship between VO2max and short-term memory in students of the Faculty of Sports Science at Medan State University with p = 0.723. There is no relationship between VO2max and short-term memory in students of the Faculty of Sports Science, Medan State University.

Abstract

The filamentous molds associated with peanut paste produce biochemicals known as mycotoxins. The major mycotoxins are aflatoxins produced by molds from the genera Aspergillus and Penicillium. Mold contaminants can be occurred due to poor hygiene storage. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of molds in peanut paste sold at the Cengkareng market in order to assist people in being attentive to the storage conditions of peanut paste. Samples were collected randomly with a total of 15 packages of peanut paste from Cengkareng market, West Jakarta, Indonesia. Potato Dextrose Agar was used for the isolation and identification of molds. The molds were observed based on the morphological features through macroscopic and microscopic examination. The frequencies of 15 samples contaminated with molds were computed on a percentage. From the observed morphological features and colony colour of molds, those were A. niger, A. flavus, Penicillium sp, and Mucor sp. This research also revealed that of the 15 samples identified, A. niger and A. flavus, 40% respectively. Other species Penicillium sp. 27% and Mucor sp. 13% were the least common. Therefore, this study confirmed that Aspergillus is the highest risk of contaminating peanut paste compared to other genera, which can cause a health problem for humans.
