Diabetes mellitus (DM) is the oldest disease in the world and is related to the metabolism of glucose levels in the blood. DM can be seen from several sets of aspects of symptoms that arise in a person due to an increase in blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia) due to insulin deficiency. The high prevalence of DM, which is mostly classified as type II DM, is due to the interaction between factors of genetic susceptibility and exposure to the environment. Factors that influence adherence to the type II DM diet include the knowledge and attitudes of people with type II DM. The diabetes mellitus diet is an important part of the comprehensive management of the Type DM diet. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitudes with dietary adherence of people with type II diabetes mellitus. The type of research used is quantitative with analytical design and cross-sectional approach, the number of people in this study is 35 people. The technique of taking sempel in purposive sampling research. The results showed that there was a relationship of knowledge with dietary adherence of people with type II DM (p Value = 0.017) and there was a relationship of attitudes with dietary compliance of people with type II DM (p Value = 0.044). At this time, family support turns out to have an important effect on the mother's psychological condition in labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and maternal readiness with the level of anxiety of pregnant women before delivery. This study used correlation research. The population in this study was pregnant women before childbirth which amounted to 37 people. The sample obtained was 25 willing respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The results showed that the highest category of husband support was 21 people (84.0%). The level of maternal anxiety facing childbirth was mostly low at 16 people (64.0%). Thus there is a tendency for pregnant women before labor with the support of their husbands tend not to worry, with a value of p = 0.004 (p < 0.05), which means there is a significant relationship between husband support and the level of anxiety of pregnant women before delivery. Based on the study's results, it is expected that the husband accompanies the wife during labor because the higher the husband's support, the lower the mother's level of anxiety facing childbirth.

A total of 34 nurses working in the inpatient wards of Banyuasin Regional Hospital were the sample population for this quantitative, cross-sectional study. the sample was 34 respondents, and used complete sampling for sample collection. using questionnaires for data collection and retrieval. Chi-Square statistical test and multiple logistic regression were used in the statistical test analysis, and the findings showed a significant relationship (p-value 0.05) between the variables of incentives (p=0.037), work environment conditions (p=0.001), training (p=0.000), legal protection rights (p=0.002), and rewards (p=0.016). Age (p=0.447), gender (p=0.591), education (p=0.660), length of service (p=0.448), leadership (p=1.000), promotion opportunities (p=0.662), supervision (p=1.000), and punishment (p=0.731) were not correlated with each other. Based on the results of multivariate statistical analysis, the training variable is the most important factor in determining the level of satisfaction of nurses with their work (p=0.003; OR=63.254). Abstract

Studies using effective treatment/medication options for treating knee pain such as stretching, physiotherapy in the form of infrared, tens, neuromuscular taping, elderly exercise, medication and even surgery, it turns out that many patients do not experience long-term recovery from this treatment. So the formulation of the problem in this study is how to influence leg muscle strength training to treat knee pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leg muscle strength training to treat knee pain. This research uses quantitative research, the research design uses Pre-Experimental using One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The population in this study were residents of Pandean Lamper Village aged 45 years and over who had experienced knee pain. The number of research samples was 31 people with a purposive sampling technique. The independent variable in this study was leg muscle strength training, the dependent variable was the intensity of knee pain. Data collection time for 6 weeks. The instruments used were Numerical Rating Scale pain scales and observation sheets. The statistical test used in this study was the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results of the Wilcoxson different test showed a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, this means that there was a significant difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test. So that it can be said that there is an effect of muscle strength training on the intensity of knee pain in pre-elderly and elderly people in the Pandean Lamper sub-district.The conclusion of this study is that pre-elderly and elderly people who experience knee pain should exercise with weights with special movements to train leg muscle strength which is done at least 2x a week to reduce pressure on the knee joints and can also reduce the intensity of knee pain.Suggestions that can be given are that pre-elderly and elderly people should choose or add to their type of exercise with weight sports or exercise to train leg muscle strength so that the leg muscles strengthen, the pressure on the knee joint is reduced so that the knee pain disappears. Finally able to do activities better in the future.
