Abstract

One of the government programs that has become its mainstay is strengthening the economic sector, because with the economy, the Indonesian people will be free from poverty. One of the factors of national competitiveness is the quality and capacity of human resources in our nation's human resources. The economic progress of the Japanese and Singaporeans is mainly supported by the high quality of human resources in the mastery of science and technology which is a competitive advantage even though both of them are poor in natural resources. Efforts to increase Human Resources carried out by the Indonesian government include increasing productivity in various industrial or corporate sectors, both private and government-owned companies. This increase in productivity is in addition to increasing employee competence, motivation, and understanding of employee tasks which affect their performance as output in carrying out their daily activities. Thus, if every employee in various corporate agencies has high performance, a strong state economy will be realized. As mandated by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, it states that a national economy based on economic democracy with the principles of togetherness, efficiency with justice, sustainability, environmental awareness, independence, and by maintaining a balance of progress and economic unity national level, needs to be supported by strong economic institutions in the context of realizing people's welfare.

Abstract

Most of the population in Indonesia, both in urban areas, but especially in rural areas, many people invest in the livestock sector by taking advantage of the fertility of the soil they have for farming and some use it for raising livestock because the available feed is quite abundant in the types of grasses and leaves that are available. usually used for animal feed. One of them is raising sheep, this is because the sale value of sheep is quite high, and the consumption of lamb meat, especially for the regency, is quite high. As done by Young Farmer Farm, this farm which is located in the village of Cibiru Kindul, Bandung City, focuses on raising sheep, fattening sheep for beef, and making organic fertilizer from sheep manure on the farm. Most of the conditions of Indonesian livestock are only based on experience, meaning that they do not pay attention to the provisions in animal husbandry. This is the cause of the lack of good quality livestock systems in Indonesia. Therefore it is very important to improve the livestock system in order to obtain better quality and quantity of productivity. Activity analysis used to analyze input and output process flow of the livestock system uses the Activity relationship chart method which is a qualitative approach developed by Mucher. Is a way to analyze the flow of work, namely the relationship relationship with benchmarks degree of closeness of the relationship between one activity to another, in this study the data were obtained through observation and approved by the management of the farm. Macro ergonomics is a concept by defining a top-down sociotechnical system to produce a work system. The use of macro ergonomics is used to analyze the problems found in young farmer farm sheep so that in the end a number of suggestions for improvements related to the problems are obtained. The results of this research show that the problems that are considered to have a major impact on the sustainability of livestock are the conditions of the sheep pens, the process of feeding and drinking the sheep, caring for the sheep and the process of disposal and waste management. Improving the condition of the cage is done by relaying the condition of the cage, namely repositioning according to the provisions. Improving the process of feeding and drinking is carried out based on the provisions of feeding according to the rules. Treatment improvements were carried out by providing a quarantine process and sheep bathing. Improving the process of disposal and waste management is carried out by maximizing the use of manure as organic fertilizer.

Many journals and studies discuss the effect of leadership style on employee performance, so a review of journal papers that discuss this is necessary. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of published journal papers from 2022-2023. There are three Research Questions (RQ) defined in this study. The final results obtained from several journals studied show that a leader's leadership style dramatically influences the achievement of employee performance, and what is very dominant here is transformational leadership which has a very positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

Business ethics can broadly be interpreted as provisions regulated by law, even higher standards than the minimum standards of legal provisions, because in business activities we often find gray areas that are not regulated by legal provisions. Ethical behavior in running a business is something essential for the survival of the business itself, because unethical behavior will be harmful, especially when viewed from a long-term perspective. A good business is not only profit-oriented, but a good bus is profitable and has good value morally. The application of business ethics aimed not only at producers but also consumers who use it has been regulated and protected with various laws andregulations to maintain fairness and comfort in transactions. Appliedly, business ethics also highlights the moral aspects of human behavior and regulations that have a profession in business and management. Thus, business ethics can be seen as an attempt to formulate and apply ethical principles in economic relations between people.

This study aims to find out how fraud can be detected and prevented by using internal control measures in the inventory and storage (warehousing) cycle. The research method used is qualitative research where the results of the qualitative study have a meaningful unique understanding. Data collection techniques were carried out using triangulation (a combination of observation, interviews, documentation). Data analysis is qualitative or inductive. Then the place used in the initial research was the Lacafaca UMKM. The results showed that internal control was not effective in preventing and detecting fraud in the inventory and warehousing cycle at UMKM Lacafaca.
