Abstract

Financial behavior is a must-have ability that aims to manage and use financial resources in making financial decisions. Financial inclusion and Islamic financial literacy are variables that are thought to influence the financial behavior of Islamic boarding schools in Banten Province. This research leads to the type of causality research and quantitative research. Where based on the results of data analysis, the research results empirically prove that there is a positive and significant influence of the individual financial inclusion variable on financial behavior and proves that there is a positive and significant influence of the Islamic financial literacy variable on the financial behavior of Islamic boarding schools in BantenProvince.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 47,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,902 > 1,995). Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 48,3%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,973 > 1,995). Pengembangan karir dan pelatihan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,909 + 0,396X1 + 0,449X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 65,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (62,758 > 2,740).

Abstract

The implementation of the participative leadership style has been positive on the increase in employee performance. However, how it works in an extraction and refining petrochemical-firm context is still elusive. This study investigates how a participatory leadership style may support employee performance as moderated by Job Satisfaction. Primary data from all 85 HRD employees in Cilegon Petrochemical Company is selected as a database. This study computes the relationships using the PLS-SEM procedure. This study proves that participative leadership style variables significantly influence employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction moderates the effect of participative leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

Compensation is one of the most important aspects for employees and organizations. Can give compensation or remuneration based on individual, group, and company performance as a whole to improve employee performance and ultimately achieve organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on the performance of employees of freight forwarding services in the city of Serang, Indonesia. The sample in this study amounted to 90 employees. The method used is the quantitative method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results show partially that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and non-financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, financial and non-financial compensation affects employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment mediated by employee engagement in hospitals in Banten. Data were collected from one hospital in Banten, and samples were taken using google form totaling 65 respondents. The sampling technique in the study used random proposal sapling. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, perceived organizational support has a direct positive effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, and perceived organizational support has an indirect effect on organizational commitment and is mediated by employee engagement.

Abstract

This study examines the driving factors for forming positive customer attitudes towards Batik clothing as a cultural product brand and its implications for intention to use. This study will emphasize the symbolic aspect as a driving factor for attitudes. The symbolic aspects are ethnocentrism, product authenticity, and self-image congruence. The study was conducted with a descriptive research design, cross-sectional with data derived from a sample of adolescents in JABODETABEK. The sample was selected using the convenience sampling technique. Data is collected through online surveys. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out quantitatively using the Structural Equation Model approach. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that ethnocentrism, Product authenticity, and self-image congruence positively impact the formation of young people’s attitudes towards Batik, with product authenticity occupying the most dominant ranks. On the implication side, this research also indicates that a positive attitude towards Batik will increase the desire of the younger generation to continue using Batik in the future.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of transformational leadership (TL) on employee performance (EP) through work motivation (WM) on engineering consulting companies in Capital Region of Jakarta. The data collection of this research was primary and secondary by using structural equation modeling with partial least squares method. The total respondent of this research was 106 who were the employees from selected engineering consulting companies in Capital Region of Jakarta. TL had a significant effect towards EP. TL had a significant effect towards WM. Lastly, TL had a significant effect towards EP through work motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh profesonalisme dan komitmen organisasi dalam mendorong pencapaian kinerja ASN. Peneliitan ini melibatkan 100 orang dari pegawai ASN di provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan survai mengunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan deskriptif dan statsitik inferensial dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bawa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ASN, Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN dan profesionalisme berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja ASN melalui komitmen organisasi. Kata Kunci : Profesionalisme, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja ASN

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara keterlibatan karyawan (Employee Engagement) dan kinerja karyawan UMKM (mikro) di Provinsi Banten Indonesia, dan untuk menguji apakah kreativitas karyawan memediasi hubungan antara keterlibatan dan kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 98 karyawan yang bekerja di 30 UMKM (mikro). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang berkaitan dengan keterlibatan karyawan, kreatifitas dan kinerja karyawan. Metode kuantitaf dan alat analisis data mengunakan SEM SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari keterlibatan karyawan pada kinerja pekerjaan. Namun, analisis mediasi menggunakan metode bootstrap menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas telah sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan antara keterlibatan dan kinerja. Studi ini memperluas penelitian sebelumnya dan meningkatkan validitas eksternal dari temuan dengan menyelidiki hubungan antara keterlibatan dan kinerja karyawan UMKM. Selain itu, ini adalah salah satu studi penelitian pertama yang mengeksplorasi peran kreativitas dalam hubungan antara dua variabel; ini membantu dalam meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang model dan membantu dalam meningkatkan efek keterlibatan pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the transformational leadership and reward system to employee performance. The main task of a leader is to empower, motivate the employees in order to optimize their ability to achieve organizational goals. This research was conducted at the Department of Building Supervision and Control of Jakarta in July and August 2014 the total respondents eighty employees collected by simple random sampling technique. To analyze the data collected, the type of data being analyzed researchers used quantitative data. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis in which this analysis can be used to look at the relationship and the influence of transformational leadership and reward system on employee performance at the Department of Building Supervision and Control of Jakarta. The results of the study found that transformational leadership and reward systems have a significant effect on employee performance.
