Abstract

This research aims to find out how the cooperation between the Sinergi Foundation and YBM PLN is implemented in channeling people's funds by the Sinergi Foundation which includes the models, strategies, and program implementation schemes that are carried out. Sinergi Foundation (SF) is an independent institution concerned with encouraging the development of creativity and innovation in Social-Empowerment based on Productive Waqf and ZIS (Zakat, Infaq- Alms). The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach at the Synergy Foundation, Bandung City. The results of this study indicate that SF is implementing a community empowerment program with YBM PLN in Banyuwangi Regency. The collaboration model built by SF and YBM PLN is a partnership in which SF and YBM PLN jointly develop and implement community empowerment programs for fishing communities in Banyuwangi Regency. The strategy implemented by SF in carrying out its partnership program includes four aspects, namely (1) the existence of guidelines and codes of conduct; (2) the existence of corporate management systems and policies; (3) corporate leadership strategy in partnerships; (4) as well as commitment and partnership among stakeholders. And the implementation scheme The implementation scheme of the Partnership by SF and partners focuses on community empowerment in order to create a better life for the target community and their environment. In addition, SF and YBM PLN also focus on preserving the environment and building tourism villages in the future which are expected to have a positive impact on the community.

Abstract

This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative data analysis approach to answer problems related to the performance achievements of local government agencies through budget realization and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) of the District Environmental Service. Tolitoli in 2022. In that year DLH implemented 9 programs which were implemented in 15 activities and 35 sub-activities. The performance of the Tolitoli Regency Environmental Office showed an average achievement of 106% for 4 (four) Key Performance Indicators (IKU), which is also the goal of the regional apparatus. Based on these performance targets, a budget of Rp. 10,122,941,188, - (budget after amendment) with realized funds of Rp. 9,941,536,170, - or 98.20%. Performance achievements in 2022 show that the DLH of Tolitoli Regency has succeeded in meeting the targeted strategic objectives. This shows that the achievement of the performance of the Environment Service strategic plan for the 2021-2026 period in the second year is quite good.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe, analyze and explain the variables involved, as well as to measure the relationship between Perception and Product Knowledge among users of the Dana application. Additionally, the study aims to determine the extent of the partial and simultaneous effects of Perception and Product Knowledge on the Interest in Using the Dana Application. The research adopts a quantitative method, utilizing descriptive and verification analysis. the analytical tools employed is path analysis. the sample consists of 150 respondents, and data is collected through on line questionnaire distribution. The research findings indicate a strong correlation between Perception and Product Knowledge. Additionally, Perception and Product Knowledge have a positive and significant impacts on the Interest in using the Dana Application.

Abstract

A well-suited leadership style that matches the culture of the company generates a significant impact on the company’s development. Other factors are organizational communication, both vertically to the leaders and the workers and horizontally to the fellow employees. The addition of generational gap among the member of the organization will enlarge the difference in human character and also thinking patterns. Based on those factors, a meticulous study has been conducted on one of the private companies in Indonesia. This study has been aimed to understand the relationship between democratic leadership style, organizational communication, generational gap, and company productivity by measuring theirs gas production from the year 2017 to 2021. This study used the method of interviews and questionnaires that were processed statistically to identify the relationships among the selected variables both partially and simultaneously. This study found that a democratic leadership style has a positive and significant to company productivity. This style of leadership has increased gas production year-over-year (YoY) by more than 60% in the year 2019. Although, the variables of organizational communication and generational gap resulted in insignificant to the company productivity. Simultaneously, those three variables accounted for the percentage of 15% of significant value to company productivity, with the percentage of 85% were influenced by other variables beyond this study.,

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of farmer behavior in increasing rice production and to analyze the influence of agricultural extension, perceptions and motivation on farmer behavior in increasing rice production in Air Putih District, Batu Bara Regency. This research was conducted in Air Putih District, Batu Bara Regency and was a quantitative descriptive study. There were 941 research respondents from 23 middle class food crop farming groups, the number of research respondents based on the Slovin formula was 90 people which were then divided proportionally per farmer group spread across Air Putih District, Batu Bara Regency. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was used to measure the level of farmer behavior in increasing rice production using a Likert scale and to see the effect of agricultural extension, perceptions and motivation on farmer behavior in increasing rice production using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the behavior of farmers in increasing rice production in Air Putih District, Batu Bara Regency was interpreted very highly with a score of 98.13 percent, where agricultural extension, perceptions and motivation had a significant effect on farmer behavior in increasing rice crop production in Air Putih District. Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of leadership and coercion of workers on the achievement of incised workers with worker motivation as an intervening agent at PTPN III Kebun Tanah Raja This research will be carried out at PTPN III Kebun Tanah Raja which is located in the Region. Pls. Mengkudu, North Sumatra, this study took place from August 2022 until the end of this study the population consisted of 127 PTPN III Kebun Tanah Raja incisors, the sample used in this study was a permanent swamp sample where all 127 people were sampled, the technique The data analysis used in this study is the path analysis technique. For the results of this study, leadership affects the performance of PTPN III's Tanah Raja field workers. The bullying of the workers reflected the achievements of PTPN III's Tanah Raja field workers. Work motivation affects the performance of PTPN III's Tanah Raja field workers. Leadership affects the work motivation of PTPN III's Tanah Raja field workers. Worker harassment affects the work motivation of PTPN III's Tanah Raja field workers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and price perceptions on the purchase decision of a Samsung smartphone at the Matahari Simpanglima SMS Store, Semarang. The sample in this study were 120 people who bought Samsung cellphones at Sinar Mas Cellular Matahari Simpanglima Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to show the influence of product diversity , tourist attractions, pricing, service quality mediated by customer satisfaction on tourist loyalty on tourist attraction (case study on tourists of Pasar Mbrumbung Rembang Regency). This study uses independent variables, namely product diversity , tourist attractions, pricing and service quality, bound variables, namely tourist loyalty and mediation variables, namely customer satisfaction. Data collection techniques were carried out in this study through questionnaires. The source of data used in the research conducted is from primary data sources obtained from research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population of this study consisted of all tourists who had and/or recently visited Pasar Mrumbung, Rembang Regency. The sampling technique used in the study was non-probability sampling with the sample technique of convenience random sampling, the sample in the study was 100 people who had and/or had just visited the Mbrumbung Market, Rembang Regency. The results showed that tourist attractions and pricing had a significant positive effect on tourist loyalty. Product diversity and service quality have a significant negative effect on tourist loyalty. Product diversity and service quality have a significant positive effect on tourist loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction from the results of the customer satisfaction path analysis test results are able to mediate the effect of product diversity and service quality on tourist loyalty. Tourist attractions have a significant negative effect on tourist loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction from the results of the customer satisfaction path analysis test is unable to mediate the effect of tourist attractions on tourist loyalty. Pricing had no significant negative effect on customer satisfaction-mediated traveller loyalty and from the results of the customer satisfaction path analysis test was unable to mediate the effect of pricing on tourist loyalty.

Abstract

The rapid movement of technology is growing significantly, especially in the smartphone industry. The number of several new brands of smartphones appearing in Indonesia makes tight competition between the previous smartphones brand. This phenomenon makes the fast movement to a brand by making great ads, especially in social media, and using celebrity endorsement as one of their strategy to attract new customers and boost the sales. This research is to find out that these strategies are still relevant to increase the sales of smartphones. The respondent of this research was generation Z who lived in Semarang and is currently active in using social media. The result of this research indicates that celebrity endorsement does play a significant role in effected brand image positively, but on the other hand celebrity endorsement does not influence purchase intenton. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Brand image is capable to mediate between celebrity endorsement and purchase intention.

Chairman of the Advisory Commission: Abdul Hadi Sirat, Member: Abdullah W. Jabid.The purpose of this study was to see the effect of teamwork, employee involvement on employee performance, and the role of human resource competence in moderating teamwork and employee involvement on employee performance.This study adopted a quantitative methodology, collecting data through questionnaires, and obtaining responses from respondents (n = 97) from 97 respondents who had work experience in their fields. The measurement model and hypothesis testing were carried out using the Smart PLS software.The results of the study show that teamwork and employee involvement have a positive effect on employee performance, and human resource competence strengthens the influence of teamwork and employee involvement on employee performance.Teamwork and employee involvement in employee performance can be enhanced by the role of human resource competence. In order to realize the effectiveness of employee performance needs to be evaluated regularly to avoid problems arising in employee performance. It is hoped that future research will add to the survey method apart from distributing questionnaires/questionnaires as well as conducting interviews to obtain additional information so that accurate results will be obtained to improve employee performance.
