Abstract

CPM (Critical Path Method) is one of the time-oriented Network Planning Methods that leads to determining project scheduling and time estimates that are terministic/definite. The purpose of research with this method is to determine the time and cost of the project and find out what activities are included in the critical activities. The population in this study is the Masnana – Wali Section Road Development project in South Buru Regency, Namrole District which is handled by CV. Mighty Son. The sample used for the Masnana Section Road Construction project - Wali for the period October (17 October 2022) - December (08 December 2022). Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques use the CPM (critical path method) method. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the form of the critical network for the Masnana - Wali Section Road Development project in South Buru Regency, Namrole District is ABCDEFGHMNNOPQRSTUVY with an efficient time duration of 123 days from the normal time of 124 days. This time duration is the most efficient time after being accelerated using the CPM method, the total cost of the Masnana - Wali Road Development project in South Buru Regency, Namrole District with an efficient time of Rp. 2,512,286,813 which of the initial cost of Rp. 2,497,872,247.68. This is because the results of time and cost optimization show that a shorter implementation duration will require greater implementation costs compared to normal duration and cost conditions.

Abstract

The role of cybersecurity in the context of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has become a concern for the international community due to its widespread impact on national security and regional stability. Cyber attacks have become a significant tool in modern conflicts, and this research aims to understand the role of cybersecurity in the escalation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The role of cybersecurity in this conflict involves cyber attacks carried out by Russia against Ukraine's critical infrastructure. These attacks include targeting Ukraine's communication, power, and financial systems. These attacks have had a significant impact on Ukraine's ability to resist Russian invasion and maintain their national security. Additionally, this paper discusses Ukraine's efforts to strengthen their cyber defense in response to the cyber attacks by Russia. Steps taken by Ukraine include enhancing their cyber defense capabilities, cooperation with international partners, and increasing public awareness of cyber threats. This paper also analyzes the international community's response to cyber attacks in the context of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. International organizations such as NATO and the European Union play a crucial role in providing support and technical assistance to Ukraine in combating cyber attacks by Russia. However, the challenges faced in addressing the evolving cyber threats require stronger cooperation among countries worldwide.

Abstract

In today's digital era, all activities using digital systems provide convenience and speed in carrying out all the activities needed, one of which is conducting financial transactions. Financial technology provides digital financial transaction services with various convenient features to make the required financial transactions. The presence of fintech certainly changes people's behavior in financial transactions with the conveniences offered by fintech services. Islamic financial institutions also follow the development of digital services and meet the needs of the public in conducting sharia-based digital financial transactions. With this change in digital financial transaction patterns, it is necessary to have a regulation that regulates and supervises the running of sharia-based fintech business practices in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the basics of sharia fintech business regulations in Indonesia and explain the impact of these regulations on the development of sharia fintech in Indonesia. The study used normative juridical methods. The results showed that in Indonesia, the legal basis for the running of sharia fintech was POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016. OJK changed the regulation with the issuance of POJK No. 10/POJK.05/2022, which specifically regulates the running of sharia fintech in Indonesia. This can provide regulatory strength to the running of sharia fintech services.

Abstract

Leadership is a very important dimension in the quality of public services. With innovation from the government or regional heads, it can improve the quality of public services in the area. The quality of public services is the main parameter in the success of an autonomous region in implementing decentralization. This study aims to examine the role of innovation in strengthening public services in the digital era in the context of government leadership. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by means of in-depth interviews with a number of informants related to the research problem as well as secondary data collection from various literature that supports the research. The results of this study explain that the government leadership model consists of democratic, bureaucratic, laissez faire, and autocratic leadership models. Leadership Government itself is influenced by variables of the situation and conditions of government, the people as followers, and the rulers as leaders. Government leadership innovations in improving public services include the use of information technology, open government, a citizen-centric approach, development of leadership competencies and Data-Driven Decision Making.

Abstract

Corporate culture is considered to have the power to influence change, making it a driving force for company growth. The purpose of this research is to ascertain how important organizational culture is in promoting healthy organizational development. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research technique and data analysis for literature review. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has both beneficial and unfavorable influences on organizational sustainability between employees and leaders. Company culture influences the perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors of employees that are relied on and used in everyday tasks, such as getting work done. When negative cultural attitudes are developed, they have an effect on how the organization operates. A new approach is needed in organizational development to obtain more comprehensive and reliable information regarding the relationship between organizational culture and organizational development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses explanatory research methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of West Java Province, totaling 80 people. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with census/saturation sampling techniques. So that the research sample is 80 employees. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that work stress has a significant negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The work environment has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Work stress and work environment have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

In the study of public administration, ethical arrangements for civil service administration, also known as the code of ethics for civil servants, are provisions or standards regulating the moral conduct of civil servants. The ethics of the state civil apparatus include moral teachings and principles of good behavior for officials/civil servants in carrying out their responsibilities and providing community services. This study seeks to examine the ethical responsibilities of public servants at the Pegaden District Office in Subang Province. To meet community needs and establish trust in local government, it is necessary to provide high-quality, ethical public services. This qualitative research method collects information through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that several public service problems which were the source of apparatus problems were difficult to access where the service implementing unit was, not yet informative, did not listen to the aspirations of the community, was not responsive, lacked coordination, was inefficient and had a long bureaucracy. In an effort to overcome this, the Pegaden sub-district government of Subang Regency took steps which included establishing service standards, developing standard operating procedures (SOP), conducting customer satisfaction surveys and developing a complaint management system.

Abstract

Political education has an important role in building political awareness, active participation, and a deep understanding of the political process among the people. Political parties, as the main actors in the Indonesian political system, have great responsibility and potential in carrying out political education to the public. This study aims to analyze the role of political parties in implementing political education in the Indonesian political system. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that political parties have a significant role in implementing political education in Indonesia. They can play the role of intermediary between government and society in disseminating objective political information, promoting political participation, and increasing public understanding of democratic principles, political rights, and political decision-making processes . However, this research also reveals that there are challenges and obstacles in implementing effective political education by political parties. Some of the challenges faced include a lack of resources, lack of awareness of political parties on the importance of political education, and political polarization that affects efforts to make political education inclusive and non-biased.

Abstract

Generating profits alone is not enough to provide an overview of the financial performance of a good company, for that purpose this writing aims to know and analyze the financial performance of PT. Chitose International, Tbk in 2017-2021 using the Economic Value Added method which will provide an overview of added value for shareholders. The results of the analysis using economic value added show the financial performance of PT. Chitose Internasional, Tbk in 2017-2018 is not good because it has a negative EVA < 0 or negative EVA. This means that there is no increase in the value of the company to its owners by the company's management, this is possible because the increase in the company's net sales value is almost balanced with the cost of goods sold and other expenses. On the one hand, the cost of capital is greater than the company's ability to earn profits, and the value of NOPAT and Capital Charges in 2021 is even negative.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of person organization fit on employee engagement, analyze the effect of person organization fit on turnover intention, analyze the effect of employee engagement on turnover intention, analyze the effect of person organization fit on turnover intention through employee engagement. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Mandala Multifinance Tbk. Saumlaki Branch. The sample used amounted to 35 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The distribution of questionnaires was measured using a Likert scale. Methods of data analysis using toolsanalysisPartial Least Squareprocessing through Smart PLS software version 4. The results showed that person organization fit had an effect on employee engagement, there was an effect of person organization fit on turnover intention, there was an effect of employee engagement on turnover intention, there was an effect of person organization fit on turnover intention through employee engagement.
