Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which leadership style and cultural norms at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pekanbaru City have an impact on the level of employee performance there. Descriptive statistical analysis, which takes a quantitative approach, is the method of analysis that was utilized in this particular piece of research. Through the use of questionnaires and surveys, as well as the selection of respondents at random from the total population, a total of 54 individuals provided responses. The data from the respondents were put through several statistical data processing steps before the hypothesis was put to the test. These steps included checking the validity and reliability of the data, which included making assumptions about things like normality, homoscedasticity, and multicollinearity. After that, continue with the analysis of multiple linear regressions and the t test. In addition, based on the findings of the statistical analysis, the following results were obtained: that the influence of entrepreneurial leadership factors and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

There is enough information to influence price movement in the capital market. Information this often responded by excessive by investors when take decision investment . This thing usually happen at times certain , especially at the beginning and end day work ( Monday , Friday ). The goal of this research is to determine how the phenomenon of the day of the week effect affects the stock markets of Indonesia (LQ45), Japan (Nikkei), and America (Dow Jones Industrial Average) during the COVID-19 pandemic period of 2019-2021. Also, we want to know if there is a difference in the return of shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (LQ45) between Monday and Friday and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is because the very severe covid-19 pandemic had a big effect on stocks and the global economy on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We also want to know if there was a difference in the return of stocks in Indonesia, Japan, and the United States during the study period. The data used was index data return share from January 2019 to December 2021, with insufficient time series data for 205 data points. The methods of research used are comparative and event studies. Whereas the technical analysis used is the normality test, paired sample test, and independent sample t-test, Research results showing that there is The Day of The Week Effect at LQ45 Indonesia Stock Exchange is not there is difference In 2019, 2020, and 2021, alternate Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with Monday Friday. Because : p value > 0.05 (95% confidence ). Research results LQ45 testing with Nikkei and LQ45 with DJIA is homogeneous or same , which shows that no there is difference level returns on the LQ45 index and the Nikkei index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investment knowledge, return and social media on investment interest and to determine the role of technological advances in moderating the relationship between investment knowledge, return and social media on investment interest. The population of this research is the millennial generation investors who live in Greater Jakarta. Data were collected as many as 140 respondents and processed with IBM AMOS v22 software. The results of this study indicate that investment knowledge, returns and social media have a significant effect on investment interest in the capital market in the millennial generation in Jabodetabek and technological advances can moderate the relationship between investment knowledge, return and social media on investment interest in the capital market in the millennial generation in Jabodetabek

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the Family Hope Program (PKH) is in improving community welfare in Tiwugalih Village, Praya District. The research method used is qualitative research with a narrative approach. The results of this study indicate that. The Family Hope Program (PKH) in Tiwugalih Village has been implemented effectively based on indicators of the accuracy of the objectives, the accuracy of the implementation process, and the benefits felt by PKH Beneficiary Families (KPM). The Family Hope Program (PKH) in the Tiwugalih District has not been implemented effectively, as seen from the indicators of ineffective targeting because there are still many poor people in Tiwugalih Village who should be included in the KPM but cannot receive the assistance program because they are not registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) from the Ministry of Social Affairs, while there are also those who should not be eligible to receive the assistance program but instead receive the program. In addition, the monitoring activities carried out have not been carried out optimally due to obstacles in the field. Regarding the effectiveness of the PKH program in improving the welfare of the community, this program has not been very effective in improving the welfare of the PKH recipients because the funds they receive are not so large.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the relationship of shopping anxiety and fear of missing out (FOMO) on the purchase intention of e-commerce. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to residents of Jakarta who have used e-commerce. The sampling technique used non- probability sampling with 100 respondents. The analysis data is based on Structural Equation Model (SEM) that can simultaneously perform model testing as well as structural model testing. The statistical tool is using Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the statistical results of the research, it is concluded that during the pandemic Covid-19, the variable of shopping anxiety has no significant effect on purchasing intention of e-commerce. The respondent believes that in-store shopping behavior will return to normal supposedly post Covid. The second result concluded that the variable of FOMO has a significant effect on purchasing intention of e-commerce. Using e-commerce tends to be easy and time-saving to get the latest product updates. This FOMO habit has a significant effect on increasing purchase intention using e- commerce.

Abstract

This good regional financial performance is due to the greater the income obtained from regional taxes, regional levies, the results of separated regional wealth management and other legitimate income and the smaller the central loan and assistance, the more independent the region. With the more independent the area, the economic growth in the area can increase. This is because the area is able to manage economically, efficiently, and effectively and the lack of policy intervention by the central government. aims: 1. To analyze descriptively the Effect of Independent Performance on Income Disparities in East Java Province. 2. Analyzing descriptively the Effect of Independence Performance on Economic Growth in East Java Province. 3. Simultaneously analyze the influence of independent performance on income disparities and economic growth in East Java Province. Analysis of the data in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) program version 3.0 M3 PLS (Partial Least Square) was first developed by wold as a general method for estimating the path model using latent constructs with multiple indicators. Independence Performance on Income Disparity in East Java Province is significant with t-statistic of 2,369 (> 1.96). Economic Growth on Income Disparity in East Java Province is not significant with a t-statistic of 0.062 (<1.96). Disparity of Income to Community Welfare in East Java Province is not significant with t-statistic of 0.836 (<1.96).

Abstract

Marketers are constantly searching for innovative tactics to increase sales performance. One of the most popular methods is through offering coupons to potential customers. However, selecting the most potential customers is not an easy task. Customer selection and segmentation become urgently important for business. To tackle these problems, an application of business analytics method is introduced. Besides, 3 machine learning algorithms such as random forest, naive bayes, and decision tree were utilized in predicting the likelihood of coupon to be accepted by users. Eventually, Random forest was found as the most accurate algorithm with the highest prediction accuracy

Abstract

The Covid-19 that entered unexpectedly and became an epidemic resulted in a transformation in the field of education. Educational activities have changed. Government regulations to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 require learning to be done from home. One of the important innovations is the implementation of the curriculum. The curriculum is an important component in the educational journey. Facing the Covid-19 situation, there must be innovation in the existing curriculum. This study aims to analyze the Curriculum Policy Model at MAN 1 Labuhanbatu during the Covid-19 pandemic. To see how MAN 1 Labuhanbatu runs the curriculum in non-routine situations. To see how the management of MAN 1 Labuhanbatu in implementing the existing curriculum. To see how educators run the existing curriculum. To see how students undergo learning based on the existing curriculum when learning from home is implemented. This type of research is qualitative research. The study used a semi-structured interview method, namely in-depth interviews with informants. Curriculum policy at MAN 1 Labuhanbatu during the Covid-19 pandemic is in the good category. Learning planning refers to and adapts to the learning situation at home, guided by the MAN 1 Labuhanbatu Curriculum. In the implementation section, teachers utilize technology-based facilities and application facilities to facilitate the delivery of goals and teaching materials. Assessment and evaluation are still carried out objectively.

Abstract

This research aimed at finding out the opportunities and challenges faced in the digital transformation at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as well exploring the strategies that can be done to optimalize the digital transformation at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in the new normal eral. This was a qualitative research in which the setting was the office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bali Denpasar. The informants were gained through purposive sampling who were five staffs of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bali Denpasar. The data were collected through interviews and observation. The interviews were done by applying guided interview to get the detialed and depth answers about the research questions. The results showed that the challenges were not all the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan members were able to adapt to the digitalization. The internet connection was also a challenger in optimizing the digitalization faced by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bali Denpasar. The sharing information to the publich is a strategy that can be done to optimalizing the digitalization at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bali Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the community's perception of the hopeful family program in improving the social welfare of poor families in Hulu Sihapas District, North Padang Lawas. The Family Hope Program (FHP) is a program that provides cash assistance to poor families, if they meet the requirements related to efforts to improve the quality of human resources, namely Education, Health and Social Welfare. The FHP program is a program created by the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs based on the Decree of the Coordinating Minister for Poverty. This study aims to discuss the implementation of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program in Providing assistance to the Poor in Hulu Sihapas District, Padang Lawas Utara, Bantan District, and to examine the factors that become obstacles in providing assistance to the poor in the District. Hulu Sihapas, Padang Lawas Utara, Bantan District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, the research approach is a sociological approach. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data. In data collection techniques, researchers used interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are: firstly that the implementation of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program in Providing assistance to the Poor in Hulu Sihapas District, Padang Lawas Utara is going quite well, it is proven that the recipients of the Family Hope Program (FHP) assistance affect the alleviation variable. Poverty in the District of Hulu Sihapas North Padang Lawas so that the government of the District of Hulu Sihapas North Padang Lawas must be able to maintain this assistance program so that the people of the District of Hulu Sihapas North Padang Lawas can be helped.
