Abstract

The company cannot run its business properly without the trust of customers and the public. This study aims to determine the influence of company reputation and CRM on customer trust through satisfaction as an intervention that impacts repurchase customers of PT Anexco Mitra Abadi. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the type of survey research. The study was conducted on PT Anexco Mitra Abadi's customers with a total sample of 96 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Based on the results of data analysis using SEM-PLS, this study shows that only six hypotheses are accepted, while one is rejected. This study concluded that the company's reputation positively and significantly affects customer trust and satisfaction. CRM was found to positively and significantly affect satisfaction and repurchase. Customer satisfaction only has a positive and significant effect on trust, but does not affect repurchases

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine how much influence the risk-based planning of internal audits and competence on audit quality with the paradigm of internal auditors as a moderating variable. The object of the study was carried out at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia with the number of samples determined by 100 auditors. Data collection using questionnaires which were then analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach. The results of this study prove that good risk-based internal audit planning will achieve quality audit goals. In addition, auditors who have good competence will also affect the quality of audit results. The auditor paradigm has proven to moderate by weakening the role of competence on audit quality and strengthening the influence of risk-based internal audit planning on audit quality. This study concludes that good audit planning will achieve quality audit goals and an auditor with good competence will affect the quality of audit results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication of the company's management organization to form staff innovations in managing tidal swamp land to become potential plantations. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. In dealing with the management of the Tidal Swamp area as a plantation area, a company must have good organizational communication within the scope of management to improve the innovations of human resources for plantation staff who are reliable and able to carry out the mandate properly so that the company's vision and mission can be achieved as expected. The strategy carried out by the Company's management with symbols or forms of organizational communication that they organize in an istiqomah culture of carrying out the mandate has succeeded in changing plantation governance for the better and has potential on marginal land.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of asset price, asset volume and asset supply on cryptocurrency investment returns with the 5 (five) highest market capitalizations in Indonesia. The population in this study were all coins registered on the indodax exchange service and samples were taken using the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 5 crypto coins. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study partially indicate that asset price has a significant effect on returns with a significant value of 0.0197 0.05 with a tcount value of (1.235478) < ttable (1.65356), asset volume has no significant effect on returns with a significant value of 0.3833> 0.05 with a tcount value (-0.874042 ) < ttable ( 1.65356),

Abstract

Sumedang Regency is one of West Java Province's regencies with a significant number of rising poverty rates that exceed provincial and even national rates. The Joint Business Group (KUBE) strategy is one type of poverty reduction initiative based on community empowerment. Consequently, this study examines the Implementation of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) Program in Poverty Alleviation in the Sumedang Regency, with a particular emphasis on the crucial function of facilitators. This study employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology. The results indicated that KUBE required the role of a companion in addressing poverty by enhancing intellectual talents, social psychology, skills, and levels of community welfare. However, the reality on the ground is that assistants are not backed by proper facilities, necessitating a paradigm shift that focuses on the assistance process, the mentorship process, what they have, their competency, time, facilities, and reports

Abstract

Digitization of archives plays an important role in an agency that is very helpful for the work of the archival service to make it easier to find lost archival documents. The Karawang Library and Archives Office created an application called Subang Larang for digitizing the archive. One form of new media archive storage is digital media using computers which must be facilitated by agencies so that the work environment becomes more effective when working. The portion and position of employees that must be considered in carrying out work so that employees will be responsible for their work and employees will achieve the results of their work. The researcher gave the title "The Role of Digitalization and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Library and Archives Service". This research is descriptive and qualitative. The results show that digitizing archives is one way that helps archive services become more effective for certain interests in just a short time

Abstract

This study tries to evaluate whether or not transformational and transactional leadership styles have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance. In this study, the population consisted of 175 employees, and a sample was drawn using the Slovin formula. The method of research employed is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach, and the primary and secondary data sources employed are primary and secondary data, respectively. Descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, correlation tests, and hypothesis testing including the multiple linear regression test, the t test, the f test, and the coefficient of determination test are employed (R 2). This investigation was conducted on AL Islah Education Foundation employees in Jakarta. The employee performance is influenced by the outcomes of the partial test for transformational leadership style variables. Then, the partial test (t test) results for the transactional leadership style variable have an effect on employee performance. In addition, the findings of the simultaneous test (F test) indicate that both transformational and transactional leadership styles have a favorable and statistically significant impact on employee performance. Knowing that the coefficient of determination (r 2) is 0.63, the contribution of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style to employee performance is 63%, while the remaining 37% is influenced by variables outside the scope of this study

Environmental pollution is one of the most influential factors on the balance of ecosystems and human life. RI Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning environmental management article 1 paragraph 14 states that, environmental pollution is the entry or inclusion of living things, substances, energy and/or other components into the environment by human activities so that they exceed environmental quality standards. defined life. The implementation of human development is increasing, it turns out that it can contain the risk of environmental degradation and destruction, so that the basic structure and function of the ecosystem can also be damaged because of it. Any activity or activity carried out including industrial activities will certainly have an impact on the environment and public health at large. Abstract

PJT II Karya Bhakti Raharja Employee Cooperative is one of the employee cooperatives under the auspices of BUMN. One of the activities in this cooperative, of course, is savings and loans. In financial institutions, the term bad credit is not something foreign. Bad credit or commonly called Non-Performing Loan is a delay in loan payments by customers. Many factors influence the occurrence of bad loans, for example, economic problems that make customers not smooth in paying their loans. To anticipate things like this, each financial institution has its own mechanism or method of handling it. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism for handling bad loans or Non Performing Loans in KBR Cooperatives with a quantitative descriptive approach research method. One of the treatments that the KBR Cooperative can take when a customer has bad credit is by giving a Warning Letter (WL 1,2,3). The calculation of the NPL in the KBR cooperative is 0,47%, which means it is in the “very healthy” category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture, training, and compensation on the performance of the Labuhanbatu District Education Office employees. The population of this study was the employees of the Education Office of North Labuhanbatu Regency, totaling 43 employees. The data collection technique in this study is a list of questions (questionnaire), while the data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. From the t test There is an influence of Work Culture, Training, and Compensation on the Performance of Education Office Employees of North Labuhanbatu Regency. The F test obtained means that Work Culture, Training, and Compensation have a significant effect on performance. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained (R-Square) is 0.494 or 49.40%, indicating about 49.40% of the variable performance can be explained by the variables of Work Culture, Training, and Compensation. The rest is influenced by other variables not examined
