Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) the working environment conditions at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel; (2) employee performance at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel; and (3) is there a significant effect between the work environment on the performance of employees at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel. This research is quantitative research using regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel, totalling 15 employees. Sampling with totalling sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has 5 alternative answers. The instrument validity test uses item analysis and is calculated using the product moment formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. Prerequisites for analysis include a normality test and a linearity test. Next, test the hypothesis using simple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment and employee performance at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.643 and a coefficient of determination of 0.413. This means that 41.3% of employee performance at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel is influenced by the work environment, while the other 58.7% is determined by other variables not explained in the study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of LDR, CAR, BOPO and inflation on NPLs. In this study, the author used quantitative research methods with descriptive and associative approaches. The population used in this study is all companies in conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which presents complete and consistent data in the 2017-2021 period and has been listed aka gone public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used in this study is the Non Probability Sampling method. The results of this study state that the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant effect on Non Performing Loans (NPL). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). Operating Income Operating Costs (BOPO) have a significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). Inflation shows insignificant against Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). And simultaneously that Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) and Inflation have a significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a person's feelings after consuming a product or service and compared to their expectations. Consumer satisfaction can be influenced by Service Quality, Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions. The research objective was to determine the direct and indirect effects of service quality, product quality and purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted on Alfamidi consumers, Jl. Diponegoro, Teluk Dalam, South Nias Regency. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The population is Alfamidi Diponegoro consumers and the sample is part of the population using a probability sampling design with simple random sampling technique. The sample size is 119 people. Based on the analysis of the sub-structural equation model 1, it is evident that service quality and product quality influence consumer purchasing decisions. In sub-structural equation 2, it is proven that service quality, product quality and consumer purchasing decisions have an effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Technology is progressing very rapidly in today's millennial era. Online shopping portals are widely used for almost all people. In online shopping, the system that can be applied is the Accounting Information System. In using technology today, it is influenced by interest in using the features and facilities offered. This research is quantitative research and the data is primary data, because the data is taken directly by researchers without going through intermediaries. The data used is data from people in the city of Semarang who use online shopping portals aged 17 years and over. The respondents totaled 240 people. This study uses instrument tests in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, including multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and normality tests, as well as significance tests between independent variables either individually or together using the t statistical test and the F statistical test. The conclusion of this study is that perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, perceived trust and attitude have an effect on interest in using online shopping, while perceived risk has no effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine: 1). Utilitarian Value an affects on customer satisfaction, 2). Hedonic Value has an effect on customer satisfaction. 3) To find out whether Utilitarian Value and hedonic value affect on customer satisfaction. 4) To measure how much influence the Utilitarian Value and hedonic value have on customer satisfaction. This research is quantitative descriptive. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were the customers of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) in Batam. The sampling method using the Slovin formula, then taken as many as 423 respondents. The results of this study were obtained: the results of the t test variable Utilitarian Value (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) obtained t value of 5.905 which is greater than the t table (5.905 > 1.9719) with a significance of less than 0.05 ( 0.000 <0.05). In the hedonic variable value (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y), the value of t arithmetic 136,479 which is greater than t table (136,479 > 1.9719) with a significance of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The Multiple linear regression equation Y = (-1.351) + 0.413 (X1) + 0.674 (X2) + e. The conclusion of this study is it is known that the Utilitarian Value and Hedonic Value variabels that influence customer satisfaction of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) in Batam

Abstract

TIKI freight forwarding company is one of the giant freight forwarding companies in an Indonesia. Liability and compensation at TIKI are issues, so it is an important to compile brief research that can explain Liability for Damage to Goods in Expedition Services One Night Service at the Kilat Courier Company (TIKI). Research used to answer these problems, the researchers used empirical juridical law research methods by researching Liability for Damage to Goods on Expedition Services One Night Service at the Kilat Courier Company (TIKI) using the library research method, and file research to HRD, Customer service, and Employee of the Quick Deposit Company (TIKI) Brigadier General Katamso. In this writing, it can be concluded that the form of accountability provided by TIKI if the goods received by consumers are damaged or lost is to return funds in the amount of 10 (ten) times the cost of services used or a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiahs) ) if the sender does not insure the goods sent. It is different if the sender ensures the goods sent, then the damage to the goods caused by TIKI will be reimbursed according to the price of the goods.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the availability of land conformity for the development of cassava's food estate in Gunungmas regency. Gunungmas regency is one of the location targets for the development of food estates in Indonesia . The combination of multi criteria based on hierarchical analytical process analysis and geographic information system (GIS) to produce the map of land used availability and sustainable cassava's food estate land. The Principles that used to determine of food estate suitability are the sustainability criteria of economy, social and environmental . The data used was spatial data relating, and interviews with experts regarding the weight and value to determine the extent of the interest in the hierarchy analytical process. Weighting is done on each criterion based on its level of importance on land suitability. The value of all by virtue of conformity each sub criteria . The highest value represents an area that has a high level of suitability. The weighting overlay method was used to produce a land suitability map for a sustainable cassava food estate. The results of the study show that the available land for the development of a food estate in Gunungmas Regency is 33,799.15 Ha. Sustainable cassava food estate land suitability class is 31,496.21 Ha, very suitable 496.74 Ha, class is not suitable 1,806.21 Ha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the relationship between Work Family Conflict and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction with Job Stress as an intervening variable during the 2020 pandemic for nurses at RSUD Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. The research design used data analysis methods using the path paradigm with data analysis techniques using PLS-Path Modeling with the SMART PLS 3 application. The population used in this study were female nurses who were married at Haulussy Ambon Hospital with a total sample of 139 people. found from this study that Work Family Conflict has a significant positive effect on Job Stress, the Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction,

Abstract

This study analyzes monetary policy variables on exchange rate stability. Where is the purpose of this study to see the contribution of variable inflation, the amount of money in circulation, interest rates, and foreign exchange reserves in dealing with exchange rates? The problem that has existed so far is the inaccuracy of the policies used to maintain exchange rate stability. However, this study predicts being able to use monetary policy in dealing with exchange rate problems. Four countries will be studied, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Analysis to see leading indicators per country using the ARDL Panel method. The results of interest rates and the money supply can become the main leading indicators (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines), but their positions are unstable in the short run and long run. The main leading indicator of the effectiveness of monetary policy which can become the leading indicator for Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines in maintaining exchange rate stability is the interest rate variable seen from a short-run and long-run stability. Where the interest rate variable in the short term and long term is significant for the stability of the exchange rate.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on moderating budgetary participation on budget realization, and also to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on moderating the clarity of budget objectives on budget realization. The approach used in this research is a quantitative associative approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 38 ProvSu Regional Apparatus Operations (OPD), each OPD representing 4 fields of 152 samples. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. the consequences of the review expressed that there was an impact of financial plan interest on spending plan acknowledgment, there was an impact of authoritative responsibility on directing spending plan investment on financial plan acknowledgment, there was an impact of hierarchical responsibility on directing the lucidity of financial plan focuses on financial plan acknowledgment.
