Abstract

Rapid changes in the business environment demand adaptive and innovative strategies to ensure company sustainability and growth. This research will focus on how leaders can be the main catalyst in formulating, implementing and evaluating effective company strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This research produces a deep understanding of the crucial role of leaders in the development of successful corporate strategies. The findings show that leaders play a role in formulating the vision and mission, analyzing the external environment, identifying opportunities and challenges, building a supportive organizational culture, communicating and implementing strategic plans, carrying out continuous monitoring and evaluation, and developing teams and capabilities. In this context, leaders are not only strategic decision makers, but also agents of change, motivators and shapers of organizational culture. In conclusion, effective leaders have an irreplaceable role in directing an organization towards achieving its strategic goals.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of academics in the Supervision of Notary Supervision Panels in Indonesia and the concept of legal expediency of the role of academics in the Composition of Notary Supervisory Panels. The formulation of the problem proposed is what is the role of academics in the Supervision of Notary Supervisory Panels in Indonesia and how is the legal expediency of the role of academics in the Composition of Notary Supervisory Panels. This research uses a normative juridical approach, data collection is carried out by literature study and data analysis is carried out qualitatively. The results of this study show that: first, the role of academics in the Supervision of Notary Supervision Panels in Indonesia is to provide a balance of views based on academic theories on the types of violations reported and the types of sanctions to be imposed in accordance with the severity of errors or violations of the code of ethics committed by reported notaries. Academic views are submitted to the plenary session of the Supervisory Panel and formulated jointly regarding the types of violations committed and legal sanctions imposed on the reported notary. Furthermore, the court will decide the case and the verdict will be handed down as the decision of the Supervisory Panel. Second, the legal expediency of the role of academics in the composition of the Notary Supervisory Panel is of significant benefit in carrying out supervision of notaries, especially providing a balance of views academically in handling cases against notaries who commit violations. In addition, it provides benefits in the organizational development of the Notary Supervisory Council, especially in transforming knowledge in the latest notarial fields for the organization, organizational development through education and training as well as the implementation of research and evaluation in order to improve the quality of the Notary Supervisory Council's performance.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to conduct an in-depth bibliometric analysis of various techniques used in data visualization. The methodology involves collecting and analyzing bibliographies and relevant scientific publications related to data visualization techniques, specifically Multidimensional Scaling (MDS), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), T-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (T-SNE), Tree Map (TMAP), Uniform Manifold Approximation (UMAP). The findings from this analysis are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of trends, patterns, and developments in data visualization techniques within the scholarly literature. However, this research has limitations, such as the availability of data and bibliometric methodology constraints. The social implications of an in-depth understanding of these data visualization techniques may contribute to enhancing broader understanding and application across various fields, spanning from sciences to industries. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive approach to bibliometric analysis, particularly focusing on data visualization techniques, and the value of this research resides in its contribution to knowledge that can serve as a foundation for further developments in the domain.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) understand and analyze the academic supervision of Madrasah principals in improving teacher performance at MTsN1 Tangerang City, (2) to determine the obstacles faced in implementing academic supervision of Madrasah principals to improve teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Tangerang City. The research method used was descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection method is through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique includes four components, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the academic supervision of madrasah principals in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Tangerang City includes the development of syllabi, annual programs, semester programs, lesson plans and KKM which are adapted to student characteristics and relevant educational theories. The supervision model used is a clinical supervision model and artistic supervision with a directive, non-directive and collaborative approach, then the techniques used by the madrasa head are per class, scheduled and programmed techniques, as well as individual conversation techniques, group discussions and madrasa meetings. The obstacles faced in implementing academic supervision of madrasah principals at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Tangerang City include time, facilities, personnel funds, as well as obstacles in the practice of implementing supervision.

Abstract

This research examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the context of marketing management, exploring the opportunities and challenges that arise with the integration of AI technology in marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how the implementation of artificial intelligence can increase efficiency, accuracy and responsiveness in marketing decision making. The research methodology involves analyzing literature to identify current trends in the use of AI in marketing management with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing management has a positive impact by increasing the personalization of messages and offers, optimizing operational efficiency through automating routine tasks, and providing deep insight into consumer behavior and market trends. Nonetheless, challenges such as customer privacy concerns and reliance on representative data quality were also identified. Therefore, awareness and effective management of these aspects are key in ensuring the successful implementation of AI in marketing strategies and achieving sustainable business goals.

Abstract

The popularity of Android devices and the availability of various educational applications will provide many benefits, this is because android supports various multimedia formats, allowing the integration of audio, video, and animation to improve the understanding of concepts and learning content on Android applications can be updated easily. As many as 99% of students and lecturers of UINSU's computer science faculty own android smartphones. Programming material is a complex learning material and difficult for students to understand in both theory and attraction transfer courses. Therefore, interesting learning media is needed to make it easier for students to understand the content of the learning material. The results of this research are the development process, feasibility and implementation results of android application-based programming learning.

Abstract

Land management in the modern era requires efficient and responsive information systems to facilitate timely and effective decision-making. However, the development of land rights information systems is often faced with complex challenges such as diverse user needs, legal uncertainty, and administrative complexity. This research uses a prototype approach to develop a land rights information system application. The first stage involved data collection to identify user needs and the state of existing information systems. The second stage involved developing an application prototype based on the identified user needs. The third stage is prototype testing with end users to gather feedback. The final stage is user acceptance analysis to evaluate the application's performance, functionality, and usability. The result of this research is a prototype of a land rights information system application that has been improved and refined based on user feedback. User acceptance analysis showed a good level of satisfaction and acceptance of the prototype, with the prototype method helping to reduce development time and costs and providing a faster response to changing user needs.

Abstract

At this time, information systems play an important role in improving business and educational efficiency. In the era of globalization, education needs to adapt to changes in thinking patterns and needs that are fast-paced, practical and precise. The presence of information technology is able to serve these needs. At Bahrul Ulum Islamic Middle School, library data management is still done manually, causing data inaccuracies, loss of book information, difficulty tracking loan status, and making reports that takes time and is therefore inefficient. The aim of this research is to design a Web-Based Library Information System Application at Bahrul Ulum Islamic Middle School. Data collection was carried out through literature study, observation and interviews. The software development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). By designing a web-based library information system application, it is hoped that it can improve the quality and performance of the application, minimize errors, ensure efficient use and improve services at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Middle School library.

Abstract

This research focuses on the importance of agreements in business law, particularly partnership cooperation agreements. These agreements must comply with relevant regulations and often require the involvement of a Notary. The research methodology is normative juridical, combining practical implementation and library research to gather primary and secondary data. The study analyzes legal issues using statutory and conceptual approaches, emphasizing the validity and binding nature of partnership cooperation agreements. It also discusses the role of the Notary in crafting these agreements. Data analysis includes normative analysis and examination of the role of Notaries as the moral foundation in partnership with banks. The study also analyzes land ownership financing deeds in Bangka Belitung. The research findings indicate challenges in partnership agreements between Notaries/PPATs and banks, particularly in land ownership credit agreements. These agreements often favor the economically stronger party, typically the creditor. Communication issues between banks and customers, along with community factors related to home ownership credit transactions, present obstacles in implementing these agreements effectively.

Abstract

CRM has become a critical element in modern business strategy, especially in maintaining positive relationships between companies and customers. This research tries to understand how the implementation of CRM can influence and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization's operational management. This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the context of operational management. The research results show that the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in operational management has a positive impact on customer relationships and operational efficiency. Customer data analysis has enabled organizations to deliver more personalized services tailored to individual needs, while the integration of CRM systems with operational management improves the accessibility and manageability of customer data. Employee training and emphasis on consistent communication also contribute to strengthening relationships with customers. The use of relevant performance metrics and regular monitoring provides a clear picture of the impact of CRM implementation, while continuous improvement and development based on customer evaluation and feedback supports responsiveness to changing customer needs. Through a cycle of continuous improvement, organizations can continually improve their operations, create better customer experiences, and maintain a competitive advantage in a dynamic business environment.
