Abstract

This research addresses a crucial issue related to labor deployment and management in construction project management. In the context of the complexity of skill needs and dynamic changes in construction projects, this research proposes an innovative solution by developing a Human Resource Management application. The research method was structured in three main stages. The first stage involved data collection to identify skills needs, team dynamics, and project demands. The second stage involved developing the application using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, focusing on critical features such as skills matching, team performance monitoring, and labor risk analysis. The final stage was user acceptance analysis, where a user acceptance measurement model was applied to a representative group of users. The results showed that the application received high user ratings, with the Interactive Project Schedule feature being the most favored. Team Performance Monitoring and Centralised Team Communication also received high ratings. While Labour Risk Analysis scored positively, there were notes for improvement. The app provides an integrated solution for effective human resource management in construction projects. The main contribution of this research lies in developing an application that is responsive and adaptive to changing project needs, utilizing XP principles.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify prevalent diseases in coastal areas. Coastal regions, characterized by unique environmental factors and limited healthcare accessibility, pose distinct challenges to public health. The primary objective of this study is to enhance the precision and understanding of disease diagnosis within these regions. By employing data analysis and machine learning techniques, the research aims to contribute significantly to the prevention, management, and treatment of diseases in coastal areas, ultimately improving the well-being of local communities. Additionally, the findings have the potential to assist governments and health institutions in formulating targeted and efficient health policies for coastal areas. A comprehensive understanding of dominant disease patterns enables data-driven decision-making, influencing the allocation of health resources, distribution of vaccines and medicines, and the design of tailored prevention programs. Overall, this research is poised to yield substantial benefits by advancing healthcare and enhancing the quality of life in coastal communities.

Abstract

Effective Arabic language learning requires good planning, including mastery of methods. The reality in the field, Arabic language learning still uses traditional methods, not varied, still monotonous. The power of two method in muhadatsah learning at the Faculty of Letters UMI is designed to foster a dynamic, more active relationship, educational interaction between lecturers and students, students and students with maharatul kalam to reveal various nuances of meaning in various oral texts 'al hiwaar' This study aims to determine the application and effectiveness of the use of the power of two learning method, describe the solution to the obstacles in its application in Arabic language learning at the Faculty of Letters UMI. Data collection methods with interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing methods with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Arabic language learning, the use of the power of two method gave benefits to learning strategies, communication skills and confidence in expressing their opinions. There is no best learning method, as stated by the lecturer, but learning together, practicing the ability to speak intensely and done together, is very effective with the power of two method, and solutions to the obstacles to the application of the power of two learning method in Arabic language learning at the Faculty of Letters UMI, namely: lecturers must be prepared with the material to be taught, analyzing student characteristics, time allocation, and monitoring the implementation of learning.

Abstract

Istifham contains two meanings, namely the essential meaning and the majazi meaning. The true meaning of istifham is to question something that we do not yet know with the adawat of istifham. Meanwhile, the meaning of majazi is used for something that is outside the true meaning of istifham. Insya talabi specifically chose the form of istifham, because in the concept of ma'ani science, istifham does not always take the form of a direct question in a conversation, sometimes there is a deviation in meaning from the original meaning to a meaning that is out of the original meaning. The urgency of this research is so that readers can understand the contents of the Qur'an which contains istifham (question sentences) and to find out the diversity of meanings of istifham contained in Surah Al-A'raf. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method by analyzing the use of istifham in Surah Al-A'raf. Based on data obtained from Surah Al-A'raf regarding istifham adat from 206 verses in Surah Al-A'raf there are 9 forms of Istifham adat in 47 verses .The meaning of Balaghah contained in it is: Al-Inkar 24 verses, At-taqrir 5 verses, At-taubih 10 verses, An-nafi 4 verses, At-tahsir 1 verse, At-tamanni 1 verse, At-tahkir 1 verse, At-ta'zhim 1 verse, Al-Makhzufakh 1 verse and At-taswiyyah 1 verse.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology causes world relations to become borderless and causes significant social, economic, and cultural changes to take place so quickly. On the one hand, technological advances have a positive impact, but also have a negative impact, with the emergence of various types of Cybercrime. Cybercrime or cybercrime is regulated in Law Number 19 of 2016 amending Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law), especially in Articles 27 to 30 regarding prohibited acts, then a firm and clear attitude that cybercrime is a criminal act prohibited by law and every perpetrator will be dealt with according to applicable law. The purpose to be achieved from this study is to find out the role of the police in tackling Cybercrime on social media and what obstacles are faced by the police in tackling Cybercrime on social media and how to solve it. Primary Data is obtained through field studies (Fleld Research), while Secondary Data is obtained through literature studies (Library Research) with a series of documentation studies. The analytical method used in this study is empirical juridical. The results of this study show that law enforcement actions and efforts regarding the handling of Cybercrime are in the form of pre-emptive actions, preventive actions and repressive actions. In addition, internal constraints begin with weak government and police supervision, evidence in Cybercrime crimes is easily changed, deleted or hidden by criminals, there are rarely witnesses in Cybercrime cases and unclear jurisdiction determination. In addition, external constraints include law enforcement factors, facilities, community and environment, and cultural factors.

Abstract

In line with the increasing development of information technology, requires the development of an organization to take advantage of various technological advances to accelerate the achievement of organizational goals. Regional Government as a public organization must also adapt to advances in information technology starting from the stages of development planning, implementation, and evaluation to reporting. The technique for taking informants uses non-probability sampling. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, data reduction methods, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. This research uses policy implementation theory in accordance with the opinion of George C. Edward III. The results of this research are 4 strategies for consistentizing the West Lampung Regent's Regulations regarding Changes to Regional Government Work Plans with Scheduling in the SIPD Application, namely: (1) Increasing coordination between Bappeda and BPKD to make changes to the RKPD first, after that carrying out the process of changing the KUA PPAS and APBD, (2) Develop written regulations containing that proposals related to APBD shifts from all OPDs can be made before the schedule for preparing RKPD changes so that the RKPD change process is not disrupted, (3) Improve better coordination between internal Regency Governments and the Central and Provincial Governments regarding possible some regulations require the APBD to be shifted so that the APBD shift process can be carried out more quickly before the RKPD amendment process begins, and (4) Increase the quality of discussions at the APBD stage to avoid errors in the APBD preparation process.

Abstract

This research introduces an innovative approach for pattern recognition in medical images through the application of Robert's edge detection method. Pattern recognition in medical images has great significance in disease diagnosis and patient care management. Edge detection is an important stage in image processing which aims to determine the boundaries of objects in the image. Robert's edge detection method is one of the classic methods that has been used in image processing. However, improving edge detection performance is needed to improve accuracy in pattern recognition in medical images. In this study, we propose a modified variation of Robert's method to increase the accuracy in finding edges in medical images. The proposed innovative approach is tested using a large and diverse medical image dataset. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the edge detection results using the conventional Robert method with the results using the proposed modified method. Quantitative analysis is carried out to measure the performance improvements achieved. Experimental results show that the modified Robert edge detection method produces significant improvements in precision and accuracy in finding edges in medical images. These results indicate that the proposed innovative approach has the potential to improve pattern recognition in medical images and can make valuable contributions in the diagnosis and management of diseases.

Abstract

In the ever-developing digital era, educational management innovation is crucial for overcoming challenges and taking advantage of emerging opportunities. This research aims to investigate the dynamics of educational management innovation, identify the challenges faced, and explore opportunities that can be utilized in facing changes in the digital era. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that educational management innovation in the digital era has had a positive impact. The use of a Learning Management System (LMS) has succeeded in increasing the efficiency and quality of learning. Adaptive learning, VR and AR technologies provide a better learning experience. Online collaboration platforms effectively expand the learning space and develop collaborative skills. Data analytics helps institutions identify trends and improve learning strategies. Game elements in learning increase student motivation. A focus on developing digital skills through curriculum and training has proven essential. However, there are still challenges such as unequal access to technology and digital security that need to be addressed to continue to increase the effectiveness of educational innovation in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency the use of Rota Integrated Filling Machine (RIFM) on 2 ml vials at PT. X Jakarta. It is an aimed at providing in-depth insights into the optimization of RIFM usage in the context of filling 2 ml vials. Data analysis in this research includes calculating the OEE, Pareto diagram, cause-andeffect, descriptive analysis, machine depreciation calculation, and one-sample t-test. The study results are the OEE values are 32.35% (low effectiveness) in 2020, 32.68% (low effectiveness) in 2021, and 81.36% (high effectiveness) in 2022. The effectiveness of training for RIFM operators at PT. X Jakarta falls into the good category (> 76 – 100%), indicating that the provided training is effective, although some aspects may need modification. The most frequent (dominant) obstacles during theconsecutive injection production process, from highest to lowest, are filling (62hours), capping (35hours), washing (31hours), and other obstacles (21hours). The depreciation burden in 2022, using the straight-line method without residue is Rp 3,237,907,071; the sum-of-the-years-digits method is Rp 883,065,565; the double declining balance method is Rp 2,512,441,817; the unit of working hours method is Rp 1,607,960,385; and the unit of production output method is Rp 1,619,526,867. Estimating depreciation using the machine's economic life aims to guide further actions that the management should take in managing the company's assets that may affect the company's profit and loss statement.
