Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe about the key success of women's cooperative “Setia Bhakti Wanita (SBW) Jawa Timur” which used a joint responsibility system to manage the cooperative’s business so becomes a big cooperative in East Java Indonesia. It also becomes a learning place for the joint liability system for other cooperatives. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The outcomes of this study found that the key to the success of the SBW women's cooperative in managing the cooperative business is consistently implementing a joint responsibility system, do monitoring and mentoring, using joint liability as an organizational culture, giving education and training to member, knowledge sharing between members.

Abstract

This Research aim to analyze (a) the process of the communication planning Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah in preparing the Da’i candidate. (b) the implementation of the communication planning Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah in prepare ng the Da’i candidate, (c) the implication of the communication planning Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah in preparing the Da’i candidate. This research used constructivism paradigm to acquire understanding development of communication planning in preparing the Da’i candidate in Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah, so that helps the interpretasion process towards this event. Qualitative approach was used in this research. Data Source of this reasearch; primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews, observation and study of documents as well as behavior obtained from research subjects related to communication planning in preparing candidate of Da’i. the informant: 1) The Leader Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah; 2) Dayah  Educator and Administrator; 3) Chairman of the students organization or Senior students; 4) Students of  Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah. Form the informant next developed to find another information by using snowball technique (snowball sampling). While the secondary data is in the form of writings, recording,images or pictures related with the process of activity corresponded with communication planing. The result shows that communication planning in preparing the Da’i candidate are three steps to take: 1). The communication planning stage. In preparing the candidate of Da’i carried out audience analysis, goal setting, media selection, message design, program evaluation. 2). Implementation of communication planning. The early development of the students was equipped with an understanding of religious knowledge and Turast books. Students muhadarah watched by mudabbir. Evaluation of muhadarah shows an indication of having achieved success in a good category. 3) The implication of communication planning shows that students of Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah won second place in Bireuen Regency in a speech competition and were able to make short films, youtuber. this shows that Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah has been able to create santri who are ready to compete in every race.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the role and response of the people of East Kalimantan regarding the transfer of the national capital. Collect data in this article using online questionnaires using google form, which is then analyzed using spss program version 21, previous research, and summarize the results of respondents' responses and take some information on the internet. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the number of people who are pro or agree with the government of the national capital is more than the people who counter or disagree with the number of people who agree, which is as many as 67 or 65.7% of the people. Meanwhile, based on the results obtained that the number of people who also consider that government planning related to the transfer of the national capital to East Kalimantan is a solution, with the number of people who responded that the transfer into a solution is as many as 58 communities as many as 58 people or 56.9%.

Abstract

Garbage is a problem for every country in this world, including Indonesia that has large population and is related to the amount of garbage in Indonesia. To slove this problem Indonesia goverment need thecnology and good waste management in Indonesia. Denmark has good waste management and thecnology to turn waste become energy, because of that Indonesia coorperates with Denmark in waste management. This study aims to describe the coorperation between the Indonesia and Danish (Denmark) goverment in waste management in DKI Jakarta. The methedodology used is descriptive qualitative through secondary data which then answerd by using international cooperation theory and waste management concept. The results showed that in the collaboration carried out by Indonesia and Denmark, there were 8 points of cooperation but only 2 points were implemented in DKI Jakarta, namely pilot projects, planning, including technology transfer and regulations in certain provinces and cities or regencies, in this point of cooperation Indonesia and Denmark built PLTSa in DKI Jakarta,  precisely at TPST Bantargebang, this PLTSa waste management method uses waste and uses steam from its combustion to be used as electricity and capacity building through workshops, training, scholarships, internships and seminars, which are manifested in Information Transfer (ToI) to monitor the waste management system in Indonesia and the efficiency of energy use and utilization, which is carried out in two programs,  namely Capacity Building: Training for Jakarta Building and Energy Efficiency Seminar, in this program Denmark aims for Indonesia to conduct Business Par partnerships with partners energy company in Denmark.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the results of students' Islamic religious learning between groups taught with Edmodo-based E-learning higher than the results of students' Islamic religious learning taught with WhatsApp. (2) knowing the learning outcomes of Islamic students among groups of students who have higher learning independence than Islamic religious learning outcomes of students who have low learning independence; (3) To find out the influence between Edmodo-based E-learning and learning independence on the learning outcomes of Islamic students. This type of research is a quantitative research using the quasi-design of experiments. The population of this study is a class VIII student of SMP Negeri 7 Medan with a sample of class VIII C with as many as 33 students as an experimental class and class VIII A with as many as 32 students as a control class. Data collection uses tests and questionnaires and data analysis using a two-track ANOVA. The results showed that the results of learning the Islamic religion of students taught with Edmodo were higher than the results of learning Islamic religion students who were taught with WhatsApp. Islamic religious learning outcomes of students who have high learning independence are higher than the results of Islamic religious learning students who have low learning independence. There is an interaction between Edmodo and learning independence towards the results of learning Islamic religion students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 7 Medan.

Abstract

This study examines the politicization of religion through social media Facebook that occurred during the election campaign for the Governor and Deputy Governor of North Sumatra from January to June 2018. This was followed by two pairs of candidates, namely Eramas and Djoss. There are three research questions posed: 1) How is the politicization of religion on Facebook social media in the 2018 North Sumatra gubernatorial election, 2) How is the candidate pair politicizing religion through Facebook social media, 3) the relationship between the politicization of religion and Facebook social media. By using qualitative research methods the researchers traced and collected data through in-depth interviews, as well as observation and documentation. The results of this study reveal that: first, the construction of issues that link religious issues in the 2018 North Sumatra gubernatorial election is interactive. Where there are two or more Facebook users who are involved in the interaction of exchanging messages and the role as communicators and interacting communicants are in full control of the timing, content, actions of communication and the text to be disseminated. Second, departing from the public opinion that was built, each candidate in the 2018 North Sumatra gubernatorial election, both the Eramas couple and the Djoss pair used buzzers in their campaign activities. In further battles, there was a crystallization of issues that linked everything related to religion on Facebook. Third, the game of religious symbols cannot be separated from the hope of gaining support from a specific mass base. The construction of these symbols is deliberately presented to inspire potential voters with the form of pride and fanaticism of religion, ethnicity, and race on social media Facebook

Abstract

This research aims to develop Islamic Religious Education teaching materials based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), as well as to determine the level of feasibility and effectiveness of its use. The beginning of product development is carried out by analyzing and observing the needs of students and teachers and is adjusted to the curriculum applied in schools. The feasibility test was carried out with a questionnaire assessment by three experts (Experts), namely material expert, design expert, linguist, and student involvement through individual and group trials. While the effectiveness of the product can be known through field trials. The research method used is the R and D or Research and Development method, which refers to the modified development model from Borg and Gall, through 7 development steps, namely: initial study, initial product, expert validation, product revision, individual and group trials, field trials, and final products. The results of the product development of the Islamic Religious Education module based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) are very feasible and effective, the average score for the feasibility test is 88, 38% in the very feasible category, while the average score for the acquisition of the effectiveness test is 78, 64 %. Then, on the t-test, it was concluded that there was a significant effect on student learning outcomes before and after using the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based Islamic Education module, with the average cognitive learning achievement before using the module being 58,25 and after using the modules is 90,50.

Abstract

Study this aim for study The Effect Of Leadership and Work Motivation On Teachers Work Ethos In Junior High School State Kualuh Downstream District. Study this based on because problem influencing factors teacher work ethic. Method study conducted with use approach quantitative. M method data collection is a technique or how to do for collect data. Method pointing something method so that could show us through study library and research related fields with observation, and questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis technique conducted with analysis regression Double, Significant Test (t), Simultaneous Test (Ftest), and Coefficient Determination (R Test). Research Results show that the Influence Among Leadership school principals against ethos work Teacher State Junior High School in the District of Kualuh Hilir. This thing can be proven from the results of SPSS 21 data processing which is obtained from the results of hypothesis testing that shows that sign < and analysis tcount = 4,028 while score t table = 1.68288 means score t count > score t table. Influence Among motivation teacher work on ethos Teacher's work State Junior High School in the District of Kualuh Hilir. This thing can be proven from the results of SPSS 21 data processing which is obtained from the results of hypothesis testing that show that sign < and analysis tcount = 7.412 whereas score t table = 1.68288. Influence Among leadership and motivation teacher work on ethos Teacher's work Simultaneously, all public junior high schools in the Kualuh Hilir sub-district. This thing can be proven from the results of SPSS 21 data processing which is obtained the results of hypothesis testing that show that sign value < and Fcount 28,547 > F table 3,226, which means leadership and work motivation have a significant influence on the ethos of teacher work in SMP Negeri Se - Kualuh Hilir District, In Thing this the effect of 0.594, or have influence as big as 59,4.

Abstract

The purpose of this development research is to find out the development of Interactive Multimedia-Based Learning Media using YouTube in learning the Sunnah Prayer material at SDIT Al-Izzah Kotabaru, South Kalimantan. To find out the results of students' religious learning with the Sunnah Prayer material at SDIT Al-Izzah Kotabaru, the development model used is ADDIE which has 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (Evaluation). The subjects of this study were students of SDIT Al-Izzah Kotabaru class V. The feasibility of learning media refers to the results of media assessments by experts on the developed learning media. Interactive Multimedia-based religious learning media using YouTube on the Sunnah Prayer material developed has met the appropriate/valid criteria for use for fifth-grade SDIT students. The results of the media assessment by the validator I obtained a score of 95.4 with the "Very Valid" eligibility criteria. The results of the material assessment by validator II obtained a value of 87.5 with the "Very Valid" eligibility criteria. The results of the RPP assessment by validator I obtained a value of 92.5 with the criteria of "Very Good" and validator II obtained a value of 87.5 with the criteria of "Very Good". The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of learning media are seen from the average student learning outcomes, namely 91.8 with the criteria of 'Very Good. While the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of learning media are seen from the percentage of students' completeness, namely 86.3 with the criteria of "Very Good".
