Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menjelaskan pengaruh resiliensi dan jiwa enterpreneurship terhadap prestasi kerja agen asuransi di PT. A.J. Manulife Indonesia Cabang Lotus Surabaya. Data di peroleh dari sampel 30 responden dengan teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan metode purposive random sampling. Ada dua temuan. Pertama, Variabel resiliensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja agen asuransi, hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,004. Kedua, Variabel jiwa enterpreneurship secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja agen asuransi, hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

Organizations face many challenges regarding employee engagement and employee job satisfaction. To increase the level of employee job satisfaction, HIWP must be implemented in order to have an impact on employee performance satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between high-involvement work practices (HIWP) and job satisfaction with the mediating effect of employee engagement; HIWPs consist of four main attributes: (a) power (b) information (c) reward (d) knowledge. This study investigates the relationship between the three variables. Here, convenience sampling was used and data were collected through questionnaires from 185 organizational respondents in the banking sector. Regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis and Andrew F. Hayes model 4 was used to examine the mediating effect. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the mediating variables and the effect of employee engagement. This study expands on HIWP employment and job satisfaction. The practical implication of this research is to measure the level of job satisfaction of employees by using HIWP can be implemented for managers and employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan bagian marketing di PT. Diparanu Rucitra Property Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisa jalur. Instrumen kuesioner digunakan sebagai pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 18.0. Variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu, variabel independen adalah kompensasi, variabel intervening adalah kepuasan kerja, dan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose: At present times, information technology is commonly exploited in different areas of HRM, therefore, most of the public sector organizations have taken initiated to utilize the outstanding services of IT in their HR management functions to optimize and improve their HR departmental efficiency. Information technology has radically changed the way organizations are operated, particularly the HR department. Design/methodology/approach: The current study has been done to identify the key role played by information technology in all human resource departments of public sector organizations operating in Pakistan, and it was found that information technology has changed the operations and functions of the HR department. Findings: The current study has been done to identify the key role played by information technology in all human resource departments of public sector organizations operating in Pakistan, and it was found that information technology has changed the operations and functions of the HR department. Research limitations/implications: The survey questionnaire was adopted; overall 300 questionnaires were distributed, from which 235 returns with a 78% response rate. Practical implications: A simple regression analysis was carried out to check the role of IT in the human resource department of Pakistani public sector organizations, hence found a positive role of IT with r2 = .070.. Abstract

Resilience theory in started of an examination has created into a wide, energetic and energizing field of ponder. Current strength hypothesis addresses people (both children and grown-ups), families, communities, working environments and approaches are connected with human creatures related to social terms and political conditions. There are a few zones of life that have not been touched in one way or another by resistance hypothesis, counting the military community. In this research, analyzing the resilience pretending to impelemntation enterpreneur. This research using bibliometric method by the index of Scopus anda data analyse using the Vosviewer. In enhancing the strategy for developing resilience reveal that an economist uses the term 'standard human capital' to mean that human capital is a resource in people in the form of skills, knowledge and abilities that significantly affect their productive capacity and which determines individual employability. Human Resource Management or is a critical perspective related to resilience theory that is not only included in the company's philosophy but also in the strategic planning process. An example of human resource management is planning, organizing, directing and controlling the procurement, development, compensation, integration, maintenance and termination of labor relations with a view to helping achieve company, individual and community goals

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe about the key success of women's cooperative “Setia Bhakti Wanita (SBW) Jawa Timur” which used a joint responsibility system to manage the cooperative’s business so becomes a big cooperative in East Java Indonesia. It also becomes a learning place for the joint liability system for other cooperatives. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The outcomes of this study found that the key to the success of the SBW women's cooperative in managing the cooperative business is consistently implementing a joint responsibility system, do monitoring and mentoring, using joint liability as an organizational culture, giving education and training to member, knowledge sharing between members.

Abstract

PT. Golden Footwear Indotama (Newera) merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai macam model sandal, sepatu dan topi yang sudah berpengalaman selama lebih dari 20 tahun merupakan target penelitian kali ini. Peneliti ingin mengetahui dan menganalisa strategi marketing untuk meningkatnya penjualan dengan cara promosi agar mencapai keputusan pembelian.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa brand image dan disncout harga berpengaruh terhadap promosi, meskipun brand image lebih tinggi pengaruhnya, sedangkan promosi sangat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebagai variable intervesing.

Abstract

At this time, food and drink have become commonplace for the public and have even become part of life because they are normal consumption. However, this study focuses on how food and beverages obtained from abroad can attract consumers, and we conducted a study at Makbule outlets. Where the outlet sells food and beverage products, for example, sandwiches, chicken steaks, chicken katsu, and flavored teas. And how can these foods and beverages be accepted by culinary lovers who may already be used to traditional foods and drinks? This study aims to determine the influence of consumer interest in increasing purchasing power for contemporary food and how marketing strategies must be carried out so that purchasing power for these snacks can potentially be known to the public. The method in collecting data is to use a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely by conducting interviews with buyers of Makbule outlets with the interview method, it is hoped that we can find out how consumers can get to know these foods and what reference sources are from so that they know about snacks that many audiences may not know. The conclusion can be concluded that the influence of consumer interest and purchasing power on contemporary food sandwiches, chicken steaks, and chicken katsu from Makbule outlets can be related to marketing strategies. When a good marketing strategy stimulates consumer interest in food, which is still commonplace for ordinary people.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are a very vital aspect of the hierarchical structure of a company. But with so many divisions, units, and tools in running operations, making a company requires very large human resources. The alternative is to open an internship program. The company tries to implement various training methods such as online-based E-course, Webinar, and Knowledge Sharing so that intern agility continues to grow. Agility is the ability to respond to everything agile to the workflow that is passed. This research was conducted to determine the effect of E-course, Webinars, and Knowledge Sharing. This study uses a quantitative approach with 66 intern respondents involved in retail and corporate. The data collection process used a questionnaire that was tested with reliability and validity tests. Then the data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The test results show that E-course has a significant effect on Intern Agility. Meanwhile, Webinar has no significant effect on Intern Agility. Then, Knowledge Sharing has a significant effect on Intern Agility. Other results show that E-course, Webinar, and Knowledge Sharing have a simultaneous effect on Intern Agility. Furthermore, Knowledge Sharing has the most dominant influence on Intern Agility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti pemahaman kontekstual tentang konsep kinerja karyawan dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor keterlibatan kerja dan perilaku inovatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 154 responden yang bekerja di industri kreatif di Surabaya. Kuesioner tersebut mencakup pengukuran yang ditetapkan terkait dengan keterlibatan kerja, perilaku inovatif, dan kinerja karyawan. Metode PLS digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan keterlibatan kerja terhadap perilaku inovatif maupun perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterlibatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, analisis mediasi menggunakan metode bootstrapping menunjukkan bahwa perilaku inovatif memediasi parsial hubungan antara keterlibatan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini meningkatkan pemahaman bagaimana keterlibatan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku inovatif.Kata Kunci: Keterlibatan kerja, perilaku inovatif, kinerja karyawan
