Abstract

This study aims to test employee performance at CV. Pelangi Mitra Bandar Lampung which is influenced by TQM and work motivation both individually and simultaneously. This research has a quantitative approach. The employee population owned by CV. Pelangi Mitra Bandar Lampung is 30 people which is called a saturated sample. Furthermore, questionnaires were distributed and the results were tested using SPSS 27 software with multiple linear tests. The results of this study, employee performance at CV. Pelangi Mitra Bandar Lampung is positively and significantly influenced by work motivation and overall quality management. Based on the results of the study, increasing employee work motivation and overall quality management implementation standards will directly increase productivity. This means that optimal employee performance will help achieve overall organizational goals if TQM and work motivation are implemented properly.

Abstract

Research to see financial technology, financial inclusion, and financial literacy in influencing the performance of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City. The population in this research is MSMEs in Bandar Lampung, the sample size is calculated using the Slovin technique, resulting in 100 MSME respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, and the results of the questionnaire will be tested using SPSS 27 with a multiple linear approach. This study found that financial inclusion, financial literacy, and financial technology can positively influence the performance of MSMEs partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study examines the role of microfinance institutions in supporting the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with a case study on Budi Gadai, located on Jalan Pancing. The objective of this research is to analyze how microfinance, particularly Budi Gadai, contributes to the growth and sustainability of MSMEs through accessible financing and financial management guidance. The research employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and analysis of business performance data from MSME clients of Budi Gadai. The findings indicate that Budi Gadai provides a significant impact on MSME growth by offering simplified loan access, which helps business owners overcome financing barriers. The majority of MSMEs reported increased revenue and business expansion after obtaining funding from Budi Gadai. However, challenges remain, such as high interest rates and limited loan amounts. Nevertheless, Budi Gadai plays a critical role in the economic resilience of MSMEs, especially during periods of financial crisis. This study concludes that microfinance institutions like Budi Gadai are essential for the sustainability and growth of MSMEs, particularly in urban areas.

Abstract

This study aims to find out inclusive education in schools, especially for schools that are not designated as inclusive schools but there is cooperation with teachers or schools and the government's attention to services for children with disabilities, especially for autistic children to improve communication, social interaction of autistic children with the environment at school. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive with the type of case study research. The subjects in this study are teachers who teach and children with autism who attend inclusive schools, precisely at ABBAKIDS Elementary School, Cipondoh Tangerang. The results of the study show that an inclusive educational environment must be supported by collaboration between parents, teachers, the school environment and also the role of the government that can support and be able to provide a sense of affection, understanding, empathy, and patience in communicating with children with autism. This is done as an effort to increase the sense of confidence and desire to blend in with children with autism with the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Receivables is element important in finance company, but fraud in the billing can become significant challenges. This study designed For to study to what extent does it influence bystander effect and whistleblowing to fraud billing receivables at PT Lotus Pradipta Mulia. With involving all over population company (32 people) as sample through method sample saturated, research that uses method multiple linear regression For measure data reliability, consistency instruments, as well as influence second variable to potential cheating. The test results prove that bystander effect own effect negative to fraud billing receivables, whereas whistleblowing give effect positive. The significance values for both variables are 0.035 and 0.037 (<0.05). Both variable This in a way simultaneous influential to fraud billing receivables, value significant 0.010 (<0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Financial Knowledge and Fintech Implementation Payment on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Lampung City. The research sample consisted of 100 MSMEs obtained through Slovin's estimation. The variables analyzed included Financial Knowledge as an understanding of basic financial concepts and Fintech Payment which includes the use of digital payment technology in business transactions. Multiple receivable analysis method used to see the influence of the two variables on the performance of MSMEs. The results of the study show that partially Financial Knowledge positive influence but not significant towards MSME performance, while Fintech Payment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of MSMEs. In addition, both variables simultaneously have a positive influence which is significant to the performance of MSMEs. The findings show that the implementation of Fintech Payment plays a bigger role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of MSME operations compared to the level of Financial Knowledge possessed by MSME actors. Therefore, this study suggests increasing financial literacy and adopting digital payment technology as a strategy to encourage the development of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer perceptions of the use of micro credit financing with a focus on the case study of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Medan Adam Malik. Utilizing surveys and qualitative data analysis, the research methodology aims to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the sample through observation, interviews, and document analysis of the sample's perception of products using the Murabahah principle. In this context, the study examines the factors that influence public trust in the progress, transparency, and quality of the implementation of Murabahah law. The survey collected responses from BSI KCP Medan Adam Malik customers, while qualitative data analysis was conducted to identify customer views in more detail. The findings of this study are expected to help in understanding the effectiveness of the implementation of the Murabahah model in developing micro products and how it affects the needs and expectations of customers. The practical implications of this can help Islamic banks improve their products and services and strengthen their bonds with customers, especially at BSI KCP Medan Adam Malik.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to examine the significance of the negative impact of funding policy on financial performance in companies listed on the LQ45 index, the positive impact of investment policy on financial performance in companies listed on the LQ45 index, and the positive impact of dividend policy on financial performance in companies listed on the LQ45 index. The hypothesis suggested in this study is that funding policy has a fairly detrimental impact on the financial performance of firms listed on the LQ45 index. Second, investment policy has a considerable favorable impact on the financial performance of firms featured on the LQ45 index. The analytical tool utilized in this study is SPSS25.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) at PT PLN UID Lampung, including its effectiveness in supporting operational efficiency, data security, process automation, and corporate decision making. In addition, this study also identifies challenges and system development plans to improve the performance and function of the accounting information system. PERMEN BUMN No. PER-18/MBU/10/2014 emphasizes importance technology information For increase Power BUMN competitiveness through accurate data and decision making decision fast. This study uses a qualitative method through direct interviews with key informants, namely Asman AKT AT and PDP at PT PLN UID Lampung. The data obtained were analyzed to understand the implementation, benefits, challenges, and efforts to develop accounting information systems in the company. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SAP-based accounting information systems has had a significant positive impact on the operational efficiency of PT PLN UID Lampung. This system is able to automate most manual processes, improve data accuracy, and accelerate the completion of financial reports. Special training and technical support are available to assist users in operating the system. However, challenges faced include the adaptation of new users and technical constraints that require third-party vendor intervention.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of flash sales, live shopping, and consumer trust on positive emotion in influencing impulsive buying behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires from 251 respondents who are Shopee e-commerce users in Bekasi City. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method through AMOS software. The results showed that flash sales and live shopping have a positive and significant influence on impulsive buying and positive emotion. In addition, consumer trust was also found to play an important role in increasing positive emotion which in turn encourages impulsive buying behavior. These findings confirm that promotional factors and consumer trust play an important role in creating positive emotions that can trigger spontaneous purchase decisions on e-commerce platforms.
