Abstract

This investigation seeks to ascertain the impact of work direction implementation on work understanding. To determine the impact of work direction implementation and work understanding on employee work enthusiasm partially. To assess the impact of work direction implementation on employee work enthusiasm through work understanding at PT. Swasana Sukses Bersama Medan. The research methodology employed in the present study is causal quantitative associative research, in which the method of data analysis employed is path analysis and MRA, and data processing will be carried out using SPSS. The results revealed that work direction implementation had a important impact and favorable on employee work enthusiasm, work understanding had a important impact and favorable on employee work enthusiasm, work direction implementation had a important impact and favorable on work understanding, work understanding mediated the impact of work direction implementation on employee work enthusiasm.

Abstract

The concepts of Smart Village and rural digital transformation have gained increasing attention as strategic approaches to promoting sustainable rural development, reducing the digital divide, and enhancing community resilience in the digital era. Over the past decade, governments, international organizations, and researchers have increasingly emphasized the role of digital technologies in improving public services, economic opportunities, social inclusion, and governance in rural areas. This study aims to analyze the global development of research on Smart Village and rural digital transformation through a bibliometric approach. Data were collected from internationally indexed scientific publications and analyzed using performance analysis and science mapping techniques. The study examines publication trends, influential authors, countries, institutions, journals, citation structures, collaboration networks, and thematic evolution within the field. The findings reveal a significant increase in scholarly interest, particularly after 2018, driven by advances in digital technologies and growing policy attention to rural innovation. Major research themes include digital infrastructure, smart governance, rural sustainability, digital inclusion, community empowerment, smart agriculture, and rural entrepreneurship. Emerging topics such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), smart ecosystems, and data-driven rural development indicate the evolving nature of the field. The study contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive overview of the intellectual structure and research trends related to Smart Village and rural digital transformation, while identifying future research opportunities to support sustainable and inclusive rural development.

Abstract

Profesionalisme guru merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, terutama di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam menggunakan teknologi melalui analisis berbagai hasil penelitian yang relevan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada rentang tahun 2020–2026 dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi, membandingkan, serta menyimpulkan temuan-temuan penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas, kreativitas, dan interaktivitas proses pembelajaran apabila didukung oleh kompetensi pedagogik dan kemampuan digital guru yang memadai. Pelatihan teknologi, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta penerapan kerangka Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) terbukti berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Namun, berbagai kendala masih ditemukan, seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, kurangnya akses pelatihan, serta belum meratanya dukungan dari sekolah dan pemerintah. Perbedaan tingkat kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor usia, pengalaman mengajar, dan kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi perubahan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan profesionalisme guru memerlukan strategi yang berkelanjutan melalui penyelenggaraan pelatihan yang relevan, penyediaan sarana teknologi yang memadai, penguatan kompetensi digital, serta kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan lembaga pendidikan. Upaya tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sekaligus menghasilkan pendidikan yang lebih inovatif, adaptif, dan sesuai dengan tuntutan abad ke-21 di Indonesia.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam Kurikulum Merdeka yang direalisasikan melalui pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Beragam studi telah mengulas tentang penerapan P5 di tingkat sekolah dasar, tetapi kajian yang mengumpulkan hasil-hasil penelitian secara menyeluruh masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) sebagai langkah untuk memperkuat karakter siswa di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan sistem Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data dikumpulkan dari 15 artikel jurnal nasional yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2021–2025 melalui Google Scholar, Garuda, dan jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Artikel-artikel tersebut ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis konten untuk menemukan kesamaan, perbedaan, dan sinergi dari hasil penelitian. Temuan dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan P5 memberi efek positif pada penguatan enam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila, yang meliputi iman, takwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan akhlak yang baik, keberagaman global, kerja sama, kemandirian, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan kreativitas. Lebih jauh, P5 dapat meningkatkan skill abad ke-21, seperti berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, komunikasi, tanggung jawab, dan pemecahan masalah melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang relevan dan berorientasi pada siswa. Namun, pelaksanaan P5 menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti pemahaman guru yang masih terbatas, minimnya dukungan orang tua, serta kurangnya sarana dan prasarana. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan pemerintah sangat diperlukan agar implementasi P5 dapat berjalan secara maksimal dalam mendukung penguatan karakter siswa di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the operational strategies implemented by Venta Footwear, a women’s footwear MSME, and examine how these strategies contribute to the creation of brand competitive advantage. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with the founders and analysis of production, marketing, and technological practices. The findings show that Venta adopts a cost leadership strategy supported by flexible production through outsourced manufacturing. In addition, digital marketing through platforms such as Shopee and Instagram plays a significant role in reaching target consumers. The company successfully delivers an “affordable luxury” value by maintaining product quality while offering competitive prices. This alignment between cost efficiency and perceived value strengthens brand positioning and enhances customer trust. Furthermore, active customer engagement contributes to the development of loyalty, which supports sustainable competitive advantage. The study highlights that operational strategies, when aligned with value creation and customer perception, can extend beyond efficiency and become a key driver in building brand competitive advantage. These findings provide practical insights for MSMEs in integrating operational and branding strategies to improve competitiveness.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a major factor that has changed the way accountants record, process, and present financial information, especially in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that dominate Indonesia's economic structure. This article aims to map how digital transformation is taking place in accounting practices in Indonesia as well as the factors that drive and hinder its implementation. This study uses  a systematic literature review method of 32 national scientific articles published between 2021 and 2026, which are analyzed thematically and compared across methodological approaches. The results of the study show that the digital transformation of accounting has grown rapidly since 2024, dominated by research at the MSME level that focuses on the adoption of cloud-based accounting applications, spreadsheets, and digital payment systems. The factors of organizational readiness and digital literacy of business actors are proven to be more decisive for the success of digitalization than the availability of technology alone. At the corporate and professional levels, digital transformation is driving the shift in the role of accountants from transaction recorders to data analysts and strategic decision-making partners, as artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain enter the accounting process. The study also identified research gaps in the aspect of long-term impact measurement and the lack of longitudinal studies. The main contribution of this article is to provide a thematic map and synthesis framework that can be used as a reference for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in designing a more inclusive and sustainable accounting digitization strategy.
