This study aims to: (1) determine the order of priority in influencing the selection of decision-making, and (2) find out which land transportation meets the supplier selection criteria. The population of this study is people who use bus land transportation services. The sampling technique was carried out by judgment sampling using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, and interviews. The data that has been collected through the questionnaire analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Research findings show that: (1) the most influential criteria in taking the mode of land transportation is the economical ticket price, (2) the economic ticket price, the toilet cleanliness, driving comfort, sofa comfort, and goals of land transportation mode decision making criteria are superior to the ANS company with a weighted values of 0,421, (3) the toilet cleanliness criteria is superior to the ANS company.

This study aims to analyze the effect of performance expectancy, facilitating condition, social influence, innovativeness, perceived technology security, and hedonic motivation on adoption of Shopee Paylater on student in Padang. The population used in the study were students that know or already used Shopee Paylater mobile payment users and the sample used was students that know or already used Shopee Paylater mobile payment users in Padang. The number of samples in this study was 275 total respondents. Data was collected through online questionnaires and data processing using PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study indicate that. (1) Performance expectancy has a positive and significant impact towards adoption of Paylater. (2) Facilitating condition has a negative impact towards adoption of Paylater. (3) Social influence has positive and significant impact on adoption of Paylater. (4) Innovativeness has positive and significant impact on adoption of Paylater. (5) Perceived technology security has positive and not significant impact towards adoption of Paylater. And (6) Hedonic motivation has positive and not significant impact towards adoption of Paylater.

This study aims to measure the effect of financial literacy, financial self-efficacy and financial attitude on financial management behavior with an internal locus of control as a moderating variable in gen Z students at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University with a sample of 190 respondents. Sampling was carried out using the Probability Sampling technique with the proportional random sampling method. The criteria used are active students for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with the SmartPLS 3 application. The results showed that financial literacy did not have a significant effect on the financial management behavior of Gen Z of students, financial self-efficacy had a negative and significant effect on the financial management behavior of Gen Z students and financial attitude had an influence which positive and significant to the financial management behavior Gen Z students. Locus of control cannot moderate the relationship between financial literacy, financial self-efficacy and financial attitude on financial management behavior.

This study aims to determine (1) The effect of perceived security on perceived ease of use. (2) The effect of perceived ease of use on intention to use. (3) The effect of perceived security on intention to use through perceived ease of use as a mediating variable. (4) The influence of perceived security on perceived usefulness. (5) The effect of perceived usefulness on intention to use. (6) The effect of perceived security on intention to use through perceived usefulness as a mediating variable. (7) Effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness. (8) The effect of social influence on intention to use. (9) The effect of social influence on perceived usefulness. The population in this study are people who have never used Paylater. The number of samples in this study were 210 respondents. The data in this study were collected through online questionnaires and data processing was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted.

Project management implementation require some methods, it is done to control the project performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the form of network planning, critical path and probability level on PT. Ghinan Indo Mandiri, Ternate City. This research doing by quantitative descriptive. The data type used is quantitative data sourced from interview and company's documents. This research uses Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM). Network planning is used to find the critical paths and calculate the probability level. By using the PERT and CPM methods, the initial plan of 34 weeks for the Gebe airport project had a probability level of 97.9%. Furthermore, the crashing program accelerate 2 weeks processing time can be optimized to be 32 weeks while holding 97.9% of probability level with additional costs.

This study's main objective was to determine how user engagement and happiness with the Maxim application in the city of Padang affected their online reviews. Second, comprehending how customer participation in online reviews is impacted by the use of the Maxim application in the city of Padang. The results of the investigation allow us to derive the following conclusions: Online Reviews (Y) of users of the Maxim application in Padang City are significantly and favorably influenced by Customer Satisfaction (X1) in that city. Online Reviews (Y) of users of the Maxim application in Padang City are positively and significantly impacted by Customer Engagement (X2) as well. Second, customer engagement (Z) users of the maxim application in Padang have a positive and considerable influence on customer satisfaction (X1) users. Third, Customer Engagement has an impact on Online Reviews through Customer Satisfaction, but Trust (X2) has a positive and significant impact on Online Reviews (Y) of users of the Maxim application in the city of Padang. Fifth, Padang's customer engagement (Z) has no bearing on online reviews (Y) of Maxim application users; if customer engagement is insignificant, then usage of the Maxim application won't increase.

This research aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, trust and perceived risk on purchase intentions on the Sociolla online shopping in Padang City. 250 respondents were the sample of this study. Data is processing by SmartPLS software and collected from online questionnaire. The results of this study showed that (1) perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on perceived risk. (2) trust has no significant effect on perceived risk. (3) perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. (4) trust has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. (5) perceived risk has no significant effect on purchase intention. (6) perceived usefulness has no effect on purchase intention through perceived risk. (7) trust has no effect on purchase intention through perceived risk.

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, perceived usefulness, perceived of ease of use, perceived of risk on the intensity of interest in using QRIS on micro, small and medium enterprises in the city of Padang. this research is quantitative. The sample used in this study was 100 samples with the criteria that MSMEs have used QRIS for at least 1 month in the city of Padang, and the method in selecting the sample is non-probability sampling. The results of this study are: that knowledge, perception of benefits, perception of ease and perception of risk all have a positive and significant effect on the intensity of interest in using QRIS on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Padang City.

This study aims to analyze the work measurement in the process of working on pottery in Galogandang village using the stopwatch time study method. This measurement is carried out to determine the standard time of pottery processing and determine the optimal standard output. In this study, work measurements were carried out on competent 15 craftswomen. The data collection method is by observations and interviews. Based on calculations using a stopwatch time study, the results showed that the standard time for working on pottery was 126027.07 seconds or equal to 35.01 hours. Then the results for planning production targets using standard time are as many as 25 units/day for 8.88 work hours that can be a consideration or reference for pottery craftswomen to increase productivity.

This study aims to analyze the effect of materialism on compulsive buying with buy now pay later and impulsive buying as a mediation variable in college students in Padang City. The number of samples in this study was 294 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online and data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on the use of paylater. (2) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying.
