Abstract

Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara didiami oleh suku Atoni yang di mana memiliki beragam corak tenun ikat. Tenun ikat yang berada di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara saat ini mulai memudar, disebabkan oleh proses pembuatannya yang memakan waktu cukup lama. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui tentang kondisi pengrajin kain tenun dan cara memasarkan kain tenun agar dapat dijangkau oleh seluruh masyarakat di Desa Maubesi Kecamatan Insana Tengah Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kain tenun ikat memiliki nilai ekonomi yang dapat mendukung kebutuhan rumah tangga dengan motif buna memiliki harga jual beli Rp. 1.000.000-6.000.000. Motif sotis kuib tenu Rp. 200.000-550.000, dan motif sotis mateta Rp. 200.000-550.000. Bahan baku pembuat kain tenun didapat dari toko, pasar, dan kios-kios terdekat. Kemudahan mendapatkan bahan baku pembuat kain tenun ikat ini menjadi salah satu keuntungan bagi produsen. Proses pembuatan kain tenun saat ini memakan waktu lebih singkat yaitu emam bulan untuk motif buna. Sedangkan untuk motif sotis kuib tenu, dan motif sotis mateta memakan waktu selama 2-4 minggu. Inovasi pemasaran yang dilakukan sehingga dapat memberikan kepuasan terhadap konsumen adalah mengunggah hasil kain tenun tersebut dengan menaruh caption “ BISA COD“. Para penjual online mengatakan COD dengan kata lain “bisa di bayar di rumah dengan mencoba terlebih dahulu jika menyukainya boleh diambil, dan jika tidak menyukainya tidak mengapa”. Abstract

This study aims to explain the consumer characteristics of cassava cheese, analyze the influence between price, product quality, service quality and promotion in determining consumer decisions in purchasing cheese cassava and the level of consumer satisfaction. The sampling method was determined by Proportional Cluster Random Sampling, the respondents were 52 consumers of cassava cheese. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, regression analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Net Promoter Score (NPS). The results showed that the characteristics of cassava cheese consumers were 57.69% consisting of women aged 21-25 years, as many as 38.46% working as students had an income of Rp 0-500,000/month. There are 9 levels of consumer satisfaction (affordable prices, prices according to product quality, good taste, suitable for consumption, attractive appearance, satisfactory quality, fast serving, fast serving and friendly with buyers). The NPS value of 36% as many as 24 people means that consumers make repeat purchases and are willing to recommend

Abstract

Beka' ecotorism is an ecotourism trip that offered by the Beka' Island Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in the KEE area of ​​Masakambing Island, Sumenep Regency, East Java Province. Ecotourism which is included in special interest category propose bird watching attraction of the yellow-crested cockatoo (Cacatua sulphurea abbotti) and panoramic views of the landscape on land, coast and waters. The study aims to assess the attractions that offered by Beka' Ecotourism consists of level of attractions, ecological conditions, conditions of facilities and infrastructure and local community perceptions related to ecotourism activities. The research design uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive analysis of frequency. The research location was conducted in Masakambing Island, Masalembu District, Sumenep Regency, East Java Province. The results of the study show Beka' Ecotourism Masakambing Island has a high ecotourism attraction, especially on the jungle track mangrove attraction and bird watching of the yellow-crested cockatoo. Ecological conditions are still considered very good, especially in the mangrove spot and Karang Pote island. Facilities and infrastructure are considered good, especially from the social infrastructure in the form of the kindess of the local community. Furthermore, local community has a positive perception for ecotourism activity because it will is considered able to support improving of economic for local community. Even though it has high attractions, Beka' ecotourism in Masakambing Island is still constrained by remote location, so proper promotion efforts are needed..

Abstract

Banana fruit productivity on critical land, although it has limited land capacity, has economic potential if the regional potential is developed. This study aims to determine the economic potential of banana production by measuring the level of efficiency and farm income on critical land in Plandaan sub-District, Jombang Regency. This research was conducted using a survey method with the determination of sample villages using the Simple Random Sampling method, as many as 39 people were sampled. The results of this study indicate that banana fruit farming per hectare requires a production cost of Rp. 31,010,000 with a gross income of Rp. 58,500,000, so the net income is Rp. 27,490,000. The results of the analysis of the R/C Ratio obtained that the efficiency level of banana fruit farming on 1 Ha land was 1.886 which showed a profit. This means that banana fruit farming in Plandaan District, Jombang Regency is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan sayuran yang semakin meningkat, dan keadaan lahan yang semakin menyempit karena pengalih fungsian lahan maka petani berinisiatif untuk terus mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari salah satunya dengan teknik budidaya system hidroponik. Namun selama produksi petani tidak pernah melakukan perhitungan terhadap usahanya. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitan ini dengan tujuan: 1) Mendeskripsikan gambaran usaha sayuran hidroponik sistem DFT di Resapombo, 2) menganalisis aspek finansial dan non finansial hidroponik sistem DFT di Desa Resapombo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Resapombo Kecamatan Doko Kabupaten Blitar. Metode penelitian menggunakan alat analisis: analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan, analisis pendapatan, analisis efisiensi R/C ratio, software penghitung Microsoft excel dan kalkulator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Berusahatani sayuran hidroponik di desa Resapombo dapat menambah pendapatan, dengan total biaya Rp 213.446 dan penerimaan Rp 255.207, memberikan keuntungan sebesar Rp 41.763.2) berdasarkan analisis aspek non finansial yaitu pasar dan pemasaran, teknis, manajemen, serta lingkungan menyatakan bahwa usaha yang dijalankan petani selama satu tahun sudah memenuhi standart kelayakan.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu buah yang digemari masyarakat Indonesia sebagai campuran minuman adalah jeruk nipis. Jeruk nipis yang memiliki nama latin Citrus aurantifolia, Swingle adalah tanaman yang memiliki efek terapeutik berfungsi sebagai bahan obat penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi pertanian jeruk nipis Desa Srengat. Mengetahui hubungan antara produksi, permintaan dan harga jeruk nipis di perkebunan Bapak Suhirwan di Desa Srengat. Pertanian jeruk nipis di Desa Srengat sangat baik, dari segi permintaan tergolong tinggi yaitu 160 kg sampai 250 kg per minggu, sedangkan produksi atau barang/buah yang dapat disediakan petani 155 kg sampai 235 perminggu. Jadi dapat disimpulkan permintaan selalu diatas produksi, sehingga petani diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Metode penelitian Kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi atau sampel penelitian ini adalah petani jeruk nipis dan Purposive sampel sebagai teknik pengambilan datanya..Pengolahan data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 23. Hasil model adalah permintaan pasar dan produksi adalah variabel yang mempengaruhi harga jeruk nipis. Selain itu diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,334, sehingga variabel terikat yaitu harga jeruk nipis dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas yaitu permintaan pasar dan produksi jeruk nipis senilai 33,4%. Peneliti selanjutnya diharuskan menggunakan variabel tambahan selain permintaan dan produksi pada harga. Kata Kunci : Jeruk Nipis, Produksi, Permintaan, Harga

Abstract

The objective of this research was to figure out the effect of consumers’ perception (information quality, service quality, convenience, and price) on online purchase decisions for agricultural products during the Covid-19 pandemic in Gorontalo City. This research was conducted in Gorontalo City from December 2021 to February 2022 with a total sample of 96 respondents. The research method employed a quantitative method, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The research finding denoted that service quality, convenience, and price partially had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decisions. In the meantime, the information quality partially had a negative and insignificant effect on the value of 2.70, and s significant value was lower than 0.05, indicating that the information quality, service quality, convenience, and the price had a significant effect on online purchase decision for agricultural products during the Covid-19 pandemic in Gorontalo City
