Working mothers cannot take care of their children so this can be one of the risk factors for children to experience stunting and according to the 2019 SSGBI report states that the prevalence of stunting in kids under five, especially in Aceh province is 21.9%, West Aceh district is 24.5% . The high pervasiveness of stunting in youngsters under five in West Aceh is one of the general medical issues that must be addressed so as not to adversely affect the quality of the nation's generation of resources. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation, and commitment in an organization towards the Teacher’s Performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. In this research, the population is 50, with 35 respondents taken as a sample with purposive sampling method. The research population ranges from varied education background (from Associates Degree to Masters Degree), employee’s age ranging from 25 years to above, and minimal 5 years of duty with the rank/category ranges from 2nd grade (golongan II). The measurement is done with likert scale resulting to 7 alternatives of answer. The instrument tests done in this research are validity and reliability test, whereas the model test done in this research is co-efficiency determination, F test (Goodness of Fit) and t-test. Hypothesis test used in this research is done with regression analysis with the t-count. The hypothesis assessment uses t count for the frequency distribution towards significance rate (α) 5%. The result of the research shows that the variable of motivation, compensation, and commitment of organization works simultaneously to influence the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. However, with the t-test, not all Sig t results below 0,05. Based on the research result, there are some conclusions taken which are: (1) The motivation provides significant and positive influence towards the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. (2) The compensation does not provide significant and positive influence towards the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. (3) Organizational commitment provides significant and positive influence towards the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used data respondents, such as gender, age and long working respondents to provide information on the characteristics of respondents. The questionnaire was spread over 52. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on the questionnaire responses that measure five key variables in the study, namely transformational leadership, education, work discipline, work spirit and employee performance. Analysis of data with parametric and non parametrics statistics using SEM-PLS (structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) on the research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, as well as discussion of the hypothesis test results and path analysis Path. This research uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables against other variables, both direct influences and indirect influences. Calculation of line coefficient in this study assisted with Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To find out the direct and indirect influences between variables then be seen from the calculation result of the line coefficient and to know the significance. The effect of the X3 variable against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.032 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X3 against X4 is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.003 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.003 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.003 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of a X1 variable against Y has a P-Values value of 0.006 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 to Y is significant. The effect of a X1 variable against Y has a P-Values value of 0.006 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 to Y is significant. The effect of a variable X2 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.011 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of the X2 against Y is significant.

Abstract

Mining activities has some negative effects. One of them is mercury pollution caused by gold processing through amalgamation. The data of this study was collected through mercury parameters analysis on liquid waste in laboratory. The examination of sample was carried out at Laboratory of Research and Industrial Development and Industrial Standardization Institute in Banda Aceh. The sample used was traditional gold processing water in Paya Ateuk Village, SouthAceh. The results showed the value of mercury level is 0.0149 mg/l or above the specified threshold. Improving the management of traditional gold processing is not only the responsibilityof miners, but also involve cross sectoral so that mercury does not pollute the environment.

Abstract

Hypertension or often called high blood pressure is a disease of the heart or blood vessels characterized by increased blood pressure. This type of research uses a Quasy Experiment Design with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The population in this study were all patients with hypertension at the UPT Puskesmas Bane. The sample in this study was 30 patients with hypertension using total sampling technique. Data was collected by measuring blood pressure before and after intervention with a sphymomanometer. The statistical test used was the T test, for the results of the study showed changes in blood pressure with a significant value = 0.000 <0.05, then there was an effect of boiled celery leaves on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension at UPT Puskesmas Bane Pematangsiantar. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a change in blood pressure in patients with hypertension after being influenced by giving boiled celery leaves for approximately 14 days so that giving celery leaf decoction was effectively used as non-pharmacological therapy for patients with hypertension.
