Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of customer satisfaction measurement using trust variable and managerial capability through company image. The research method used is explanatory survey and primary data. The sampling technique used questionnaire with likert scale to 150 respondents in Hotel Familie 2 Metro. Testing instrument requirements used include test validity and reliability test. Testing instrument analysis include lilifores normality test, homogeneity, linearity and regression significance. The tool used to test is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and use the Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) program which is a statistical program package for the structural equation model. Based on the findings of the research, it is known that trust does not affect the company image, managerial ability has a positive effect on the company's image, trust does not affect customer satisfaction, managerial ability has a positive direct effect to customer satisfaction, and corporate image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: trust, managerial ability, corporate image, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of pricing, promotion and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses three independent variables, price, promotion and service quality with the dependent variable is the consumer purchasing decisions. The use of variables in this study is expected to determine how the process is going on and what the driving factors behind consumer purchase decisions on the PT. Duta Bahari Sentosa. Passenger ship samples Allya Express 1, 94 peoples. Samples were taken by sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f-test coefficient of determination R2. Based on the results of data analysis showed that: the variable price has a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions sig value of the t test of 0.018 < 0.05 promotion variables have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a value of 0,007 t test sig > 0.05 and the variable quality of service have a positive but not significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions sig t test value of 0.280 > 0.05. Based on the calculation Test f, together variable price, promotion and service quality has a positive and significant impact to the value of F sig 0.005 < 0.05.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setokok adalah salah satu kelurahan dari Kecamatan Bulang yang merupakan salah pulau terluar (Hiterland) yang cukup terkenal di Kota Batam. Dari survey awal dan wawancara mendalam dengan Lurah Setokok terlihat kelompok industri rumah tangga pembuatan kerupuk ikan tamban menari belum optimal dalam memproduksi ikan tamban menari, kemasan masih sangat original dan sederhana, dan teknik pemsaran masih tradisional. Keuntungan yang bisa diperoleh oleh para pengusaha kecil dan menengah ketika memenuhi hal-hal yang berkenaan dengan peningkatan kualitas produksi, kemasan yang menari, dan teknik pemsaran yang tepat serta kekinian tersebut adalah terciptanya iklim usaha yang sehat pada skala usaha kecil dan menengah. Hal ini akan menunjang kekuatan ekonomi rakyat yang semakin kokoh di masa depan karena usaha-usaha kecil ini memiliki harapan untuk berkembang menjadi lebih besar. Maka dari itu tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam progam ini adalah agar para pelaku industry rumahtangga ikan tamban menari di Kelurahan Setokok memiliki ketrampilan atau kemampuan tentang kualitas produksi, kemasan dan pemasaran, sehingga diharapkan dapat memiliki pemahaman tentang produksi yg lebih baik tentang usahanya dan meningkatkan kinerja usahanya. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam menerapkan pemahaman tentang kualitas produksi, kemasandan pemasaran Berbasis Partisipatif dimana keterlibatan dalam berbagai tahapan tindakan, yakni:keterlibatan dalam tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi program / kegiatan oleh tim. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra sudah mampu memproduksi ikan tamban menari dengan kualitas baik, kemasan yang menarik dan teknik pemasaran yang tepat serta sesuai tuntutan zaman pasca covid 19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran sumber daya manusia pada organisasi dan melakukan pengukuran kinerja karyawan melalui kontribusi yang diberikan kepada organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji mengenai komitmen organisasi dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian deskriptif kuantitatif melalui metode survei Data diperoleh menggunakan instrumen yang didistribusikan kepada 120 karyawan dan di analisis menggunakan SEM dan aplikasi program Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kinerja manajerial seorang karyawan terbentuk apabila karyawan memiliki komitmen dan memberikan kontribusi serta melibatkan diri secara langsung kepada organisasi. Kinerja manajerial secara signifikan dapat diterapkan kepada setiap karyawan karena dapat mencapai tujuan organisasi. Semakin baik kepercayaan karyawan maka kinerja seorang karyawan akan meningkat melalui komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam kontek Indonesia. Namun, temuan penelitian ini berpeluang untuk dapat digeneralisasi terhadap  organisasi-organisasi swasta yang ada di negara lain, terutama negara-negara di Asia Tenggara. Setiap negara dikawasan Asia Tenggara memiliki budaya yang berbeda mengingat Asia Tenggara merupakan kawasan yang sangat beragam termasuk dalam budaya berorganisasi sehingga ukuran komitmen organisasi dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja manajerialnya pun tidak dapat digenelisir.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bulan Ramadhan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kepedulian social di lingkungan masyarakat. Seorang dosen mempunyai tugas pengajaran, penelitian dan juga pengabdian Masyarakat, dalam Pengabdian masyarakat dituntut dapat menselaraskan dengan kegiatan positif yang tepat sasaran sesuai dengan kepentingan. Sekolah Islam Nabilah Batam, dalam hal ini di bulan Ramadhan mengadakan Kunjungan dan Bakti Sosial ke Muallaf Center Hinterland di bawah Yayasan Batam Cendikia Madani, yang ada di Jambatan III Barelang, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau, pada hari Rabu, tanggal 12 April 2023 yang diikuti oleh 1 Direksi Sekolah Islam Nabilah, 10 Pengurus NPS ( Nabilah Peduli Sesama) dan guru serta 5 dosen UNIBA. Bantuan yang diberikan sejumlah 40 paket sembako dan uang Rp 50.000 x 40 orang mualaf di Mualaf Center. Kunjungan ini dengan tujuan membangun silaturahim dan memberikan bantuan sembako dan uang sebagai bentuk kepedulian social. Metode yang dipakai adalah Kunjungan Bakti Sosial ke lokasi. Dengan Kunjungan ini kita dapat meringankan beban pembiayaan hidup dan juga memberikan pengarahan keislaman dari tim Sekolah Islam Nabilah kepada saudara seiman di Muallaf Center, Jembatan III Barelang, Pulau Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Kata Kunci: Bakti Sosial, Kepedulian Sosial, Muallaf Center ABSTRACT The month of Ramadan has a positive impact on social awareness in the community. A lecturer has the duties of teaching, research and also community service. In community service, he is required to be able to align it with positive activities that are right on target according to his interests. Nabilah Batam Islamic School, in this case in the month of Ramadhan, held a Visit and Social Service to the Hinterland Muallaf Center under the Batam Cendikia Madani Foundation, which is at Bridge III Barelang, Batam City, Riau Islands, on Wednesday, April 12 2023 which was attended by 1 Director of the Nabilah Islamic School, 10 NPS (Nabilah Cares for Others) administrators and teachers and 5 UNIBA lecturers. The assistance provided was 40 basic food packages and IDR 50,000 x 40 converts at the Mualaf Center. This visit was aimed at building friendship and providing basic food assistance and money as a form of social concern. The method used is a Social Service Visit to the location. With this visit we can ease the burden of living expenses and also provide Islamic guidance from the Nabilah Islamic School team to fellow believers at the Muallaf Center, Jembatan III Barelang, Batam Island, Riau Islands. Abstract

ABSTRAK Gerakan Peduli Sosial dilakukan oleh Sekolah Islam Nabilah kepada seluruh karyawan iBPL di Lingkungan Perumahan Dutamas, Batam Kota, pada tanggal 29 Maret 2023. Kepedulian Sosial ini merupakan program Tahunan dari sekolah, terhadap karyawan di lingkungan Dutamas. Karena secara lokasi sangat berdekatan dan saling memberikan kemanfaatan satu sama lain. Kegiatan ini mempunyai tujuan meningkatkan kepedulian social di masa bulan Ramadhan. Program tahunan yang dilaksanan ini menjadi program tetap Sekolah Islam Nabilah, Batam kepada beberapa instansi/Lembaga, termasuk internal dan eksternal lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah bakti social. Dalam kegiatan peduli social ini, berupa memeberikan sembako sejumlah seluruh karyawan iBPL Dutamas, yaitu 85 orang yang meliputi : karyawan kantor 4 orang, 44 petugas keamanan, 26 petugas kebersihan. Dalam Kegiatan itu hadir Kepala Sekolah TK, SD,SMP, SMA dan Direktur Pendidikan Sekolah Islam Nabilah Batam. Diharapkan pembagian 85 paket sembako, yang terdiri dari : beras, minyak, minuman, gula, serta mi instan. Diharapkan Kegiatan Peduli Sosial dengan pembagian sembako pada 74 karyawan iBPL ini akan meningkatkan hubungan iBPL dan Sekolah Islam Nabilah yang beroperasi di lingkungan sama, serta meningkatkan kepedulian social dalam menyambut bulan Ramadhan. Kata Kunci: Gerakan Peduli Sosial, Kepedulian Sosial, Program Tahunan ABSTRACT The Social Care Movement was carried out by the Nabilah Islamic School for all iBPL employees in the Dutamas Housing Environment, Batam City, on March 29, 2023. This Social Care is an annual program from the school, for employees in the Dutamas environment. Because the location is very close and mutually provide benefits to each other. The method used is Social Service. This activity has the aim of increasing social awareness during the month of Ramadan. This annual program has become a permanent program for the Nabilah Islamic School, Batam for several agencies/institutions, including the internal and external school environment. In this social care activity, in the form of providing groceries to all iBPL Dutamas employees, namely 85 people including: 4 office employees, 44 security officers, 26 cleaners. The activity was attended by Principals of TK, SD, SMP, SMA and the Director of Education of the Nabilah Batam Islamic School. It is expected that 85 basic food packages will be distributed, consisting of: rice, oil, drinks, sugar and instant noodles. It is hoped that the Social Care Activity by distributing groceries to 74 iBPL employees will improve the relationship between iBPL and the Nabilah Islamic School which operates in the same environment, as well as increase social awareness in welcoming the month of Ramadan. Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of interpersonal communication, competence and work placement on job satisfaction of employees of the Riau Islands Province youth and sports department with work enthusiasm as an intervening variable. Results of Evaluation of Performance Achievements of Riau Islands Province. Based on initial observations, the results showed that 47% of the 30 respondents stated that they were dissatisfied. Meanwhile, 39% of the 30 respondents stated that they did not feel enthusiastic about working at the Youth and Sports Department of Riau Islands Province. Using primary data from 103 employees of the Riau Islands Province youth and sports department, this research found that competence had no direct significant effect on job satisfaction. In contrast, interpersonal communication and job placement were shown to have a significant influence on job satisfaction, highlighting the importance of competency to increase employee job satisfaction. Work enthusiasm has also been proven to be a significant mediator between interpersonal communication, competence and job placement on job satisfaction. The proposed recommendation is to focus on increasing employee competency and other aspects that have a more direct influence on work morale to increase job satisfaction for employees of the Riau Islands Province youth and sports department.

Abstract

High employee competency will ensure that every task and responsibility can be completed effectively and efficiently. Good work discipline will create an orderly and productive work environment, improving the quality of services provided to the community. Technology also plays an equally important role; because of sophisticated technology, service processes can be carried out more quickly and accurately, reducing human error and increasing people's comfort in accessing public services. The research aims to determine the effect of competence, work discipline, and the use of technology on community satisfaction through service quality. The study was conducted for 5 months (March –July) at the Karimun Regency Fisheries Service. Quantitative research methods were analyzed using the Smart PLS application from questionnaire data with 201 respondents and concluded that there is a direct determination of employee competency, work discipline, use of technology, and service quality on community satisfaction in the Karimun Regency Fisheries Service area. There is a determination of employee competency in work discipline and the use of technology directly on the quality of services of the Karimun Regency Fisheries Service. It is recommended to the Head of the (Karimun Regency Fisheries Service: 1) optimize the number of employees who take part in work competency training, especially regarding increasing knowledge and skills according to the fields listed. 2) Providing training programs or seminars to improve employee work discipline regarding the importance of arriving on time, effectively using time, compliance with agency regulations, and achieving work targets. 3) Optimizing an integrated information system in providing services and basic skills using the latest technology, which can help communicate with the service user community by keeping up with the latest technological developments and meeting needs in completing tasks appropriately based on the availability of information

Abstract

Sebanyak 2.000 siswa (peserta didik) dari 11 sekolah terdampak Mega Project Rempang Eco City yang telah dijadikan sebagai Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) melalui Peraturan Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2023. Para siswa mengalami tekanan psikologis, ketakukan dan ketidakpastian masa depan dengan keberadaan proyek tersebut. Sebagai bentuk kepedulian, tanggung jawab sosial dan sekaligus Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) terhadap kondisi siswa yang terdampak proyek tersebut, Universitas Batam tergerak melakukan pendampingan untuk memberikan motivasi terhadap mereka. Motivasi adalah bekal penting bagi semua siswa yang terdampak proyek. ancaman terhadap mereka saat ini harus dijadikan peluang di masa yang akan datang. Dalam jangka pendek, mereka para siswa merasa tidak sendirian menghadapi permasalahannya. Dalam jangka Panjang, mereka harus mempunyai visi untuk dapat memanfaatkan Rempang Eco City sebagai sebuah peluang dan harus dapat ikut berkembang seiring perkembangan proyek tersebut melalui pengembangan sikap entrepreneurship (kewirausahaan)

Abstract

Nursing services are very important and goal-oriented services that focus on the implementation of nursing care. Improving the quality of nursing services is a challenge for nurses because nurses are professional staff who have the longest contact with patients, in contrast to medical services and other health services which only require a relatively short time to provide health services to their clients. This research is used for explanatory purposes ( explanatory or confirmatory), namely explaining the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This research is correlational in nature, namely research that attempts to see whether two or more variables are related and what direction the relationship takes. Based on the results of the research data analysis above, a conclusion can be made in this research as follows: Leadership Style has a significant influence on Self-Efficacy. Career level does not have a significant influence on Self-Efficacy. Work Environment has a significant influence on Self-Efficacy. Leadership Style has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Career Path has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Work Environment has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Self-Efficacy has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Leadership Style through Self-Efficacy does not have a significant influence on Job Satisfaction through the path coefficient results. Career Path through Self-Efficacy does not have a significant influence on Job Satisfaction through the path coefficient results. Work Environment through Self-Efficacy has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction through the results of the path coefficient.
