Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce guidance and counseling programs for marriage and family readiness for students in Madrasah Aliyah (MA). Guidance and Counseling Program Marriage and family readiness is a developmental task for students to minimize divorce rates. The research method used in this study is qualitative field research. Data collection tool through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the program formulation and marriage and family readiness counseling for MA students were tested for validity through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 4 experts namely: religious experts, linguists, psychologists, and education experts. The results of this study can describe that the guidance and counseling program for marriage and family readiness at Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School in a structured manner does not yet exist, the implementation at Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School is carried out in the Tsalasa Tsanawi class. Through the study of the classic Uqudulujein. Whereas at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) the guidance and counseling program for marriage and family readiness for prospective brides is held once on Wednesday, starting at 09: 00-12: 00. Program Bimbingan dan Konseling Kesiapan perkawinan dan keluarga merupakan tugas perkembangan mahasiswa untuk meminimalkan angka perceraian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil perumusan program dan penyuluhan kesiapan nikah dan keluarga untuk mahasiswa MA diuji validitasnya melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan 4 orang ahli yaitu: ahli agama, ahli bahasa, psikolog, dan ahli pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menggambarkan bahwa program bimbingan dan konseling perkawinan dan kesiapan keluarga di Pondok Pesantren Al-Amin secara terstruktur belum ada, implementasi di Pondok Pesantren Al-Amin dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Tsalasa Tsanawi. kelas. Abstract

Dating activity is widespread among students even to the point of having an abusive relationship. Dating is an activity to find a partner that is not recommended in Islam. This study aims to find out how the implementation of Islamic guidance and counseling programs of marriage and family self-readiness for FAI UIKA Bogor students. This research was conducted in the Faculty of Islamic Religion (FAI) of the University of Ibn Khaldun (UIKA) Bogor. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a field research approach. Data collection and analysis are collected from interview, observation and documentation techniques. The primary sources in this study is the coordinator and person in charge of guidance and counseling services at FAI UIKA and three students who were married. While the secondary data sources are the Dean, Deputy Dean, Lecturer, and Chair of BEM FAI, as well as three unmarried FAI students. Based on the results of the interviews, observations and documentation it could be concluded that the readiness program of marriage and family at FAI UIKA is implemented as an effort to overcome various cases of dating behavior among FAI UIKA students. The program implementation consists of four components: basic guidance services, responsive services, individual planning, and system support.AbstrakKegiatan pacaran tersebar luas di kalangan mahasiswa bahkan sampai pada titik hubungan yang melecehkan. Pacaran adalah kegiatan mencari jodoh yang tidak dianjurkan dalam Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program bimbingan dan konseling Islam perkawinan dan kesiapan diri keluarga pada mahasiswa FAI UIKA Bogor. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Agama Islam (FAI) Universitas Ibn Khaldun (UIKA) Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Pengumpulan dan analisis data dikumpulkan dari teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Narasumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah koordinator dan penanggung jawab layanan bimbingan dan konseling di FAI UIKA dan tiga orang mahasiswa yang sudah berkeluarga. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah Dekan, Wakil Dekan, Dosen, dan Ketua BEM FAI, serta tiga mahasiswa FAI yang belum menikah. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa program kesiapan pernikahan dan keluarga di FAI UIKA dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi berbagai kasus perilaku pacaran di kalangan mahasiswa FAI UIKA. Pelaksanaan program terdiri dari empat komponen: layanan bimbingan dasar, layanan responsif, perencanaan individu, dan dukungan sistem.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group work training to increase the adaptability career of students. The unemployment that occurred in Indonesia is caused by college graduates that are not ready in terms of both skills and knowledge. Unemployment is also caused by the mismatch between the majors in college and work and ideals, low salary, and unpreparedness to accept changes. Quasi-experimental research methods and purposive sampling are executed. There are 66 of 388 students categorized in low and very low career adaptability. These 66 students are divided into two equal groups: every 33 students in the experimental and control group. For those in the experimental group are trained with the group work method. Based on a calculation using the Wilcoxon Pair Test p = 0.000 was obtained with ɑ = 0.05. To determine the effect of group work training towards career adaptability of students is by comparing the probability value (p) obtained by ɑ = 0:05. The study result indicated to reject the null hypothesis (Ho), which means there is a significant difference between the experimental and control gain. It could be argued that effective workgroup training effects to increase the career adaptability of Education Department students of Jakarta State University.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan group work terhadap peningkatan adaptabilitas karir mahasiswa jurusan kependidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Banyaknya pengagguran yang terjadi di Indonesia disebabkan oleh lulusan perguruan tinggi yang tidak siap pakai baik dari segi keterampilan dan pengetahuan. Pengangguran juga disebabkan oleh ketidaksesuaian antara jurusan dengan pekerjaan dan cita-cita, gaji yang kurang, serta ketidaksiapan menerima perubahan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Dari 388 sampel, terdapatlah 66 orang mahasiswa yang memiliki kategori rendah dan sangat rendah. Adapun 66 orang mahasiswa tersebut dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu sebanyak 33 orang pada kelompok eksperimen dan 33 orang pada kelompok kontrol. Hasil pelatihan di dapat bahwa berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon pair test diperoleh p= 0,000. Dengan ɑ=0,05. Dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan pengaruh pelatihan group work terhadap adaptabilitas karir mahasiswa adalah dengan membandingkan nilai probabilitas (p) yang diperoleh dengan ɑ =0.05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut artinya tolak hipotesis nol (Ho), bahwa pelatihan group work efektif (berpengaruh) meningkatkan adaptabilitas karir mahasiswa jurusan kependidikan UNJ

Abstract

In Islam, children's education is not only the responsibility of schools, but parents have a much bigger responsibility in providing education for their children. However, as a professional teaching institution, schools can help parents through counseling programs or other school programs such as parenting activities. One of the pieces of literature that becomes a reference in children's education in Islam is the book entitled Tarbiyatul Aulad fil Islam written by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to obtain an overview of the implementation of counseling activities for parents at SDIT Ummul Quro as a model of this study, then integrates it with seven aspects of children's education in Islam based on the book entitled Tarbiyatul Aulad fil Islam.  The result of this research is Abdullah Nashih Ulwan divided education for children into seven educations including spiritual, morals, mental, physical, social, cognitive, and sexual education. He has discussed in detail all the needs, obligations, methods, and suggestions for children in Islam, which are implemented as a program that refers to the book entitled Tarbiyatul Aulad fil Islam as a guide for parents to provide education for their children to optimize their development based on Islam.AbstrakPendidikan anak dalam Islam tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab sekolah tetapi orang tua memiliki porsi yang jauh lebih besar dalam memberikan pendidikan bagi anaknya. Namun demikian, sebagai institusi pengajar profesional sekolah dapat membantu orang tua melalui bimbingan konseling atau program sekolah lainnya seperti kegiatan parenting. Salah satu literatur yang menjadi acuan dalam pendidikan anak dalam Islam adalah buku Tarbiyatul Aulad fil Islam karya Abdullah Nashih Ulwan  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran pelaksanaan kegiatan bimbingan konseling untuk orang tua di SDIT Ummul Quro sebagai model dari penelitian ini, kemudian mengintegrasikannya dengan tujuh aspek pendidikan anak dalam Islam, sesuai buku Tarbiyatul Aulad fil Islam. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Abdullah Nashih Ulwan membagi tanggung jawab orang tua menjadi tujuh tanggung jawab pendidikan, 1) tanggung jawab pendidikan iman, 2) tanggung jawab pendidikan moral, 3) tanggung jawab pendidikan fisik, 4) tanggung jawab pendidikan akal, 5) tanggung jawab pendidikan psikologi, 6) tanggung jawab pendidikan sosial, dan 7) tanggung jawab pendidikan seksualitas. Abdullah Nashih Ulwan juga menjabarkan metode pendidikan anak seperti memberikan keteladanan, kebiasaan, nasehat, dan hukuman yang telah diatur dalam Islam.  Hal-hal fundamental inilah yang diterjemahkan menjadi sebuah program sekolah yang mengacu pada buku Tarbiyatul Aulad fil Islam sebagai bimbingan bagi orang tua untuk memberikan pendidikan pada anak demi mengoptimalkan perkembangannya dengan landasan Islam.

Abstract

The management of the boarding school counseling program at the middle level that is not organized and structured will impact on students, including those who are not at home in the dormitory, commit violations, and do not have Islamic customs. this is caused by the lack of responsibility of a musyrif in managing students in the dormitory, this requires maximum assistance and good services in the form of providing guidance programs in producing professional and responsible musyrif. This research aims to find out the best musyrif guidance program in secondary level boarding schools. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative By using the method of field research, data collection techniques carried out were observation, interviews, open questionnaires, and documents. The formulation of musyrif and musyrifah guidance programs in Boarding School secondary schools was validated through focus group discussions (FGD) involving four experts namely guidance and counseling experts, Islamic religious experts, caretakers of Islamic boarding schools, and linguists. The results of this study indicate that the musyrif and musyrifah guidance programs at boarding schools at the secondary level are arranged based on program components, such as basic services, responsive services, individual planning, and system support. The guidance material consists of leadership, manners, achievement motivation, decision-making skills, diversity of characters and cultures, parenting, and responsibilities.AbstrakPengelolaan program bimbingan musyrif dan musyrifah boarding school ditingkat menengah yang tidak terorganisir dan terstruktur akan berimbas pada peserta didik diantaranya tidak betah di asrama, melakukan pelanggaran, dan tidak memiliki adab Islami. Hal ini menuntut adanya pendampingan maksimal dan layanan yang baik berupa pembekalan program bimbingan dalam menghasilkan musyrif dan musyrifah yang profesional dan bertanggungjawab. . Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program bimbingan musyrif terbaik di pesantren tingkat menengah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan, teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, angket terbuka dan dokumen. Penyusunan program bimbingan musyrif dan musyrifah di sekolah menengah Pesantren divalidasi melalui FGD yang melibatkan empat orang ahli yaitu ahli bimbingan dan konseling, ahli agama Islam, pengurus pondok pesantren, dan ahli bahasa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program bimbingan musyrif dan musyrifah di pesantren tingkat menengah disusun berdasarkan komponen program, seperti pelayanan dasar, pelayanan reponif, perencanaan individu dan dukungan sistem. Materi bimbingan terdiri dari kepemimpinan, budi pekerti, motivasi berprestasi, keterampilan mengambil keputusan, keragaman karakter dan budaya, pola asuh dan tanggung jawab.
