Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Srikandi Inti Lestari. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Srikandi Inti Lestari yang berjumlah 40 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, koefisien korelasi (R), koefisien determinasi (R2), uji f, uji t dan analisis linear berganda. Dari hasil analisis validitas dan reliabilitas, semua item pernyataan dikatakan reliable karena nilai cronbach, s Alpa>0,06.untuk uji korelasi nilai R sebesar 556 artinya terjadi hubungan yang cukup antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen, hasil R Square mampu menjelaskan 309% variabel dependen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 69,1 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji F dengan F hitung > tabel (8,275 > 1,684), maka H0 ditolak itu berarti bahwa semua variabel independen secara simultan bersama -sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen, hasil analisis uji t dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel pada variabel pelatihan (316 > 1,684) artinya H0 diterima, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan memiliki positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi (2,188 >1,684) artinya Ho ditolak maka secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. hasil analisis linear berganda Y = 5,480 + 0,101X 1 + 0,538X 2 artinya variabel pelatihan (X1) dan variabel motivasi (X2) mempunyai hubungan yang searah dengan variabel kinerja.

Abstract

In the modern era, information system technology is well designed and created to increase efficiency, reduce unnecessary things, improve service quality, coordinate every part in a company and organization in order to achieve improved management quality. One of the significant technological developments is the use of the Internet. In the context of tourism, the use of information technology can provide significant benefits. Central Tapanuli Regency has rich tourism potential and a rapidly growing MSME sector, but still needs improvement in the utilization of information technology. This research aims to design and develop web-based applications that utilize the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Method to increase the potential of the tourism sector and MSMEs in Central Tapanuli Regency. The SDLC method is used as a systematic approach in application development to nsure that the resulting application is in accordance with user and environmental needs. This research includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, application implementation, testing, and maintenance.The results of this research are expected to make a significant contribution in improving the accessibility of tourism information as well as the operational efficiency of MSMEs in Central Tapanuli Regency through the use of well-integrated web-based applications. Abstract

This study aims to construct an operational resilience model through the lens of Human Resource Management (HRM) by integrating aspects of occupational safety and managerial supervision. Using a qualitative phenomenological design, this study explores the subjective experiences of 66 employees of PT. Rubber Hock Lie regarding the influence of the psychophysical environment and the effectiveness of competency development on performance stability. The findings indicate that sustainable productivity is a manifestation of harmony between the organization's technical and social systems (Socio-Technical Systems). The analysis identifies a disconnect between OHS infrastructure and the internalization of a safety culture due to repressive supervisory patterns. As a strategic solution, this study proposes a "Participatory Supervision" model that prioritizes psychosocial aspects to strengthen long-term HR resilience. Abstract

This research is based on employee performance which plays an important role as a factor influencing the level of success and the main driver of PT. Japfa Comfeed Medan. This study aims to determine the effect of the Management Control System and Recruitment on employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Medan. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a sample of 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques include the determination coefficient test, T test (Partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results of the determination coefficient show that the determination coefficient (R Square) is 0.062 equal to 6.2%. The F test value is 2.009 and the significance value is 0.143>0.05. The t test value is - 0.32> from the t table value of 1.666 and Sig. 0.974>0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that SPM (X1) and Recruitment (X2) partially do not have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), because the significance value of each variable, namely 0.974 and 0.056>0.05. This shows that the implementation of SPM and recruitment in this study has not been the main driving factor in improving employee performance. Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a key element with a strategic role in the administration of government and public services. To achieve good governance, ASN are required to be professional, competent, and possess integrity. The success of bureaucratic reform is largely determined by the level of ASN professionalism in carrying out their duties and functions. The Indonesian government has established the ASN Professionalism Index as an instrument to measure ASN quality based on the dimensions of qualifications, competence, performance, and discipline. However, the results of this index indicate that ASN professionalism in various government agencies remains suboptimal. One instrument for measuring ASN quality is the ASN Professionalism Index. However, in practice, this index still shows suboptimal results in various government agencies. This study aims to analyze various efforts that can be made to improve the ASN Professionalism Index to support the realization of good governance. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative approach through a review of laws and regulations, government policy documents, and relevant scientific publications.The study results indicate that improving the Civil Servant Professionalism Index requires a comprehensive and sustainable approach through competency development, optimizing the performance appraisal system, implementing a merit system, strengthening discipline and integrity, and fostering a leadership role in building a professional work culture. Consistent implementation of these efforts is expected to improve the quality of civil servants and public services. Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital era requires organizations, including school cooperatives, to adapt through the utilization of integrated information systems. The Cooperative of SD Negeri 064983 still relies on manual recording and non- integrated simple applications, resulting in data management inefficiencies and reporting difficulties. This study aims to analyze the needs of an integrated business information system in the cooperative. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate the need for an integrated system covering membership, inventory, sales transactions, financial management, and automated reporting modules. The implementation of an integrated business information system is expected to improve work efficiency, data accuracy, financial transparency, and service quality. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology presents a significant opportunity for business owners to improve sales efficiency and market reach. UD. Chandra, a trading business engaged in the sale of household necessities such as electronics, sandals, shoes, ready-made clothing, and groceries, still conducts its sales processes conventionally. This results in limited market reach and suboptimal transaction data management. Therefore, a web-based e-commerce sales information system was designed to simplify the transaction process, expand customer reach, and enhance business performance. The development method used in this system is the Waterfall model, which consists of the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database, with a responsive web-based user interface. The result of this design is an e commerce system that allows customers to place product orders online, and provides features for product management, transactions, and sales reports for administrators. With this system, UD. Chandra is expected to manage its sales processes more effectively and efficiently, and to compete in the digital era by leveraging information technology optimally. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketidakpastian lingkungan dan strategi kompetitif terhadap hubungan sistem kontrol akuntansi dengan kinerja perusahaan perbankan di kota medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan hasil efektivitas ketidakpastian lingkungan yang diukur melalui persepsi top manajer terhadap hubungan sistem kontrol akuntansi dan kinerja perusahaan namun dapat memberikan isyarat bahwa ketidakpastian lingkungan yang dipersepsikan top manajer sesuai dengangan kondisi aktual.

Abstract

Upayah yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam menghambat dan memutuskan mata rantai penyebaran virus covid-19 adalah dengan menutup sementara proses pembelajaran disekoah maupun dikampus. Oleh sebab ini gangguan dalam proses belajar langsung antara siswa dan guru dalam penyampaian materi pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil dari tugas siswa ada terkendala dengan koneksi internet yaitu jaringan internet yang terkadang kurang lancar atau pun dari segi ekonomi yang tidak semua orang tua wali dapat membeli kuota internet ketika kouta sudah habis, maupun tidak semua wali mempunyai android . Kendala tersebut yang akan berdampak pada psikologis anak didik dan menurunya kualitas keterampilan anak. Permasalahan ini yang harus diperhatikan oleh semua elemen pendidikan khususnya negara dalam memfasilitasi kelangsungan sekolah bagi semua instansi pendidikan untuk melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh.

Abstract

Video Interaktif adalah metode penceritaan berbasis audio visual yang akan mengajak penonton sebagai pengguna, pemilik dan partisipan aktif terhadap media yang dikemas secara sinematik. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memicu dan merangsang belajar siswa sehingga termotivasi dalam mengikuti pelajaran bahasa Inggris dan tentunya juga meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam berbahasa Inggris. Melalui kegiatan ini juga dapat menjadi masukan bagi guru bahasa Inggris di SD Yabes School dalam mengajarkan Bahasa Inggris. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dibagi menjadi lima bagian yaitu kegiatan pre-test, exsplorasi, elaborasi, konfirmasi dan post-test. Pada tahap pre-test para peserta mengerjakan soal yang diberikan tanpa menggunakan video interaktif, pada tahap explorasi nara sumber melakukan brainstorming kepada peserta yang berhubungan dengan video interaktif, setelah melakukan brainstorming narasumber melakukan kegiatan elaborasi, yaitu penjelasan materi tentang penggunaan video interaktif dan menerapkan video interaktif dalam belajar bahasa Inggris, pada tahap konfirmasi peserta diarahkan untuk membentuk kelompok dan mempersentasikan hasil diskusi di depan kelompok lainnya. Pada tahap post-test peserta mengerjakan soal yang berkaitan dengan materi pelatihan dengan hasil terdapat peningkatan nilai post-test meningkat menjadi 76,60 atau 59,26 % dimana hasil rata-rata pre-test 45.40 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan video interaktif sangat signifikan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan bahasa Inggris siswa SD kls V Yabes School
