Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Wulan Windy. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder dan data primer. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah sebanyak 91 responden. Objek penelitian ini bertempat di RSU Wulan Windy. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada variabel kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada RSU Wulan Windy sedangkan pada variabel stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada RSU Wulan Windy. Secara simultan dapat diketahui bahwa pada variabel kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada RSU Wulan Windy.

Abstract

This research is purposed to analysis partially and simultaneously influence of the policy, procedure and accounting information systems to the cash management effectiveness in Dinas Pendapatan Medan City. The sample method use are cluster random sampling method with 76 respondence by the 314 respondence and data process by using statistical test of multiple linier regression through SPSS 20. The result of this research are partially and simultaneously influence of the policy, procedure and accounting information systems to the cash management effectiveness in Dinas Pendapatan Medan City. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of cash management Effectiveness influenced by policies, procedures and accounting information systems. Partially only Procedure variables that significantly influence to the cash management effectiveness. This research suggesting policies, procedures and accounting information systems in eliminating errors in increasing the effectiveness of cash management. Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce platforms presents challenges in understanding customer behaviour to apply targeted marketing strategies. This research combines the K-Means clustering method and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques for customer segmentation, enabling personalized marketing. A publicly available e-commerce customer transaction dataset was processed using the Recency, Frequency, Monetary (RFM) model and additional behavioural features. The Elbow and Silhouette methods were applied to determine the optimal number of clusters. The findings identified three main customer segments: “Premium Customers”, “Potential Customers”, and “New/Transient Customers”. AI was used to predict the segment membership of new customers based on historical data. The results are implemented through a simple blue-and-white web interface that provides personalized marketing campaign recommendations for each segment. This research contributes an end-to-end framework from data analysis to practical AI-based segmentation implementation for e-commerce. Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly impacted various fields, including education. The Hidup Mandiri Awali Semangat (HIMNAS) Foundation is an institution that provides scholarship programs for both outstanding and underprivileged students. However, the scholarship registration and selection process at HIMNAS is still conducted manually, leading to inefficiencies and data inaccuracies. This study aims to design and develop a web-based scholarship information system to facilitate the registration, selection, and recommendation of scholarship candidates. The research employs the Waterfall software development model, which includes stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result is a web-based information system that allows scholarship candidates to register online, upload documents, and track their verification status. Additionally, the system assists administrators in managing applicant data, conducting verification, and generating reports more quickly and accurately. The implementation of this system is expected to make the scholarship selection process at HIMNAS more transparent, efficient, and accessible. Abstract

Libraries have an important role in supporting the teaching and learning process; homever, library management that is still conducted manually often causes several problems, such as difficultes in finding books, inefficient recording of borrowings and returning transaction, and the risk of data loss. This study aims to design and develop a web-based library information system to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of library services at SMK Negeri 1 Amandraya. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using the PHP programming language, a MySQL database, and the Bootstrap 4 framework as the user interface. The results indicate that the developed information system is capable of managing member data, book data, borrowing and returning processes, as well as fine payments managed by administrators. In addition, the system provides an online book feature that can be accessed directly by students. The implementation of this web-based library information system is expected to improve effectiveness, accelerate the borrowing process, and facilitate access to book information for library users. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Srikandi Inti Lestari. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Srikandi Inti Lestari yang berjumlah 40 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, koefisien korelasi (R), koefisien determinasi (R2), uji f, uji t dan analisis linear berganda. Dari hasil analisis validitas dan reliabilitas, semua item pernyataan dikatakan reliable karena nilai cronbach, s Alpa>0,06.untuk uji korelasi nilai R sebesar 556 artinya terjadi hubungan yang cukup antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen, hasil R Square mampu menjelaskan 309% variabel dependen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 69,1 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji F dengan F hitung > tabel (8,275 > 1,684), maka H0 ditolak itu berarti bahwa semua variabel independen secara simultan bersama -sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen, hasil analisis uji t dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel pada variabel pelatihan (316 > 1,684) artinya H0 diterima, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan memiliki positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi (2,188 >1,684) artinya Ho ditolak maka secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. hasil analisis linear berganda Y = 5,480 + 0,101X 1 + 0,538X 2 artinya variabel pelatihan (X1) dan variabel motivasi (X2) mempunyai hubungan yang searah dengan variabel kinerja.

Abstract

In the modern era, information system technology is well designed and created to increase efficiency, reduce unnecessary things, improve service quality, coordinate every part in a company and organization in order to achieve improved management quality. One of the significant technological developments is the use of the Internet. In the context of tourism, the use of information technology can provide significant benefits. Central Tapanuli Regency has rich tourism potential and a rapidly growing MSME sector, but still needs improvement in the utilization of information technology. This research aims to design and develop web-based applications that utilize the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Method to increase the potential of the tourism sector and MSMEs in Central Tapanuli Regency. The SDLC method is used as a systematic approach in application development to nsure that the resulting application is in accordance with user and environmental needs. This research includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, application implementation, testing, and maintenance.The results of this research are expected to make a significant contribution in improving the accessibility of tourism information as well as the operational efficiency of MSMEs in Central Tapanuli Regency through the use of well-integrated web-based applications. Abstract

This study aims to construct an operational resilience model through the lens of Human Resource Management (HRM) by integrating aspects of occupational safety and managerial supervision. Using a qualitative phenomenological design, this study explores the subjective experiences of 66 employees of PT. Rubber Hock Lie regarding the influence of the psychophysical environment and the effectiveness of competency development on performance stability. The findings indicate that sustainable productivity is a manifestation of harmony between the organization's technical and social systems (Socio-Technical Systems). The analysis identifies a disconnect between OHS infrastructure and the internalization of a safety culture due to repressive supervisory patterns. As a strategic solution, this study proposes a "Participatory Supervision" model that prioritizes psychosocial aspects to strengthen long-term HR resilience. Abstract

This research is based on employee performance which plays an important role as a factor influencing the level of success and the main driver of PT. Japfa Comfeed Medan. This study aims to determine the effect of the Management Control System and Recruitment on employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Medan. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a sample of 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques include the determination coefficient test, T test (Partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results of the determination coefficient show that the determination coefficient (R Square) is 0.062 equal to 6.2%. The F test value is 2.009 and the significance value is 0.143>0.05. The t test value is - 0.32> from the t table value of 1.666 and Sig. 0.974>0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that SPM (X1) and Recruitment (X2) partially do not have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), because the significance value of each variable, namely 0.974 and 0.056>0.05. This shows that the implementation of SPM and recruitment in this study has not been the main driving factor in improving employee performance. Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a key element with a strategic role in the administration of government and public services. To achieve good governance, ASN are required to be professional, competent, and possess integrity. The success of bureaucratic reform is largely determined by the level of ASN professionalism in carrying out their duties and functions. The Indonesian government has established the ASN Professionalism Index as an instrument to measure ASN quality based on the dimensions of qualifications, competence, performance, and discipline. However, the results of this index indicate that ASN professionalism in various government agencies remains suboptimal. One instrument for measuring ASN quality is the ASN Professionalism Index. However, in practice, this index still shows suboptimal results in various government agencies. This study aims to analyze various efforts that can be made to improve the ASN Professionalism Index to support the realization of good governance. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative approach through a review of laws and regulations, government policy documents, and relevant scientific publications.The study results indicate that improving the Civil Servant Professionalism Index requires a comprehensive and sustainable approach through competency development, optimizing the performance appraisal system, implementing a merit system, strengthening discipline and integrity, and fostering a leadership role in building a professional work culture. Consistent implementation of these efforts is expected to improve the quality of civil servants and public services.
