Abstract

Quality education is the hope of us all, and all the nations in this world are competing to improve the quality of education. In order to improve the quality of education the Indonesian people are always working to make changes to the curriculum to address the changing times. Vice President Budiono is paying attention to education especially the 2013 curriculum, as we want to educate future generations that will be best, at least in 2035 or 32 years. According to him, which is prepared by the current government so that the future leaders of the nation are born they are still sitting in elementary to high school, because that’s what will be expected to be born gold generation.Early childhood is a group of children who are in the process of growth and development that is unique and is in the golden age, the time when children have a lot of excellent potential to be developed. One of the most important potential to be developed is the intelligence of children. Prof. Stenberg of Yale University states that there are three forms of intelligence that most people need to successfully run the role or work, namely intelligence analysis, creative intelligence, and contextual intelligence.In order to develop early childhood intelligence creative learning is applied. Creative can be defined as a set of abilities that reflect fluency, flexibility, and originality in thinking, as well as the ability to elaborate (develop, enrich, detail). In order to implement creative-based learning, teachers as education implementers should have four competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence. These competencies are closely related to the quality of creativity and innovation of the teacher, both in conveying the material creatively in a creative model role model.Creative learning is very important to be developed by all teachers, because with creative learning will create an interesting climate, can be enjoyed by teachers and students, effective, efficient, and able to develop student potential or student intelligence. With the development of students’ intelligence, the learning will be more qualified and eventually the quality of education will be increased.

Abstract

The issue of Islamic education until now still questioned its success. This is reinforced by the argument with the number of student delinquency. The act of disturbing and bullying friends at the schoolmate and so forth. In extreme Islamic education which is based on the formation aklaqul karimah still fail even though this is not absolute. Application of manners derived from the teachings of religion, seemed still giddy and absurd. Therefore, there needs to be a new construction of Islamic education that is associated with religious teaching and practice in everyday life. However, the quality of Islamic education eventually ran to the competence of its managers. In the sense that the leadership of the institution becomes an important role because in hand it is an institution will look dynamic. In the hands of managers or leaders with managerial skills will be able to influence an Islamic educational institution. Great hope from stakeholders that Islamic educational institutions produce smart and true students will become a reality.

Abstract

The background of this research is the problem of people>s concern about juvenile delinquency. Nowadays, the government plan and practicing 2013 curriculum. With the application of 2013 curriculum, the education would be expected to be focused on character development for student, so that the problem of juvenile delinquency can be solved. This study is aimed at finding out some impacts. First, to know the perception of Islamic Education Teacher about the character assessment that conducted in 2006 curriculum in Junior High School, particularly in Turi and Sleman sub-district. Second, to know the perception of Islamic Education Teacher about the character assessment that conducted in 2013 curriculum in Junior High School, particularly in Turi and Sleman sub-district. Third, to know the implementation of character assessment that is conducted on 2006 curriculum, particularly in Turi and Sleman sub-district. Fourth, to know the implementation of character assessment that is conducted on 2013 curriculum, particularly in Turi and Sleman sub-district. The data of this research were analyzed using descriptive or qualitative techniques. This research conducted at Junior High School, especially in Turi and Sleman sub-district. The data were collected by doing interview, observation, and documentation. The finding reveal four important results. First, character assessment which is conducted on 2006 curriculum is followed by all teachers, each teacher has to assess their students not only several teacher. Second, the practice of character assessment that is conducted on 2006 curriculum is using observation technique. There were some techniques applied: observation, istiqomah paper, and case study report. Third, the character assessment on 2013 curriculum is more systematic and objective because the technique that is used on 2013 curriculum is more emphasized on actual event which is happened inside or outside class. Fourth, the practice of character assessment on 2013 curriculum use some technique, there are observation, journal, self-reflection and collaborative assessment.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the utilization of staffing information system to staffing management on Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Islam (STEI) Hamfara Yogyakarta. This study is descriptive qualitative using triangulation. The result of this study is the Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (Simpeg) at STEI Hamfara has been used well in terms related to the foundation of planning and analysis (organizational) and in terms of giving kompenasi (ujrah). Simpeg utilized sufficiently in the quality of employees. Simpeg has not been ulitized optimally in terms of employee planning, staffing organization, employee development and employment relationship.

Abstract

The formation of the Student Election Committee (Pemilwa) today derived from the Student Executive Council (DEMA) through the Family of Student of UIN Sunan Kalijaga (KBMU) Number 1 at the year 2013. But with the publication of Decrees number 1741 at the year 2013, the establishment is a university leaders which the two of them have strong difference. As source of Student conflict are the existence of differences on the authority substantially between Decrees of Dirjen with KBMU. The problem to be answered is how the student conflict management, in case Pemilwa and how the sources of conflict in Pemilwa? This paper is expected to contribute the management of knowledge in higher education and practically contributing to be applied practically in this institutions regard to the student conflict management. The approach is qualitative and science conflict management. The analysis apply reduction, display, and verification of data and the instrument of research is the researcher himself through interview, participative observation and documents. The results on conflict management of pre- voting in Pemilwa with (1) a compromise, namely with the steps are as follows (a) separation, and (b) return to the existing regulations, and (2) integrative way through consensus. Conflict management of post voting (1) separation, (2) return to the existing regulations based on Rector Decree, number 204.2 of the year 2015 (3) method of conflict reduction through cooling the atmosphere. The cooling atmosphere is taken by (a) the formation of fact finding team (2) the delay of time continuously while waiting for the answers from the fact finding team, (3) to train the committee of Orma-Suka, with the note «if the fact finding team finds the violations significantly, then Orma-Suka is dimisionered by law”. Meanwhile, as source of conflict is to (1) the differences in the rules used by the students namely KBMU, number 1 at the year of 2013, while UIN Sunan Kalijaga applied the Dirjen Decrees number 1741 at the year 2013, (2) the difference of interest from Pemilwa participants in implementing Pemilwa itself , (3) the contention and competition at the limited terms, namely in membership and positions in the structure of PPUMF and PPUMU, (4) the different interpretations on the guidelines of Pemilwa especially in the technical term of opened voting or closed system, and (5) the delay in voting on the actual time namely it was started at 08.00, but in fact it was just begun at around 11:00 pm.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to know and obtain information about the dynamics of Madurese community life in Bogor Regency. From the results of discussion or analysis can be seen that most of the Madurese as a pedangang (entrepreneur). Overall Madura community in Bogor district is very closely related to the religion they embrace the religion of Islam as an identity. This is evident in his daily life which can not be separated from the teachings of Islam. This can be obtained by the idea that Islamic teachings have a pentic role in improving the quality of their daily lives. Such as their personal, social, religious, and economic improvement.

Abstract

There are three issues that arise in the transition of text from the source language to the target language, ie translator, translation and translation. The translator is the actor who transfers ideas from the source language to the target language, whereas translation is a process done by someone in diverting the idea from the source language text into the target language text, while the translation as a resultant product, in the form of text either text or oral text . In the law of translation, we are familiar with relative truth. It means that there is no perfect translation. Truth in translation is subjective, relatively often temporal. It all depends on the purpose of translation was done (reading design). Therefore, it is only a work done by more than one translator. Thus, it can be predicted that the translation will be different from both the language style and the word choice used by each translator. This translation variation is often known as the variety or style. Thus, directly or indirectly, whether consciously or unconsciously, any translator will bring his or her own ideology. Ideology in the world of translation includes the ideology of foreignization and domestication. The ideology that departs from the techniques and methods used by the translator will have an impact on the quality of the translations produced.

Abstract

Berbicara poligami dalam Islam tentu saja di dalamnya terdapat berbagai macam pendapat baik pendapat yang mendukung ataupun yang kontra. Hal ini bisa dipahami karena persoalan ajaran agama pada dasarnya adalah persoalan interpretasi. Seorang intelektual muslim Fazlur Rahman dengan menggunakan metode yang disebutnya sebagai hermeneutika double movement mencoba untuk menginterpretasikan ayat-ayat poligami yang selama ini seringkali dijadikan legitimasi seseorang untuk melakukan poligami. Menurut Rahman poligami adalah salah satu cara al-Qur’an untuk menyelesaikan masalah kemanusian pada saat itu untuk mencapai suatu ideal moral yang dituju oleh al-Qur’an. Dengan demikian maka problem poligami yang ada pada masyarakat saat ini perlu dikaji kembali dengan sekali lagi memperhatikan ideal moral dari ayat-ayat tersebut.

Abstract

Pesantren is one of Islamic education in indonesia with traditional characteristic to explore the science of religion and practice it as a way of life. This type of education has been established since hundreds of years ago and has been extended to almost the entire Muslim society. However, lately reputation of pesantren seems questioned by some Indonesian Muslim community. The majority of Pesantren impressed away from social reality. Problems such as socialization and actualization of gender issues that are often underestimated by the Salafi students on the one hand, and perfectly natural seen by the other side.Inevitably, teaching on salafiyah’s pesantren be spotlight. For example, hadits-hadits misogyny, often enough delivered only with lectures without elaborating the contents that is inside. So understanding of the doctrines of Islam into partial and ignore the religious spirit as liberator religion. Then create the impression of gender bias in the teachings of Islam which places women in a subordinate position and marginal. So the presence of teaching hadith misogyny which written resulted in the birth of the stereotype properties are considered by society as a natural provision or provisions of God. The character and stereotypes attached to femininity or women who is really just a theory of the nature of social engineering or commonly called the social contruction, consequently become a cultural nature that the centuries-old process has resulted in the marginalization of women position.
