Abstract

This research was conducted based on the background of a competitive business climate and demands for improving the quality of human resources, especially in the field of outsourcing and cleaning services. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of employee training (X) on employee performance at PT Bestel Sarana Transportasi. The research method applied is quantitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 57 respondents as research samples, using the Slovin formula to determine the number of research samples. In this study, the data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality tes and heteroscedasticity test), simple linear regression analysis test, with the help of SPSS version 20 software program. Based on the results of multiple linear regression statistical calculations, it is proven that the Training variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the result of Sig.count 0.000 < = 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the competence and compensation for the performance of the employees of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk (R70) Makassar Branch. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is the statistical analysis method in the form of multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient as well as t-test and f-test.The results of this study indicate that competence and compensation partially or simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk (R70) Makassar Branch.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court (MK) annulled the existence of a special judicial body regulated in Article 157 paragraphs (1) and (2) of Law No.10/2016 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents, And Mayor. The Constitutional Court emphasized that because there is no longer any difference between national general elections and regional head elections, the Constitutional Court is the only institution authorized to adjudicate at the first and final levels whose decisions are final for, among other things, deciding disputes over the results of general elections. Abstract

In facing competition in the business sector, the company must be able to determine the level of customer satisfaction. Marketing in monitoring customer satisfaction (consumers) has seen customer complaints with satisfaction status influenced by consumer complaints. Consumer complaints have been used as a benchmark to determine service satisfaction from the company in distributing red and white cement to customers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the process of collecting data on primary data and secondary data. The method of analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis. From the research results it can be concluded that the marketing carried out by CV. Adi Chandra Sumekar is in quadrant III, which means that he must optimize his strength to minimize the threat that exists.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of the results of the practice of men's shirts in menswear courses. Analysis of the results of men's shirt practice seen from several aspects including stitching, size, shape, pressing. For the stitches to be analyzed, namely neat stitches, not wavy, good seams with balanced tension of the bottom thread and top thread, the size of the men's shirt must fit between the stitches with an error tolerance pattern of approximately two mm, the shape referred to in this study is the symmetrical shape between right and left collar, right and left shoulder and right and left side, the collar must be sharp and neat, pressing must be done carefully because if it is not done according to the procedure it can cause the material to be pressed by attaching hard cloth or flicelin to wavy. The results of learning to make men's shirts are reviewed from various aspects including aspects of stitching, size, shape, pressing and material selection. Regarding the results of research on making men's shirts in fourth semester students of the Fashion Design Vocational Education Study Program in learning to make men's shirts as a whole, they were in a good/appropriate position, namely 47.05%. This shows that most students have good abilities in understanding any material given by lecturers in practice. This is proven by the practical work that is done, the results are very satisfying, the results are neat stitches, appropriate patterns, and good designs. The learning process for making men's shirts has gone quite well and smoothly, this is shown from the results of the practicum conducted by students. However, it still has to carry out development and improvement in order to improve the quality of learning outcomes.

Abstract

Village development has a significant tendency to be handled uniformly by the central government throughout the New Order era. The village development program is more of a top-down nature. Village development has increasingly been delegated to the community throughout the reform era. Central and local governments assume the position and function of a facilitator, offering financial support, mentoring, and supervision. Many initiatives to reduce poverty have been carried out, including the Assistance Program for Disadvantaged Communities and Education for the President of Disadvantaged Villages. Village development programs are more bottom-up or a mixture of bottom-up and top-down. The research is included in qualitative research, namely research that does not use mathematical calculations, statistics, and so on, but uses scientific emphasis or findings that cannot be achieved using statistical procedures or another quantified method. In prodding financial development, monetary strategy should stick to another worldview in which individuals' monetary strengthening should be the worry in light of the fact that the vast majority in rustic regions live in the horticultural area, it actually makes a huge commitment to the territorial economy, enabling individuals' economy likewise implies fabricating a superior country economy. Modern advancement should focus on the retrogressive linkage with the farming area or the essential area, while the forward linkage should focus on handling to increment added worth and great promoting so the items delivered are not squandered.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable Competence, Career Development, and Organizational Commitment on employee performance improvement. The data used in this study were primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires as many as 100 respondents to PT Pos Indonesia Kudus employees. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The test of this study used path analysis and to test the effect of the intervening variables the sobel test was used. The results showed that (1) competence has a positive effect on organizational commitment. (2) career development has a positive effect on organizational commitment. (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance. (4) career development has a positive effect on employee performance. (5 organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Regarding the variable organizational commitment is not able to become an intervening variable, an employee is expected to work actively and help each other so that it can increase organizational commitment. Then by making employees have a strong sense of organizational commitment and grow slowly by creating a work atmosphere like a family, by implementing this family management, employees will feel comfortable, feel more psychologically cared for, and feel a family bond

Abstract

Prediksi pergerakan harga bitcoin merupakan tantangan yang sering dihadapi oleh investor dan pedagang kripto. Salah satu cara untuk memprediksi harga bitcoin adalah dengan menggunakan algoritma genetika. Artikel ini membahas tentang pengembangan model prediksi pergerakan harga bitcoin menggunakan algoritma genetika untuk rentang waktu tahun 2015-2022. Metode pemodelan algoritma genetika digunakan dengan memilih parameter yang tepat, fungsi fitness yang akurat, teknik pemilihan orang tua dan crossover yang efektif, serta metode mutasi yang sesuai. Hasil dari pengembangan model ini kemudian dievaluasi dan diuji dengan membandingkan hasil prediksi dengan data aktual. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, model prediksi pergerakan harga bitcoin menggunakan algoritma genetika dapat memberikan hasil yang cukup akurat. Pada tahun 2015-2018, model prediksi menunjukkan tren naik pada harga bitcoin, kemudian mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2018-2019. Selanjutnya, pada tahun 2020-2022, model prediksi menunjukkan tren naik kembali pada harga bitcoin. Penggunaan algoritma genetika dalam prediksi harga bitcoin dapat membantu mengurangi kesalahan manusia dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses. Namun, penggunaannya harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati dan selalu diimbangi dengan pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang memadai dalam investasi.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui implementasi kesenian tradisional “Terbangan” di Desa Boto Kabupaten Semarang. 2) Mengetahui apa saja kendala dalam pengembangan kesenian tradisional. Berdasarkan hasil penulisan dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil kesimpulan bahwa Kesenian tradisional merupakan kebudayaan hasil dari ekspresi jiwa suatu masyarakat suatu daerah yang diwariskan secara turun temurun. Adanya globalisasi tidak membuat tergesernya kesenian tradisional seperti yang terjadi pada masyarakat di Desa Boto Kabupaten Semarang yang masih memelihara kebudayaan turun temurun. Adanya kesenian terbangan yang masih terlestarikan sampai saat ini menjadi bukti bahwa masyarakat menjaga kebudayaan tersebut. Salah satu faktor pendorong terlestarikannya kesenian ini adalah terbangan merupakan simbol wujud syukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa. Selain itu, terbngan juga dijadikan sebagai ajang silaturahmi kepada warga sekitar. Hal inilah yang menjadikannya tetap bertahan sampai saat ini

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui bagaimana cara anak agar belajar dengan efektif. 2) Mengetahui bagaimana mengembangkan kecerdasan anak dalam belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penulisan dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil kesimpulan bahwa anak adalah suatu anugerah yang Tuhan berikan kepada para umatnya. Setiap anak yang dilahirkan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda-beda termasuk dengan kecerdasannya. Tidak ada anak yang tidak cerdas karena kecerdasan memiliki banyak macamnya. Sebagai orang tua yang memiliki anak, sudah sewajarnya untuk dapat mengenali anak-anak mereka terutama jenis kecerdasan mereka. Dengan ini orang tua akan dapat dengan mudah untuk memberikan treatment yang tepat kepada anak agar proses belajar menjadi efektif dan dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan anak.
