Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengubah bentuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah formal di Indonesia. Pembelajaran yang awalnya berlangsung dengan tatap muka berganti menjadi daring maupun campuran. Pembiasaan perubahan ini sudah barang tentu dibarengi dengan kebijakan baik oleh pemerintah maupun sekolah yang dapat memfasilitasi perubahan yang ada. Untuk itu melalui penelitian ini akan ditampilkan evaluasi pelaksanaan kebijakan pembelajaran yang ada di SD Negeri Sumogawe 3 Kabupaten Semarang. Sebagai sebuah sekolah negeri yang terletak di daerah kabupaten maka akan dapat dilihat keselarasan antara kebijakan internal institusi sekolah dengan kebijakan eksternal dari pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik Analisa deskriptif yang berbasiskan pada evaluasi diskrepansi atau kesenjangan. Penelitian ini akan melihat kesenjangan antara kinerja aspek-aspek kebijakan dengan standar kinerja yang ditetapkan. Sehingga kebijakan internal sebagai elemen pengelolaan sekolah akan dapat tercapai sesuai sasaran. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen peneliti mendapati adanya kesenjangan antara kebijakan dan standar yang ingin dicapai di beberapa bagian. Hal ini membuktikan kebijakan yang dicanangkan masih belum dapat memenuhi standar capaian yang diharapkan secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di ritel modern. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Ngudi Waluyo yang diambil 100 responden sebagai sampel. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, dimana setiap populasi yang ditemui pada saat penelitian dapat dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (1,97529), yaitu 5,456 untuk kualitas produk (X1); 8,818 untuk harga (X2); 4,042 untuk promosi (X3). Hasil tersebut membuktikan hipotesis 1 , hipotesis 2 dan hipotesis 3 terbukti kebenarannya yaitu kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di ritel modern. Kemudian pada uji R Square menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen, yaitu kualitas produk (X1), harga (X2) dan promosi (X3) mempengaruhi variabel dependen (Y) sebesar 77,77% yang membuktikan hipotesis 4.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami isu atau problem spesifik dari pengaruh media sosial terhadap bisnis fashion pada konsumen remaja. Berdasarkan tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini maka metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan riset studi kasus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah konsumen fashion di wilayah kota Semarang dan sekitarnya. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebagai metode penentuan subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Peneliti mengumpulkan beragam bentuk data kualitatif, mulai dari wawancara, pengamatan, dokumen, hingga bahan audiovisual dari media sosial. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa di wilayah Jawa Tengah pasar fashion didominasi oleh kalangan remaja dengan prioritas pilihan produk fashion yang banyak dibeli adalah pakaian baru buatan lokal ready to wear yang ditunjukkan dengan respon dari 76% responden. Sebanyak 40,8% responden yang menjadikan kualitas produk sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam keputusan pembelian, hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil wawancara mendalam dengan responden yang menyatakan bahwa kualitas adalah faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk fashion. Selanjutnya, media sosial yang sangat berpengaruh adalah Instagram dengan persentase responden yaitu 69,7%.

Abstract

Budaya adalah warisan luhur yang lahir di masyarakat dan dilestarikan dari generasi ke generasi. Dalam masyarakat Jawa, budaya unggah-ungguh sangat kental dan menjadi ciri khas yang dikenal secara umum. Ungguh ungguh merupakan sikap menghargai, yang dimunculkan dalam perkataan, sikap maupun perilaku. Di era globalisasi saat ini, degradasi moral pada usia remaja nampak lewat perilaku kurang menghargai orang yang lebih tua, tutur kata yang kurang sopan dan sikap yang kurang santun. Apabila hal ini dibiarkan maka generasi berikutnya akan kehilangan identitas sebagai masyarakat jawa dengan budaya unggah-ungguhnya. Gereja sebagai salah satu lembagai penyemai nilai-nilai spiritual dan moral perlu berperan dalam penanaman nilai unggah-ungguh. Demikianlah yang dilakukan oleh Gereja Pantekosta di Indonesia Penggung Boyolali. Serangkaian cara mereka upayakan dalam rangka menginternalisasikan budaya unggahungguh di kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitif untuk mengupas masalah penelitian yang ada. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dipakai adala triangulasi data sumber. Dengan demikian objektifitas data dapat dipertahankan. Dari hasil penelitian, didapati bahwa Gereja Pantekosta di Indonesia Penggung Boyolali melakukan upaya internalisasi budaya unggah-ungguh di gereja lewat Pengajaran, Pengamalan dan Keteladanan.

Abstract

Study of this research is the influence of Peformance Employee and Product Quality to Customer Satisfaction at PT Surya Tanjung Jaya. The object of this research is all customers of PT Surya Tanjung Jaya. While the purpose of this study is to determine whether there is partial or simultaneous influence between the Employee's Performance and Product Quality to Customer Satisfaction. Sampling technique using saturated sampling method, total sample or also called census method that is by making the entire population as sample, total population which is taken as sample is 125 consumer. The data The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of research known that t test result where t count for Employee's Performance = 6,495> t table (1,9796) and t count for Product Quality variable = 6,522> t table (1,9796). So it can be concluded partially there is a positive and significant influence of Employee Performance (X1) on Customer satisfaction variable (Y), there is a positive and significant influence of Product Quality (X2) on customer satisfaction variables (Y). F test results where F arithmetic 101.506> F table (3.070). were collected using questionnaire method using Likert scale. Then it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of Employee Performance (X1) and Product Quality (X2) variable to customer satisfaction variables (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the facilities, tariffs and services partially have on the customer satisfaction of Feylove Salon in Boyolali. This study also aims to determine how much influence the provision of facilities, tariffs and services simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at Feylove Salon in Boyolali. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data. The data source uses primary and secondary data sources. Facilities, tariffs and services are independent variables and consumer satisfaction is the dependent variable. The population in this study are Feylove Salon consumers. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test, the regression model is multicollinearity free, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and is normally distributed. And the results of this study indicate that the facilities, rates and services at Feylove Salon have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the value of Fcount (25.916) > Ftable (2.699) with a significant level of 0.000. And this research has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction Feylove Salon this can be seen from the significant value of the facility 0.075> 0.05. Tariff has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction Feylove Salon, this can be seen from the significant value of 0.000

Abstract

Character is a distinctive personality in a person who is formed due to the influence of his environment. Traditional arts in each region have important meanings and functions for the community. Apart from being a spectacle or entertainment, folk art also functions as a medium of education. Lengger mask art contains ethical and aesthetic teachings in the form of visual appearances and living symbolism which can basically lead humans to perfection and true identity. The interesting thing about the lengger mask is from its presentation, namely from the presentation of motion, accompaniment or music in this case is cute or poetry, clothing and masks that contain character education values ​​that can be used as learning for the surrounding community and actors. the art. Learning in this case is an effort to build character that is applied to oneself and society. The symbolic meaning of the lengger mask is found in the shape of the eyes, nose, mouth, color, and symbols on the mask ornament. The lengger Giyanti Wonosobo mask, apart from being an entertainment or spectacle, also teaches about the values ​​contained in accordance with local wisdom so that it can make learning for the wider community and traditional arts actors. The character education values ​​contained in the lengger mask art can be classified as character education values ​​in relation to God, oneself, others, and nationality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at the Majene Regency DPRD Secretariat office, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the Majene Regency DPRD Secretariat office and to determine which variable has a more dominant influence on the Majene Regency DPRD Secretariat office. This type of research is quantitative with data analysis technique using SPSS. The population in the study amounted to 45 people and the sample was drawn using the census method (all populations were samples). The results showed that: 1) Training had an effect on employee performance at the Majene Regency DPRD Secretariat Office; 2) Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance at the Majene Regency DPRD Secretariat Office; 3) Of the two variables above, Training and Job Satisfaction, the variable Job Satisfaction has more influence on Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix and service quality on buying decision at TOP 100 Tiban. The design of this research is a type of quantitative research using a causal associative approach. The results based on the t test for marketing mix (product, price, place and promotion) have a value of 2,939; 4,454;4,378; and 5,801 all values of the four variables > 1,98525 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that marketing mix has an effects on buying decision, while the t test value for service quality has a value of13,915 > 1,98525 and a significant 0.000 < 0.05 which means that sevice quality has an effect on buying decision. The F test results obtained a value of 48,829 > 2,31 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that marketing mix and service quality together have a positive and significant effect on buying decision.
