Abstract

ABSTRACT Due to the large number of similar businesses, the business competition between these businesses is getting tougher where several factors that become competitive include prices, product diversity and the ability to create consumer buying interest. The main problem of this study aims to determine the effect of price, product diversity, and buying interest on purchasing decisions for fashion products at Amie Stores Metro. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is price, product diversity, wants and needs, purchasing decisions and lifestyle. The population and sample of the study were students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro Batch 2018 with the number of samples taken as many as 68 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results showed that the price had no effect on consumptive behavior. Product diversity, and partial desire have a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior. improve student purchasing decisions. Price, product diversity, and desire simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on consumptive behavior. Lifestyle moderates or increases the influence of price, product diversity, and desirability on consumer behavior.

Abstract

This researchwas conducted in order to determine the effect of economic literacy and thelevel of use of social media on the entrepreneurial interest of FEB students, MuhammadiyahMetro University. The type of research used is quantitative research. Sampling techniqueusing Accidental Sampling. Only 90 samples used were in accordance with predeterminedcriteria. The data used is primary data with the distribution of questionnaires in the form of alist of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used totest the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and tested using the statisticalpackages for the social science (SPSS) version 25 program. Based on the results of statisticaltests, it shows that economic literacy and the level of use of social media have a positive orsignificant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of FEB students, Muhammadiyah MetroUniversity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment on employeeperformance, the effect of training on employee performance, the effect of recruitment onperformance through organizational commitment, the effect of job training on performancethrough organizational commitment, and the effect of recruitment, training, andorganizational commitment on employee performance. The research method usesquantitative research that measures the variables of recruitment, training, and employeeperformance and organizational commitment. The population in this study were employeesof PTPN VII Bekri with a total sample of 60. The instrument in this study used aquestionnaire. Abstract

In facing the era of free trade, competition between companies both locally andinternationally is increasing, so Human Resources are needed who have the knowledge,abilities, and skills that can meet the global demand. This forces every company to be able towork more efficiently, effectively, and productively. Human resources (HR) is an essentialaspect of a company. Therefore, a company must be able to manage Human Resources aswell as possible to increase productivity within the company. With good productivity, acompany can meet the company targets that have been set. Good employee performance willhelp employees to meet company targets and also help companies to earn profits. However, ifthe performance of the company's employees decreases, it will be detrimental to thecompany. This study aims to determine the effect of Fingerprint Attendance (Fingerprint), Compensation, and Work Productivity on Employee Performance. This study uses aquantitative approach by using primary data through questionnaires and interviews. Thepopulation in this study was 173 employees. The sample calculation using the Slovin formulaobtained a sample of 121 respondents who were taken through the Simple Random Samplingtechnique. The variables used include Fingerprint Attendance, Compensation, WorkProductivity, and Employee Performance. Analysis of the data used is multiple linearregression with a significance level of 5%. The results of the data test show that theFingerprint Attendance Variablehasa significant positive effect on Employee Performance.The variable of compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance.Work Productivity variable has a significant positive impact on Employee Performance.Simultaneous F tests together with Fingerprint Attendance, Compensation, and WorkProductivity have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

A decrease in the number of buyers causes a decrease in the value of the business. Not only that,there are some employees who tend to be very friendly, not customer oriented and someemployees still have poor performance. Not only selling in the offline market, Dhelitha Gordynalso ventured into online sales, so this study aims to identify HRM practices and work learningon employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. The research design in this study isquantitative, with 30 employees. The sampling method used a special sampling method. Whilethe research phase uses a questionnaire that is distributed to all employees who work at theDhelita Gordin store. The analytical tools used are validity, reliability, normality, linearity, andmultiple regression tests with partial t test decisions, simultaneous f, and coefficient ofdetermination. The results of the survey that some management practices and job training at apoint and at the same time if done correctly, then every employee will gradually begin tounderstand the job and its functions that can improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Innovation, Promotion, Price, ServiceQuality and Location on purchasing decisions for DRW Skincare consumers in WestMulyojati Metro. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling techniqueused was purposive sampling. Only 71 samples used were in accordance with predeterminedcriteria. The data used is primary data with the distribution of questionnaires in the form of alist of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used totest the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and tested using the statisticalpackages for the social science (SPSS) version 25 program. Based on the results of statisticaltests, it shows that innovation, promotion, service quality and location have a positive andsignificant influence on purchasing decisions for DRW Skincare consumers in West MulyojatiMetro, while price has no and significant effect on purchasing decisions for DRW Skincareconsumers in West Mulyojati Metro.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of products, prices, and distribution oncustomer loyalty both directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction. Research methodsrequire quantitative research. Objects in research are products, prices, distribution, loyalty,and customer satisfaction with Vivo brand cellphone users. The population in the study wereFEB students of Muhammadiyah Metro University. The sample in the study was taken usingthe random sampling technique with the amount of sampling determined by the Slovinmethod. The number of samples produced is 91 respondents. The instrument in this studyused a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study uses path analysis. The results showed thatproducts directly affect customer loyalty, prices directly affect customer loyalty, distributiondirectly affects customer loyalty. Products, prices, and distributions have an indirect effect oncustomer loyalty, namely through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial competition is currently very high because all companies are constantlytrying to increase their market share by getting new customers. Business conditions changedynamically with changes in the surrounding environment and changes in the tastes ofconsumers who are increasingly diverse. The community is required to be creative byprocessing fish into other processed fish products such as kemplang biscuits, these processedproducts are very popular with the community for complementary foods. This study aims todetermine 1) To find out whether product innovation has an effect on purchasing decisions.2) To find out whether the use of social media has an effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Tofind out the variables of product innovation and the use of social media together have aneffect on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey methodwas chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data fromrespondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Inthis study, the population was taken based on consumers who made purchases of AmandaKemplang crackers as many as 115 per month. Data collection techniques using aquestionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between product innovation on purchasing decisions. 2) there is apositive and significant influence between social media on purchasing decisions. 3) there is apositive and significant influence between product innovation and the use of social mediatogether on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The main factors that are taken into consideration before being given financing are externalfactors or factors caused by customers consisting of character, capacity, capital, collateraland conditions and non-performing financing. This study aims to determine the factors thatcause problematic financing at BMT Assayfi'iyah. The research design is a quantitativedescriptive study using a survey method. The object of research is the character, capacity,capital, guarantee and economic condition of customers with non-performing financing. Thepopulation and research sample are customers with financing problems with the number ofsamples taken as many as 55 customers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis withSPSS program. The results showed that character, capacity, capital, collateral and conditionpartially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on reducing non-performingfinancing. Based on the coefficient values of all research variables, it can be seen that themost influential factor on non-performing financing is the character factor of the customer

Abstract

Business competition is a competition that must be faced by companies, this increasinglyfierce competition requires companies to be careful in determining strategies to win thecompetition they face. In order to get out of a situation that threatens the life of the company,the company must plan marketing strategies to satisfy consumer desires. Marketing occurs asa social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they need andwant through creating, offering and exchanging products of value with others. This studyaims to determine 1) To find out whether the price has an effect on consumer satisfaction. 2)To find out whether product quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) To find outwhether promotion has an effect on consumer satisfaction. 4) To find out whether the priceand product quality variables and promotions together have an effect on consumersatisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as theprimary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents whohave certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. In this study, thepopulation was taken based on consumers who made purchases of kemplang amandacrackers as many as 75 per month. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence betweenprice on consumer satisfaction2) there is a positive and significant influence between productquality on consumer satisfaction. 3) there is a positive and significant influence betweenpromotions on consumer satisfaction. 4) there is a positive and significant influence betweenprice, product quality and promotion together on consumer satisfaction
