Abstract

The more choice of stores there are, there are many things that consumers should consider in choosing to shop at a trusted store. Currently, most consumers change their mindset in using a product. Someone in spending money often prioritizes wants over needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of products, prices, promotions and services on consumer buying interest in Rp Shop in Metro. This type of quantitative research is numerical and qualitative data is material. Data collection techniques were by conducting library research and field with survey techniques and using questionnaires. Sampling using accidental sampling technique obtained 80 respondents. Data analysis used Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS Version 20). The results of the discussion were that the Product tscore = 0.281 ttable = 1.665, Price tscore = 2.562 > ttable = 1.665, Promotion tscore = 2.831, > ttable = 1.665 and Service tscore = 2.313 > Ttabel = 1,665 . The results of the discussion that has been done show that the product has no effect on consumer buying interest. Meanwhile, prices, promotions and services have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. The F test shows that the value of Fscore = 3.321> Ftable value of 3.117, it can be concluded that product, price, promotion and service variables together have an influence on buying interest, thus Rp Shop must still pay attention to products, prices, promotions and services to increase consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The development of the poultry business, namely floating birds, is increasingly making competition in this industry even tighter. So that the Maleo UKM business can be successful in the competition, must try to create and retain customers, so that this goal is achieved, the company must strive to produce goods and services that consumers want at affordable prices, thus, it must be able to understand consumer behavior on its target to increase product sales Maleo SMEs, because the survival of their business to meet the needs and desires of consumers is very dependent on these purchasing decisions. The research objective is to find out The Effect of Product Quality and Product Prices on Product Purchasing Decisions at Maleo UKM, East Lampung, this is done to solve the problem of how the business that has been run can continue to grow and run successfully in a competitive environment so that it can achieve the desired profit. This type of research used in research is quantitative research. The quantitative research method is one type of research whose specifications are systematic, well-planned and clearly structured from the start to the making of the research design. The results of the research on product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in Maleo UKM, East Lampung. Product prices have no and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions at Maleo UKM, East Lampung. The quality of the product and the price of the product together have a significant and significant effect on the purchasing decision of the Maleo UKM, East Lampung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment on the quality of the Bumi Raharjo Village Government Financial Statements, Bumiratu Nuban District, to determine the effect of Human Resource Competence on the Quality of Financial Statements of the officials of Bumi Raharjo Village, Bumiratu Nuban District, to determine the effect of the Use of Information Technology on the Quality of Financial Statements. Bumi Raharjo Village Officials, Bumiratu Nuban District.This study was to find empirical evidence of the factors that affected the quality of the financial statements of the village Officials of Bumi Raharjo, Bumiratu Nuban District. The research was conducted on the village apparatus of Bumi Raharjo with a sample size of 20 respondents. Sampling used saturated samples, and data collection technique was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application.The results of the study concluded that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial report information in the Bumi Raharjo village Officials, Human resources had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial report information in the Bumi Raharjo village Officials, the use of IT had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statement information in Bumi Raharjo village Officials, Organizational commitment, human resources, IT utilization and internal control had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the quality of financial report information in the Bumi Raharjo village Officials. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Desa Bumi Raharjo Kecamatan Bumiratu Nuban, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Desa Bumi Raharjo Kecamatan Bumiratu Nuban, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Desa Bumi Raharjo Kecamatan Bumiratu Nuban.Penelitian ini untuk menemukan bukti empris faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah desa Bumi Raharjo Kecamatan Bumiratu Nuban. Penelitian di lakukan pada perangkat desa Bumi Raharjo dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dan teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas informasi laporan keuangan di pemerintah desa Bumi Raharjo, Sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas informasi laporan keuangan di pemerintah desa Bumi Raharjo, Pemanfaatan TI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas informasi laporan keuangan di pemerintah desa Bumi Raharjo, Komitmen organisasi, sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan TI dan pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kualitas informasi laporan keuangan di pemerintah desa Bumi Raharjo.

This study aimed to determine the effect of cosumer promotion, instagram media on sales total (omzet) of sikok lampung eatery. This reseach was conducted on consumers of sikok lampung eatery in 2021. By distributing questionnarires in the from of questions about consumer promotion and social media instagram. Then processed using SPSS 23 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This research used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis tools, T test, F test, determination to determine the effect of consumer promotion and social media instagram on the sales total of sikok lampung eatery. The results showed that simultaneously consumer promotion and social media instagram on sales turnover. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Postgraduate Program's service quality at Muhammadiyah University of Metro Lampung, which consists of tangible assurance, empathy, reliability, and responsiveness to the Postgraduate Program's student loyalty Muhammadiyah University of Metro Lampung. This research's research type is quantitative research, namely research by obtaining data in the form of numbers or estimated quantitative data. According to Sugiyono (2014: 38), this study aims to determine the effect of service quality at the Postgraduate Program, Muhammadiyah University Metro Lampung on student loyalty in the Postgraduate Program at Muhammadiyah University Metro Lampung.The result of this research is that the tangible variable ξ1 has a significant effect on the variable η1 reliability with the value of tcount= 0.516 at a = 0.05 where the ttable = 1.67 is obtained because the tcount> of the ttablevalue, the ξ2 assurance variable has a significant effect. Directly to the variable η1 reliability with a value of tcount= 0.111 at a = 0.05, it is obtained t table= 1.67, variable ξ3 emphaty does not have a direct influence on the variable η1 reliability with a value of tcount = 0.108 at a = 0.05 is obtained t table= 1.67, the ξ1 tangible variable has no influence on the η2 responsiviness variable, with the value of tcount= 0.936 at a = 0.05, obtained t table= 1.67, the ξ3 emphaty variable has a direct significant effect on the η2 responsiviness variable with the tcount= 0.021 at a = 0.05 is obtained ttable= 1.67, variable η2 responsiviness to variable η3 loyalty has a direct influence from the calculation of tcount= 0.00 at a = 0.05 is obtained t table= 1.67, variable ξ1 tangible to the direct significant effect on the loyalty variable η3 with a value of tcount= 0.30 at a = 0.05 obtained t table= 1, 67, variable ξ3 empahty to variable η3 loyalty from the value tcount = 0.02 at a = 0.05 is obtained t table= 1.67, variable η2 responsiviness has a direct significant effect on the loyalty variable η3 from the value tcount= 0.42 in a = 0.05, the obtained ttable= 1.67. Thus, these results indicate that the empathy variable has no effect on reliability in the Postgraduate Program, Muhammadiyah University of Metro Lampung. The tangible variable does not affect responsiveness in the Postgraduate Program, Muhammadiyah University of Metro Lampung.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the effect among work discipline, compensation, motivation, and training simultaneously toward employee job satisfaction at PT. BPRS Metro Madani. This research used sample of 36 respondents from a population of 40 employees. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient by using SPSS. Based on the research result that has been done, so it can be conclude that work discipline, compensation, motivation, and training simultaneously have a positive and significant effect toward employee job satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Semakin ketatnya persaingan antar bank syariah membuat analisis kinerja keuangan penting untuk dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia dan Bank BRI Syariah. Menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantatif dengan jenis penelitian adalah komparatif. Sampel penelitian adalah laporan keuangan BMI dan BRIS selama periode 2012-2019. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis rasio CAR, NPF, ROA, dan FDR dengan alat statistik Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada CAR dan NPF antara Bank Muamalat Indonesia dan Bank BRI Syariah. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada ROA dan FDR antara Bank Muamalat Indonesia dan Bank BRI Syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Kualitas Jasa Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan Via Course Kota Metro. Data diperoleh dari observasi dan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 60 sampel. Analisa data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis kemudian di analisis dengan pengujian instrumen serta uji hipotesis. Data Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan Via Course Kota Metro dapat disimpulkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan Via Course Kota Metro.

Abstract

Abstract In business activities in this globalization era, technological developments are needed to expand business networks. The level of competition that is quite tight makes business actors more innovative in carrying out marketing activities for their products and services. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, service quality on purchasing decisions at Torabika Coffee Pt Cipta Niaga Semesta (Mayora Group) in Punggur. This type of research is quantitative data analysis and in this study using descriptive analysis methods to collect data in the field by taking samples from a population of 96 respondents to all consumers who buy Torabika Coffe at Pt Cipta Niaga Semesta (Mayora Group) in Punggur. Test requirements analysis using the normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model using multiple regression models, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and the coefficient of determination (R2). And using statistical hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research with multiple linear regression analysis with t test, it was found that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Torabika Coffe at Pt Cipta Niaga Semesta punggur branch, while price had a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and service quality had a negative and insignificant effect. against purchasing decisions on purchasing decisions at Torabika Coffe at Pt Cipta Niaga Semesta punggur branch. Peningkatan jumlah pengunjung toko online Shopee dan telah menggeser toko online lainnya serta menempati peringkat pertama sebelumnya dan menjadi penguasa pasar elektronik Indonesia dengan cangkupan pasar sebesar 71% dibandingkan dengan kompetitor lainnya. Terutama di masa pandemi covid-19 sangat layak jika peningkatan jumlah pengunjung shopee mengalami peningkatan yang cukup tinggi, karena kebutuhan hidup semakin meningkat dan akan selalu bertambah setiap harinya namun tidak dapat melakukan perbelanjaan secara offline, sehingga berbelanja secara online menjadi alternative bagi masyarakat untuk memenuhi setiap kebutuhan dan keinginan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni explanatory survey. Metode explanatory survey digunakan untuk memprediksi dan menjelaskan hubungan atau pengaruh dari suatu variabel ke variabel lainnya .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh promosi (X1), kemudahan (X2), harga (X3) dan kenyamanan (X4) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada toko online Shopee. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa promosi dan harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian . Sedangkan kemudahan dan kenyamanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: promosi, kemudahan, harga, kenyamanan, keputusan pembelian. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, it is very feasible if the increase in the number of shopee visitors has increased quite high, because the needs of life are increasing and will always increase every day but cannot shop offline, so shopping online is an alternative for people to fulfill every needs and wants. The method used in this research is explanatory survey. The explanatory survey method is used to predict and explain the relationship or influence of one variable to another. This study aims to examine the effect of promotion (X1), easiness (X2), price (X3) and convenience (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y) on Shopee's online shop. The results of this study indicate that promotion and price do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, convenience and comfort have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: promotion, easiness, price, convenience, purchase decision.
