Abstract

Riwi Tri Palupi1, Ratmono2 Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro E-mail: riwi.tripalupi@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin, komunikasi internal dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Unit Aviation Security PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Di Bandar Udara Radin Inten II Lampung yang berlokasi di Natar, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 77 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner . Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 22 meliputi uji persyaratan instrument uji persyaratan analisis, uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel displin berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel komunkasi internal berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara uji simultan gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin, komunikasi internal dan kompensasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style, discipline, internal communication and compensation on employee performance. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The object of this research is the employees of the Aviation Security Unit of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) At Radin Inten II Airport, Lampung, located in Natar, South Lampung Regency. The total population is 77 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 22 include the requirements test instrument requirements analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variable of leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, the discipline variable has a significant and significant effect on employee performance, the internal communication variable has a significant and significant effect on employee performance, and the compensation variable has a significant and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising, service quality, guarantee of security and public relations on the saving interest of customers of BMT Assyafiiyah in Gajah City, Central Lampung. Data obtained from the questionnaire. The data analysis of this research was carried out using the Instrument Requirements Test, the analysis requirements testing for regression (Cross Section) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that advertising, quality of service, assurance of security and public relations together have an effect on customers' interest in saving at BMT Assyafiiyah Gajah City, Central Lampung. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions (a case study of UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG student. This type of research is a quantitative research that is causal comparative (causal comparative reasarch), namely a causal relationship between two or more variables. This research is a student of UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire distributed online via google form. Based on the results of the analysis of the t test it can be explained that brand image and product quality partially affect positive and significant towards purchasing decisions, where each independent variable (brand image and product quality) has a value of t sig <0.05. Based on the results of the analysis of the F test, it can be explained that brand image and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect. on purchasing decisions, where the value of F sig is 0.000 <0.05. For further research, it is hoped that it can examine more deeply about the title and add other variables in it.

Abstract

The assessment of financial performance can be done by management by analyzing the financial statement. The financial statements which has been is the balance sheet and profit and loss statement in 2016 until 2019. One analysis that can be used to determine the company's financial condition is financial ratio analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine how the financial performance of the cosmetics sub-sector in terms of profitability ratios based on the company's financial statements. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. Research data and information were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the calculation of the average profitability ratio on the net profit margin, the condition of the company's financial performance is not good and the return on assets, return on equity shows that the condition of the company is in good condition. From the results of the financial ratio analysis, it can be seen that PT Unilever Tbk has a better financial performance compared to the other three cosmetic companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors, brand image, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. This type of research is quantitative. The object of this research is the students of FEB Muhammadiyah Metro University which is located in building C, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. The number of samples as many as 97 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the brand ambassador variable has an effect and is significant on purchasing decisions, the brand image variable has no effect and is not significant on purchasing decisions, promotion and service quality has an effect and is significant on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the four variables have a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Shopee is expected to optimize the use and display of more attractive brand ambassadors in Shopee advertisements. Shopee management must build good relationships with customers, make more attractive offers and improve the quality and performance of the Shopee shopping site.

Abstract

The objectives of this research was to determine the effect of service, price, promotion, and location on customer satisfaction at Kedai Kha’s Simbarwaringin. The method that used in this research is a quantitative method. This research used descriptive research. The subject of this research was customer satisfaction at Kedai Kha’s Simbarwaringin. The data analysis technique used were Primary Data and Secondary Data. The results of this study indicated that only Service that has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Kedai Kha’s Simbarwaringin. This research is expected to provide references and an overview of customer satisfaction assessments using Primary and Secondary Data. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Price, Promotion, Service.

Abstract

This study aims partially to determine 1) whether leadership style effects employeeperformance, 2) whether productivity effects employee performance, 3) simultaneouslywhether leadership style and work productivity affect employee performance.This type of quantitative research. With the sampling technique used, namely accidentalsampling, which means the technique of determining the sample by chance, namely theemployees of the Sukadana class IIB Prison and the sample in this study was 48employees, while the data collection techniques used were questionnaires, validity tests,normality tests, and tests. linearity, and multiple linear regression with drawing conclusionsthrough the partial t test and F simultaneous test.The conclusion of this research is that partially leadership style has no influence onemployee performance so it is necessary to re-evaluate the leadership style so that it iscarried out properly and optimally, and work productivity has shown good results inimproving employee performance, while simultaneously leadership style and workproductivity have good influence in order to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Damage products that are not in accordance with standards is a major problem for each company, because these problems will cause losses for the company as a result of increasing production costs and lower selling value of products. The quality control system carried out at PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya is still lacking due to a lack of quality control personnel as well as machine maintenance and labor constraints. The purpose of this study was to determine the type and amount of damage that occurred and what factors caused the damage or deterioration of product quality. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. This type of research is quantitative research with the object of research is product quality control and product damage. Data collection using interviews and documentation. The analytical tool used is to use C Chart analysis, Pareto Chart and Fishbone Analysis. The results of the C Chart analysis research showed that the amount of damage that occurred was still within tolerance limits. The number of product defects based on the order of the number is the highest due to the presence of foreign matter impurities, moisture content and free fatty acid content. The factors that influence product damage are mostly related to workers who do not supervise the production process and lack of quality control personnel as well as other causes such as raw materials and the environment. Abstract

Make Over is a cosmetic brand released by PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation, which created a cosmetic brand that is well-known in Indonesia for being halal, as quoted from IDNTimes. Make Over products, which initially were only known for a few products, did advertising and increased brand awareness in consumer purchasing decisions, making people aware and knowing that Make Over products vary. After the increase in sales of Make Over products, it is necessary to make consumers believe that Make Over products are good and not dangerous, when consumers believe, consumers will repurchase the product. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant influence of Advertising, Brand Awareness and Brand Trust on the Purchase Decision of Make Over Brand Products. In this study using primary data and secondary data, the research method used accidental sampling is a sampling technique by chance, namely respondents who accidentally meet the researcher and can be used as samples if the person is suitable as a data source, namely students of FEB Muhammadiyah Metro University, with a sample size of 70 people. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test and linearity test. Testing the analysis model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results of research using the T test, it is found that advertising has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy a make over brand product, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy a make over brand product and brand trust has no significant effect on the decision to buy a make over brand product From the F Advertising test, Brand Awareness and Brand Trust together have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for Brand Make Over Products.
