Abstract

One of the efforts made by the company, especially in businesses engaged in clothing services, is to implement quality services that can meet customer satisfaction. The problems that exist in Kahfi Cloth the number of customers tends to decrease. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. The object of this research is service excellence, tangibleness and customer loyalty. This research activity was carried out in the Kahfi Cloth Metro City. The study population with a total sample of 60 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed partial and tangibles service excellence had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously it also shows that excellent and tangibles service together have a significant influence on customer loyalty. Based on the number of coefficients and the value of tcount, it can be seen that the factor that most influences customer loyalty is service excellence.

Abstract

Each company certainly has its own strategy in attracting customers and keeping customers from moving to competing companies. The problem in Adikuasa Photography is that the number of subscribers tends to decrease. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. The objects in this study are trust, communication and customer retention. The study population and sample were 93 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that partial trust and communication have a significant effect on customer retention. Simultaneously it also shows that trust and communication together have a significant effect on customer retention. Based on the number of coefficients and the value of tcount, it can be seen that the factors that most influence on customer retention is communication.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, iklan dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2017-2020 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro yang menggunakan produk kosmetik Wardah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 92 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25 meliputi uji persyaratan instrument, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel iklan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan variabel gaya hidup secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan harga, kualitas produk, iklan dan gaya hidup secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci: Harga, Kualitas Produk, Iklan, Gaya Hidup, Keputusan Pembelian This research aims to determine the impact of price, product quality, advertising, and lifestyle on purchase decision cosmetic Wardah on the faculty of economics and business students Muhammadiyah Metro University partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this research were active students of class 2017-2020 in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah Metro University who used Wardah cosmetic products. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method with a sample of 92 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 25 include research’s instrument test, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that the price variable partially has a positive and significant impact on purchase decision, and the product quality variable partially has a positive and significant impact on purchase decision, then advertising variables partially have a positive and significant impact on purchase decision, meanwhile lifestyle variables partially have a negative impact and the results are not significant for the purchase decision. As for price, product quality, advertising and lifestyle simultaneously significant impact on purchase decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kompensasi, kepercayaan diri, pengalaman kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Obyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Dealer Honda Metro.. Lokasi di Iringmulyo, Kecamatan Metro Timur. Kota Metro, Lampung. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu rumus slovin. Sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 36 sampel yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, kepercayaan diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan kecedasan emosional, kompensasi, kepercayaan diri, dan pengalaman kerja secara bersama-sama (silmutan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, compensation, self-confidence, work experience on employee morale. The research design used in this study uses quantitative research. The object of this research is the employees of the Honda Metro Dealer. The location is in Iringmulyo, East Metro District. Metro City, Lampung. The technique used in sampling is the Slovin formula. In order to obtain a sample of 36 samples needed. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the emotional intelligence variable has a significant effect on employee morale, compensation has a significant effect on employee morale, self-confidence has a significant effect on stock prices, and work experience has a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, emotional intelligence, compensation, self-confidence, and work experience together (silmutan) have a significant effect on employee morale.

Abstract

Abstract The world of banking is a business in which activities are based on trust. This makes people have to really select and choose the right bank to invest the money they have. The success of a bank in influencing prospective customers in making decisions to use the products or services provided by the bank is greatly influenced by efforts to grow their trust. Customer trust in a bank is an invaluable asset for the bank, because trust is seen as the basis for the relationship between the bank and the customer. The purpose of this study was to determine whether service quality, product attribute, brand image and product quality simultaneously influence the customer trust of Bri Link users. In this study using primary data and secondary data, the research method used is accidental sampling, which is a sampling technique by chance, namely respondents who accidentally meet the researcher and can be used as samples if the person is suitable as the data source, with a total sample of 100 people. . The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results of research using the T test, it was found that service quality has a positive effect on customer trust for Brilink users, product attribute has no effect on customer trust for Brilink users, brand image has no effect on customer trust for Brilink users, and product quality has a positive effect on customer trust for Brilink users. From the F test, Service quality, product attribute, brand image and product quality together have a positive effect on the customer trust of Brilink users. Keywords- Service Quality, Product Attribute, Brand Image and Product Quality Customer Trust Abstrak Dunia perbankan merupakan suatu bisnis dimana dalam melakukan kegiatannya berdasarkan kepercayaan. Hal tersebut membuat masyarakat harus benar-benar menyeleksi dan memilih bank yang tepat untuk menginvestasikan uang yang dimilikinya. Keberhasilan suatu bank dalam mempengaruhi calon nasabah dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menggunakan produk ataupun layanan yang disediakan oleh bank sangat dipengaruhi oleh upaya menumbuhkan kepercayaan mereka. Kepercayaan nasabah terhadap suatu bank merupakan suatu asset yang tidak ternilai bagi bank tersebut, sebab kepercayaan dipandang sebagai dasar dalam hubungan antara bank dengan nasabah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah service quality, product attribute, brand image dan product quality berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap customer trust pengguna bri link. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling merupakan teknik penentuan sampel secara kebetulan, yaitu responden yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dan dapat dijadikan sampel apabila orang tersebut cocok sebagai sumber data, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji homogenitas. Pengujian model analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F dan R determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji T diperoleh bahwa service quality berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink, product attribute tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink, brand image tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink, dan product quality berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink. Dari uji F Service quality, product attribute, brand image dan product quality secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink.

The financial ratios used in this study are 3 namely the ratio of independence, efficiency ratio, and effectiveness ratio. This research is quantitative descriptive. Object of research is Banjarrejo Village, Batanghari Regency. The research was conducted using data from village income and expenditure budget 2019 and 2020. The results show that the performance of the Banjarrejo Village Government from this aspect independence is still so low. whereas from the effectiveness of the performance in 2019 and 2020 it has been very effective as well as the efficiency aspect which is considered to be still less efficient in 2019 and 2020.Keywords: Village Government, Village Financial Independence, Effectiveness and Efficiency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of technology perceptions and risk perceptions on the trust of M-Banking users. This type of research is quantitative research with the data used is field data (field research). Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to 85 students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Metro, which were taken using the formula from Slovin. Research data analysis was carried out using quantitative data analysis by testing instrument requirements, requirements analysis and hypotheses. The results showed that the technology perception variable obtained a t-count value of 1.428 <t-table (0.165) and a significance value of 0.006 <0.05, then H1 was accepted, which means technology perception had a greater and more significant effect on user trust, while the risk perception variable obtained t-value of 1.328 <t-table (0.165) and a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, then H2 is accepted, which means that risk perception has a significant effect on user trust. So that technology perceptions and risk perceptions have a simultaneous effect on trust in the use of m-banking Keywords: Perception of Technology, Perception of Risk, User Trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work ability and work environment together on employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Central Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research. Data obtained from the results of a questionnaire given to 28 respondents, namely employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Central Lampung. The analysis technique used is Data Requirements Testing, Analysis Requirements Testing and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that the Compensation Variable (X1) has a value of t count (4.040) greater than t table (2.013) or it can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 <a = 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so the compensation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Providing satisfactory compensation will make employees excited and enthusiastic at work. This of course will give a better performance effect. Workability variable (X2) has a value of t (2.830) greater than t table (2.013) or can be seen from the significance value of 0.001 <a = 0.05. Therefore, Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, so that Job Ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. When employees are responsive in doing the work they are assigned to, it will have an impact on the resulting performance in accordance with company standards. Work Environment variable (X3) has a value of t (2.218) greater than t table (2.013) or it can be seen from the significance value of 0.028 <a = 0.05. Therefore, Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, so the Work Environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was used to determine the role of Village Owned Enterprises as an effort to increase village original income at Bumi Raharjo Village Owned Enterprises, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung. Village owned enterprises (BUMDES) are village business institutions managed by the community and village government in an effort to strengthen the village economy and are formed based on the needs and potential of the village. BUMDES is a pillar of economic activity in the village that functions as a social institution (social institution) and commercial (commercial institution). The type of research used is quantitative research with a comparative research approach with paired sample t-test which aims to determine the role of Village Owned Enterprises in efforts to increase village original income before and after the existence of BUMDES. After conducting the research, it shows that Village Owned Enterprises as an effort to increase village original income at Bumi Raharjo Village Owned Enterprises, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung, play a role in efforts to increase village original income. One new approach that is expected to be able to stimulate and move the economy in rural areas is through the establishment of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) which are fully managed by village communities. This economic institution must be based on the desire of the village community, which departs from the potential that is managed properly in order to increase Village Original Income (PADES). Abstract

Berdasarkan temuan lapangan, didapatkan permasalahan yang terjadi adalahmasih rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan perusahaan belumsepenuhnya mampu mendayagunakan potensi sumber daya manusia yangdimiliki. Realisasi hasil mutu produksi terhadap target yang ditetapkanperusahaan rata-rata mengalami fluktuasi serta menunjukkan lebih banyak tidaktercapainya target hasil produksi. Kendala-kendala tersebut dapat mempengaruhimenurunya kinerja karyawan terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerjakaryawan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jenis penelitianexplanatory survey, dan motivasi, kepribadian, budaya sebagai variabel bebasdan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikatnya. Teknik penentuan sampelnyaadalah accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi,wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t (parsial)menunjukan nilai dari pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yaituthitung>ttabel (3,837 1,992), dan nilai dari pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kinerjakaryawan yaitu thitung > ttabel (6,905 1,992) kemudian nilai dari pengaruh budayaterhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu thitung > ttabel (5,121 1,992). Sedangkan padaperhitungan nilai R square kemampuan variabel bebas dalam menjelaskanvarians dari variabel terikat adalah sebesar 70%, yang artinya terdapat 30%varians variabel terikat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengandemikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikanmotivasi, kepribadian dan budaya terhadap kinerja karyawan.
