<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the understanding of legal policies on bullying in education in junior high schools. This research is an analysis of the study of policies that regulate bullying. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive based on research sources and the development of experts and legal experts. All data collected is data derived from the results of expert analysis that is developed and adapted to the current situation. The data analysis process used is qualitative data analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that children's development without strong monitoring and assistance will result in children easily falling or being affected by self-motivation without any boundaries that they understand and fear. Children in the immature category without sufficient experience will be able to feel okay by committing bullying behavior. The lack of understanding of students and children towards the provisions and policies of the law that regulates bullying makes children or students feel uncontrolled in committing bullying or as a victim of bullying]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the practicality of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo. The purpose of this study was to determine the specifications of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo; knowing the practicality of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo. This research uses a mixed method approach, namely by combining two qualitative methods and quantitative methods. This research was conducted at MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo, with grade VI teachers and 18 students as research subjects. Observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation are data collection methods. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis are two methods of data analysis. The results showed that pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in a very practical category. Based on teacher interviews and student questionnaires, the practicality test resulted in a score of 85.6% with a very practical category. Pop up book teaching materials can be used in learning on this basis]]>

<![CDATA[This research analyzes Becky Kennedy's use of hedges and boosters in the TED Talk "The Single Most Important Parenting Strategy." The aim is to describe the types of hedges and boosters used by Kennedy and determine the most frequently occurring categories. A qualitative descriptive method was used with data collection through visual perception of the talk show. The steps of data collection included: 1) searching for and downloading the TED Talk and its transcript, 2) watching the talk show repeatedly, 3) converting the Word document into Txt format, and 3) importing the transcript into AntConc.exe. The analysis technique used was content analysis using the following steps: 1) examining the text containing the words hedges and boosters, 2) classifying the types of hedges and boosters, 3) presenting the data in tables, 4) analyzing using Hyland's (1998) theory, 5) drawing conclusions. The results showed that Kennedy tended to use words in the modal verb category in hedges and boosters and indicated the dominance of Kennedy's use of modal verbs in strengthening or doubting his arguments in the speech.]]>

<![CDATA[Corruption has become a serious problem that undermines the foundations of morals and society. Corruption is not only economically damaging, but also threatens the integrity of the nation and state. Combating corruption is not only the task of the government, but also requires the active role of the community from all social layers, especially the younger generation who are the future successors of the nation. This study aims to determine the importance of instilling Pancasila values to fortify the younger generation from acts of corruption. The research was conducted using a qualitative case study method. Information was collected through observation of documents from scientific articles by entering keywords: Pancasila, corruption, young generation. The data analysis technique used is inferential, by generalizing the information obtained and processing the information to more specific information. The results of this study show the importance of instilling Pancasila values as the key to forming anti-corruption characters in the younger generation to achieve the ideals of the country]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find and understand the strategies needed in shaping / developing effective and efficient Indonesian Education Innovations in the industrial era 4.0. so that the Indonesian nation can prepare human resources who are ready to compete in the world, Indonesian society is prosperous and fully independent. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study type method, namely by obtaining data from data sources from scientific journals, scientific articles, e-books taken from the website: Google Scholar, Research Gate, OSC, and journals from certain universities. These data sources were taken by paying attention to the keywords of educational innovation, industrial revolution 4.0, efficient and effective educational innovation. After that, information that is revelant with this research is taken. The result of this research is that there are 5 ways that are strategic values to organize innovation: Basic education, namely family education and focusing on forming good character, nature and work ethic. <![CDATA[Teamwork in the management of Islamic education in the digital era is the focus in this research. This study aims to analyze effective methods and strategies in developing teamwork in Islamic educational institutions. A qualitative approach was used by conducting in-depth interviews and observations of Islamic education management teams in several institutions. Data analysis is carried out in depth using qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that cooperation skills training, multidisciplinary team building, use of collaborative platforms, community engagement, and regular evaluations were key factors in improving teamwork. These findings make an important contribution to practical understanding in the management of Islamic education in the digital age, as well as provide practical recommendations for educational institutions to improve teamwork and quality of education.]]>

<![CDATA[Informatics subjects with algorithm and programming material are new materials taught in Junior High School in the Merdeka Curriculum. This study aims to analyze the influence of learning motivation from student learning readiness on the application of material in schools. In this study using scratch applications with Arduino as a medium for applying learning. The type of research used in this study is associative research with quantitative methods. The study population was grading VII students with a sample of 23 people. The type of research instrument is a questionnaire that is analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program-assisted path analysis. The research results obtained, namely physical readiness, mental readiness, and learning completeness, did not have a significant enough effect because students already had them; only basic knowledge had an effect because students did not know about algorithms and programming material]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to analyze open government bibliometrics in the education sector. Education is one of the most popular fields in open government. This research uses a qualitative approach with bibliometric analysis methods. The data used is secondary, obtained from the Scopus database. Data was collected using Publish or Perish with the keyword education sector open government. The data obtained was then selected using OpenRefine and analyzed using VOSviewer to obtain a bibliometric map generated from keywords throughout the paper. Based on the results of this research, there have been 160 papers in the last 51 years. The first open government paper on the education sector was published in 1972. There are 17634 citations, 75 h-index, and 126 g-index, which shows this paper has high impact and productivity. In this paper, there are 153 keywords grouped into 13 clusters. From these keywords, 1878 total link strengths and 663 occurrences were obtained. The keywords that dominate this paper are open policy making, social auditing, open contracting, and open budgeting. This shows that open government studies in the education sector focus on these issues.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to delve deeper into the concept of leadership in Islam based on the verses of the Quran and the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), as well as to determine the criteria that must be met by a leader in accordance with the teachings of Islam. The research methodology employed is textual analysis of the Quranic verses and hadiths related to this theme. This study highlights the importance of leadership based on the principles of Islam in carrying out the responsibility of leading the community. The results of the analysis indicate that the Quran and the sayings of the Prophet contain numerous guidelines regarding the qualities that should be possessed by a good and trustworthy leader. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the concept of charitable motivation based on the Quran and hadith. This article uses a qualitative approach with the reivew literature method, which is a study conducted by analyzing various relevant sources including articles, books, and other documents. Research data collection is carried out through scientific articles published through Google Scholar. The articles used are articles published in the 2015–2024-time interval. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively by assuming data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Hasl data analysis shows that doing good deeds is not only in the form of material, but we can also do charity using what we have such as science or helping others who have both energy and mind, in doing charity must be based on sincere intentions and only hope for pleasure from Allah alone. A sincere person will not get any losses. In fact, sincerity can provide peace of mind, so that the heart is airy and peaceful. It is because his heart is only focused on one goal, which is the pleasure of Allah. The Qur'an and Hadith are the two main sources that motivate Muslims to do charity. The benefits of charity can not only be felt when we are in the world but also in the hereafter. The charity that we can do also varies from charity to others or charity to Allah SWT such as worshiping and avoiding all His prohibitions]]>
