Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMKN 7 Makassar. serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin secara simultan bepengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru SMKN 7 Makassar.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SMKN 7 Makassar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMKN 7 Makassar yang berjumlah 54 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier ganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien 0,374 dan sig = 0,000 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik peran pemimpin maka kinerja guru akan semakin baik. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien 0,310 dan sig = 0,004 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik motivasi kerja maka kinerja guru akan semakin baik. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien 0,301 dan sig = 0,008 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik disiplin kerja maka kinerja guru akan semakin baik.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja.

Abstract

The success level of an education process can be seen from the achievement level of students learning results. Learning results are influenced by several factors. One of the internal factors that can influence learning results is intelligence. The intelligence covers intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. The objectives of the research are to discover (i) the influence of intellectual intelligence on biologi learning results, (ii) the influence of emotional intelligence on biologi learning results, (iii) the influence of emotional intelligence on biologi learning results and (iv) the influence simultaneously of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on biologi learning results. The research employed quantitative approach with ex-post facto. The data of the research were collected throught questionnaire and documentation method. The data were processed and analyzed descriptively to describe intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and the student learning results. Inferential statistics analysis to test the hypothesis by using multiple regression analysis (with significant level α = 0,05) with the help of SPSS 22,1 for windows program.the results of the research showed that (i) there was influence of intellectual intelligence on biology learning results, (ii) there was influence of emotional intelligence on biology learning results, (iii) there was influence of spiritual intelligence on biology learning results, (iv) there was influence simulaneously of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on biology learning results.

Abstract

Kesehatan  balita merupakan masalah kesehatan   masyarakat yang pencegahannya tidak hanya dilakukan secara medis. Gangguan    kesehatan balita  mengakibatkan  adanya  gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan selanjutnya. Kader posyandu berperan dalam memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan Balita melalui KMS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran kader posyandu dengan pertumbuhan Balita usia 6-59 Bulan di Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik menggunakan desain cross sectional yang telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2023 di Puskesmas Benu-benua Kecamatan Kendari Barat dan Puskesmas Nambo Kecamatan Nambo Kota Kendari Sulawesi Tenggara yang telah melibatkan 120 ibu yang memiliki balita dengan kriteria inklusi Ibu balita yang komunikatif, Ibu dengan balita berumur 6-59 bulan. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi Square bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antar variabel. Batas kemaknaan statistik yang dianggap signifikan adalah p-value ? 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji statistik ditemukan nilai signifikansi yang didapatkan adalah 0.000 > 0.05 kemudian untuk nilai chi-square yang didapatkan adalah sebesar 26.127 berarti Ho ditolak yang artinya ada korelasi antara peran kader terhadap pertumbuhan Balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Benu-Benua dan Puskesmas Nambo. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara peran kader posyandu dengan pertumbuhan Balita usia 6-59 Bulan di Kota Kendari.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the validity and practicality of a flipbook-based e-module with the theme Save Living Creatures for class VI SDN 525 Labembe. A type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. This research produced a product in the form of a flipbook-based e-module on material about saving living creatures in class VI at SDN 525 Labembe, Ponrang District, Luwu Regency and was validated by 3 validators. The language validator reached a percentage of 92% (very valid), the material validator reached 84.3% (very valid), and the design validator reached 96.8% (very valid) and the average of the three validations was 89.7% with the very category valid. The teacher's practicality test results were 91% (very practical) and the students' practicality test results were 85.50% (very practical). The media developed is included in the valid category, which means that the results obtained are a source of accurate and relevant information in accordance with the research objectives

Abstract

This study discusses the practicality of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo. The purpose of this study was to determine the specifications of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo; knowing the practicality of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo. This research uses a mixed method approach, namely by combining two qualitative methods and quantitative methods. This research was conducted at MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo, with grade VI teachers and 18 students as research subjects. Observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation are data collection methods. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis are two methods of data analysis. The results showed that pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in a very practical category. Based on teacher interviews and student questionnaires, the practicality test resulted in a score of 85.6% with a very practical category. Pop up book teaching materials can be used in learning on this basis

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of Project-Based Learning (PBL) integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) on the critical thinking skills of elementary school students in thematic learning. A quantitative design with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was used in this study. The collected data was collected using observation and tests. The data is collected and analyzed descriptively and inferentially using the SPSS Version 26 application. Data analysis begins with descriptive statistics, normality, and hypothesis tests. The results showed an influence of Project Based Learning integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math on the critical thinking skills of elementary school students. Through that learning, students' necessary thinking skills are provoked and trained so that students can define, formulate, argue, and also conclude in solving a problem.

Abstract

Currently, it is still rare to find teaching materials that are innovative and use technology, so they have an impact on decreasing student motivation and independence in learning. The purpose of this study was to describe the stages of developing teaching materials, determine the validity and practicality of the teaching materials produced and determine the level of independence of students after using these teaching materials. This type of research is research and development by adapting the 4D development model. The steps are Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects in this study were 16 fifth grade students and teachers at SD Negeri 173 Gaya Baru, Tellu Limpoe District, Bone Regency. The instruments used in this study were interview guidelines, validation sheets, student and teacher response questionnaires and learning independence questionnaires. The results showed that the resulting product was in the form of Flipbook teaching materials with the help of the Publuu application which was developed containing material in the form of reading materials, pictures, videos and evaluation through 3 stages of define, design and development. The data from the material expert validation results is 96.9% in the valid category and the media expert validation results are 76.6% which are in the valid category. In addition, the practicality test shows that the average student response is 89% and the teacher's response is 90.26% which is in a very high practicality category, so that it influences student learning independence. This flipbook-shaped teaching material makes a contribution to elementary schools for use in the learning process, because it is practical and flexible.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal berbasis literasi sains standar PISA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Makassar pada semester gasal tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Subjek penelitian 25 siswa kelas XI MIA 3. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen soal pilihan ganda sebanyak sepuluh butir soal pada tiga aspek literasi sains. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai perolehan tes literasi sains siswa sebesar 56% berada pada kategori rendah, dengan rincian rata-rata hasil perolehan pada tiap aspek yakni aspek proses sains sebesar 32% berada pada kategori rendah, aspek konten sains sebesar 44,8% berada pada kategori sedang, dan aspek konteks sains sebesar 35% berada pada kategori sedang. Penyebab rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal yakni siswa terburu-buru dalam menyelesaikan soal, kemampuan untuk memaknai bacaan masih rendah serta kemampuan untuk berpikir kritis masih rendah.

Abstract

Stunting is a malnutrition condition in children under five, characterized by delayed growth and inappropriate height. Environmental factors, such as nutrition, digestive infections, low birth weight, and poor environmental sanitation, indirectly impact the health of children under five, affecting their nutritional status. This research aims to determine the level of knowledge, ownership of toilets, and hand washing habits as factors for preventing stunting in the working area of the Ampibabo Community Health Center. The study used an analytical observational research with a case-control design, with 70 respondents consisting of mothers of babies and toddlers. The results showed a relationship between knowledge, latrine ownership, and hand washing habits and stunting incidence in babies and toddlers. This suggests that community health centers should provide regular and continuous assistance to cadres in providing education about stunting prevention at all levels of society, especially those without family toilets and without soap-washing habits.
