Abstract

This study presents a secondary analysis of the optimization of yellow rice and fried rice production at Ibu Hamina's shop using the linear programming method. Previously, optimization was carried out using a graphical method but did not conduct a sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of changes in production parameters on the optimal solution. The method used is a more sophisticated simplex method, while simultaneously conducting duality analysis to understand shadow prices and resource efficiency by evaluating the relationship between primal and dual problems, and evaluating the impact of changes in production parameters on optimal solutions by conducting sensitivity analysis. The results of this study show that the optimal solution is achieved by producing 7 packages of yellow rice and 3 packages of fried rice per week, resulting in a maximum profit of IDR 7,350,000.00 per week; which is IDR 1,050,000 higher than the results of previous research. The duality analysis shows the consistency of the optimal value between the primal and dual problems. The sensitivity analysis shows that small changes in parameters can affect the value of the objective function. This study shows that the simplex method is effective in optimizing the production of yellow rice and fried rice, providing a more significant maximum profit

Abstract

Students have difficulty understanding one of the materials in the science and science subject, namely the material on changes in the form of substances. The problem with this material is that students have difficulty understanding changes in substance form and examples of substance form changes. This research aims to produce animation video media for science science subjects in grade IV elementary school that is valid, practical, and effective. The type of research used is research and development (R&D), using the 4-D development model. The validity test was carried out by 3 validators, namely 1 material validator and 2 media validators. The practicality test was carried out on 27 fourth grade students of SD Negeri 05 Air Tawar Barat with the aim of finding out the practicality and effectiveness of the product. The validation results from the material expert validators obtained an average of 4.83 with the category of "very valid". The results of the assessment of 2 media validators obtained an average of 4.81 with the category of "very valid". The results of the media practicality test obtained an average score of 4.48 with the category of "very valid". The results of the effectiveness test using classical completeness showed that of the 27 students who completed it, there were 23 students with a percentage of 85% exceeding the classical completeness requirement, namely ≥ 75% of students who completed their learning outcomes. Based on the results of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests, it can be concluded that the resulting animation video media is feasible and effective so that it can be used in elementary school grade IV science subjects

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how students' mathematical problem-solving ability is based on self-confidence in the material of the Two-Variable Linear Equation System. This study uses a qualitative method in the form of case study research. The subjects of this study are 2 students who have low, medium, and high self-confidence. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection techniques in this study use measurement techniques, direct communication techniques, and indirect communication techniques. Data analysis techniques by describing the results of student answers and categorizing the level of student self-confidence. The average results of the self-confidence group were high with mathematical problem-solving skills in questions 1, 3 and 5 with an average of 8.5, problem number 2 with an average of 6.5, number 4 with an average of 7, and an average total score of 39 with an average score of 70.91. The average results of the self-confidence group were moderate with mathematical problem-solving skills in question number 1 with an average of 10, questions number 2 and 3 with an average of 8.5, number 4 with an average of 9, number 5 with an average of 5.5, and an average total score of 41.5 with an average score of 75.45. The average result of the self-confidence group was low with mathematical problem-solving skills in question number 1 with an average of 7, question number 2, question number 3, question number 4, question number 5 with a total score of 27 with a score of 49.09

Abstract

This article aims to find out the history of the development of the three great Islamic kingdoms in the Middle Ages. This article uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method. This method is intended to examine various sources relevant to the focus of this research. The main sources of research data are scientific books and articles published in various scientific journals and indexed on the google scholar database. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research findings show that three important Islamic empires were created in the late 15th and early 16th centuries: the Ottoman Empire in Turkey, the Mughal Empire in India, and the Safavid Empire in Persia. The three important Kingdoms seem to focus their sights more on the democratic tradition of Islam and build an absolute empire. Almost every aspect of general life was carried out with systematic and bureaucratic precision and various kingdoms developed an elaborate administration. These three great kingdoms seemed to revive the glory of Islam after the collapse of the Abbasids. However, the progress made during the three great kingdoms is different from the progress made during the classical Islamic period

Abstract

This article aims to find out the thought of emanation and its relationship to modern science. The results of the analysis show that the philosophical basis of the concept of emanation is the desire to avoid God from the pluralist nature in order to purify the oneness of God from all material things. The creation of the cosmos with the theory of emanation will confirm the opinion that this realm is qadim in the sense that it experiences continuous creation with different faces and shapes. It is not qadim in the sense that it is equal to God the creator who is qadim in nature. The theory of emanation in the world of modern science finds its relevance in the Big Bang theory which says that nature is created from a big bang process that begins with a heating process so that it develops until it emits a loud sound
