<![CDATA[This study aims to (1) analyze factors that cause stress in the workplace (stressor) that occured in Mbah Suro's restaurant, (2) analyze the impact of work stress towards business performance at Mbah Suro's restaurant. This study used qualitative descriptive research method with case studies. Data were collected through interview and observation. In this study, data testing was carried out using triagulation. Stress in the workplace which occurred at Mbah Suro's restaurant business emerged from internal and external environmental factors. The internal factor of work stress experienced by business owners derived from the employees. While, the external factors of work stress acquired from consumers, competitors, local governments, and natural disasters such as pandemics, as well as role conflicts. It is expected that this study results could contribute to restaurant business owners to manage work stress management professionally, which will impact on the business performance. Further studies need to be carried out by using different methodologies in measuring and analyzing stress in the workplace.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT. Jasa Raharja in 2017 to 2021. The population in this study is the company's annual financial statements, while the sample used is the company's financial statements from 2017 to 2021. The data collection technique in this study is by means of documentation, then it will be analyzed using ratios. liquidity which consists of Current Ratio, Cash Ratio and solvency ratio which consists of Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability ratio consists of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) which then measures financial health using the Risk Based Capital method. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio where the Cash Ratio is still below the standard ratio, which means the company is less able to pay its short-term obligations using existing cash, but the company is still able to pay its short-term debt using its current assets and the solvency ratio is above the standard ratio in general, which means the company's finances are quite good in meeting long-term debt and for profitability ratios where the Return on Assets is still below the standard ratio, which means the company is less efficient in managing its assets to generate profits but in terms of Return on Equity the company has been able to manage capital owned to earn a profit, while Risk Based Capital shows the company's financial performance from 2017 to 2021 is quite good.]]>

<![CDATA[Every organization must have a leader with diverse characteristics and styles for guiding employees and organizations. The style and attitude of a leader is the method by which he or she can direct other individuals or a group to achieve specific objectives. This study aims to determine the presence and absence of the influence of the leadership style of the work environment and communication on the performance of employees of the West Labuhan Haji Sub-district office. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely by using a method through distributing questionnaires to sub-district office employees as respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out through deepening, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies, the sempel used in this study was all employees of the West Labuhan Haji Sub-district Office. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of leadership style and work environment as well as communication has a significant effect on the level of performance achievement of employees of the West Labuhan Haji Sub-district Office.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a research that aims to find out how the effect of office facilities on work motivation of Herlang Health Center employees, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Herlang Health Center, totaling 86 employees. The technique for determining the sample used a saturated sample, namely all employees of the Herlang Health Center, totaling 86 employees, were sampled. There are 2 variables in this study, namely the independent variable of office facilities (X) and the dependent variable of work motivation (Y). Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, and documentation. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS 21 (statistical package for social sciences) as a tool. The results of research that has been carried out at the Herlang Health Center, Bulukumba Regency, the data obtained from research findings that there is a significant influence between office facilities on employee motivation at Herlang Health Center is 73.7%]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and work environment on work productivity of Borobudur Conservation Center employees during the pandemik. This research is a quantitative research with a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling, where the researcher takes a number of respondents who are used as samples with certain criteria and considerations so that 34 respondents are obtained as (PNS) from the population which includes all employees of the Borobudur Conservation Center as many as 100 people. In the data analysis test, the author uses multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results of the analysis were obtained based on the t test (partial) the results obtained if partially the motivational variable had no effect on work productivity, while the compensation variable and work environment variables had a partial effect on work productivity. For the results of the F test, the variables of motivation, compensation and work environment simultaneously affect the work productivity of Borobudur Conservation Center employees with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and also obtained a value of Fcount 25.159 > Ftable 2.91.]]>

This research method uses a descriptive approach that describes phenomena that occur in the present or in the past with data collection techniques, namely direct interviews with business owners and interviewing people who are really involved in the problems of this research, as well as taking various information. from the internet with credible sources. The results of this study show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between Supply Chain Management and business performance at the Adi Amir Truck Workshop.]]>

<![CDATA[The research that the researcher uses aims to determine the effect of the use and utilization of the e-commerce marketing system on the performance of MSMEs. One of the methods that researchers use is descriptive qualitative method. This method uses data collection techniques which include observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The subject of this research is 1 MSME actor who has 3 branches in Magelang City. This study shows that there are two impacts or influences from the use or utilization of e-commerce marketing systems, namely positive impacts and negatif impacts. The positive impact of this business can be accessed anytime and anywhere, and provides convenience in the transaction process. Another positive influence is that it can make it easier to do promotions, so that it can help the communication system with customers more effectively. In addition, it can also access the global market which of course can increase turnover from sales. The negatif impact or influence is that if the goods ordered are damaged, or not in accordance with the wishes of the consumer, the MSME is given a bad rating. of course it will harm the store or MSME.]]>

<![CDATA[Coffee shop businessmen are the group that has had a huge impact during this Covid-19 pandemic. This makes them have to survive by looking for various ways in order to survive without loss and can continue to attract consumers. In the world of entrepreneurship, the main goal is not only how consumers buy their products but how their products are able to continue to compete with competitors and consumers make repeat purchases. One way to survive during this Covid-19 pandemic is to maintain a brand image that is already owned and attached by consumers. Brand image is an important factor that drives consumers to choose the product. Not only by maintaining a brand image, factors such as facilities can also be a factor that needs to be taken into account by coffee shop entrepreneurs because consumer convenience is an important factor. The object in this study is the Oasis Coffee Shop, where the Oasis Coffee Shop is still able to compete during the Covid-19 pandemic with the ability to maintain a brand image on its boba products and the facilities it has provide convenience for its consumers so that it can influence consumers to make repeat purchases. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative where data collection uses questionnaires and interviews with 30 consumers of the Oasis Coffee Shop. The results of this study indicate that the variable brand image and facilities affect repurchase intention.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to assess the financial performance of the Magelang Regency government using financial ratio analysis based on the Realization Report of the Magelang Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the 2018-2020 Fiscal Year. The data collection method used is documentary. In the analytical approach, a quantitative approach is used by calculating the Regional Financial Independence Index, PAD Performance Index and Regional Financial Performance Index. Based on the results of measurements and analyses of regional financial performance, it is possible to conclude that the Magelang Government's independence in terms of financial capabilities remains very low in order to meet the region's, government's, development, and social development needs. As a result, Magelang Regency's level of effectiveness and efficiency in regional financial management is classified as less effective. The Magelang Regency Spending Efficiency Ratio for 2018-2020 demonstrates that the Magelang Regency Government is perceived to have squandered its budget.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of budget absorption at the Education and Culture Office of West Aceh Regency. The scope taken by the author is the education budget for 2017 – 2022. The research analysis used is an analysis of effectiveness. The results showed that the level or criteria for the effectiveness of budget absorption at the Education and Culture Office of West Aceh Regency in 2017-2021 had varying effectiveness criteria. The highest level of effectiveness in 2017 and the lowest occurred in 2021. Furthermore, in 2017 the effectiveness criteria were very effective, in 2018 to 2021 the effectiveness criteria were effective. This shows that the effectiveness of budget absorption that has been budgeted has been well implemented by the Education and Culture Office of West Aceh Regency, for a period of 5 (five) years from quite effective to very effective.
