Abstract

Current pandemic transition period is an opportunity for MSME to increase consumer purchasing power, and the creative economy may help MSME recover revenue since it is based on ideas and creativity, which can assist MSME in overcoming difficult conditions such as the COVID-19. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the creative economy on UMKM's selling power during the covid-19 transition phase. This study utilized a qualitative research methodology that incorporated both primary and secondary data sources, interview data collection procedures, and a literature review. Five informants were interviewed; all of them are micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) actors who utilize the creative economy to operate their firms. The city of Tasikmalaya serves as the location of research. Several features of the creative economy can have a positive effect on the recovery of purchasing power throughout the transition period, as shown in the information collected.

Abstract

The world, including one of Indonesia's countries, is currently facing the era of revolution 4.0. A person's success can be seen from the success of the industry that is being developed in this 4.0 era. The success that is owned by a person is also based on the leadership attitude possessed by an identity leader of the company. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in dealing with the driving factors in the 4.0 revolution era. This type of article is written using qualitative research using literature studies. The literature study carried out in writing this article includes analysis and also studies related to books, articles, journals, or other relevant sources that are continuous with the title. The findings reveal that there are four leadership-type models in facing the 4.0 revolution, including Social Supers, or commitment to do good, Data-Driven Decisives, namely the decision-making process based on data, Disruption Drivers in the form of the courage to make decisions for the long term by considering trends that will occur in the future. Then Talent Champions, which is the process of developing talent or human resources that are ready to use and able to survive disruption.

Abstract

The existence of a new economic wave in current economic activities is transforming the former economic order. The economic growth makes economic activities more productive as a result of people's easy participation in economic activities. Ideas, knowledge, information, and technology are factors that make it easier for people to use the new economic tide as a livelihoods. One of the perceived effects of the new economy is that of the culinary operations on street food in Tasikmalaya City. The new economic wave directly impacts their business behavior in determining appropriate strategies in sales. A method of study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, create descriptive and systematic summaries, and draw conclusions based on data obtained through various information sources, such as observation, interviews, and previous research reports. The results of this study prove that culinary behavior on the street food in tasikmalaya city impacts the existence of a new economic wave through the adjustment to sales strategies, such as products, price, location, quality of service, and promotion. It is marked by a variety of factors from the new economic wave that is felt and applied to the street food industry in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perpection of the use of Mobile banking on the ease of transactions. The method used is qualitative descriptive method with a Technology Acceptence Model (TAM) approach. The data collection in this study used a questionnaire users who had been selected as samples. This reseacrh was conducted based on several indicators including to determine the perception of use, benefits and ease of use Mobile banking in transactions, interest in transaction using Mobile banking and perceptions of risk in the use of mobile banking. The result reveal that in the perception of use, many respondents know and use Mobile banking applications in transactions, and can provide benefits, convenience, and risk that occur.

Abstract

After more than 2 years, Indonesia was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, along with the decline in Covid-19 cases and a transition period, namely the easing of policies issued by the government aimed at starting the national economy. In this transition period, creative MSME actors must continue to struggle and take advantage of opportunities so that the business they run can survive and even develop. This study intends to find out how much impact and utilization it has on the creative economy, both creative economy products and policies issued by the government during the Covid-19 transition period. This research or research uses a qualitative approach. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data, secondary data was obtained through interviews, while secondary data to strengthen the first data used journal articles, and trusted websites, namely government sites. This study shows that there are various impacts of the creative economy on the sustainability of MSMEs in this transition period, both from policies and products that are the goals of MSME development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Enjoying a movie at a cinema may be an exciting experience for people who are enthusiastic about wide-screen motion pictures. This study seeks to examine Generation Z's perception of online applications for purchasing movie tickets. A total of ten respondents from Generation Z were surveyed regarding online applications for purchasing movie tickets. The researcher employs a qualitative descriptive method, while the model employed in this test is a technology-accepted model (TAM). The findings of this study indicate that the availability of an online cinema ticket booking application for generation z is seen as highly successful and advantageous, despite the presence of hurdles.

Abstract

TikTok is an application that is currently very popular with the public. This study aims to determine how Generation Z's perception of the TikTok Shop feature on the TikTok application is. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis of various conditions obtained from the results of interviews with the distribution of questionnaires in the form of google form. The sample in this study was 30 respondents. The indicators used are based on the technology accepted model (TAM) with indicators of perceived ease of use of technology, perceived benefits of technology and perceived risk to determine a person's behavioral intentions in using technology. The results indicate that generation Z has a perception of convenience showing 90% of generation Z agrees that the TikTok Shop feature provides a lot of convenience in its use, the perception of benefits shows that 85.56% of generation Z agrees that the TikTok Shop feature provides benefits for transaction activities, the perception of risk shows that 93.35% of Generation Z thinks that the TikTok Shop feature has little risk in its use. It can be concluded that Generation Z in utilizing the TikTok Shop feature is influenced by the perception of benefits, the perception of convenience and the perception of risk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk in 2016 to 2020 and to find out whether or not there is a difference between the EVA value produced by the company before the 2016-2019 pandemic and during the 2020 pandemic. The population in this study is the company's annual financial report, while The sample used is the company's balance sheet and income statement. The data collection technique in this study is user documentation, then it will be analyzed using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method, which consists of the calculation of NOPAT, Invested Capital, WACC, Capital Charge, and EVA which is then tested using the Kruskal Wallis H Test method. The results of this study indicate that the company's EVA value from 2016 to 2020 continues to be positive, so it can be said that there is an economic added value to the company. Then, based on the Kruskal Wallis H Test by producing the Asymp value. Sig. of 0.157 (p > 0.05), it can be said that there is no difference in the EVA value generated by the company in the period before the 2016-2019 pandemic with the period during the 2020 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective the use of the M-TIX and TIX ID applications in purchasing cinema tickets among students is. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method and data collection is carried out by survey using a questionnaire via google form. There were as many as 50 students as samples in this study. The results showed that as many as 98% of respondents knew about the M-TIX and TIX ID applications, 100% of respondents agreed that the M-TIX and TIX ID applications were useful to use, and on the effectiveness aspect, 100% of respondents agreed that the M-TIX and TIX applications were useful. TIX ID is effective in purchasing cinema tickets. Hence, it can be concluded that according to students the M-TIX and TIX ID applications are effective for use in purchasing tickets at the cinema.

Abstract

The culinary business is the thing that is most in demand by people of all ages, be it before the emergence of the covid-19 pandemic, the era of the covid-19 pandemic and post-pandemic or commonly called the new adaptation era. Currently, culinary is never empty of fans because it is related to food. The advantages of this sector in addition to the potential to get big profits, but also very many choices, especially if the actors in the culinary business have high creativity. In this new adaptation era, many changes have occurred in terms of the creative industry in the culinary sector. This writing aims to find out changes in people's behavior towards the culinary sector in the new adaptation era by connecting the causes and effects of the covid-19 pandemic by describing the steps regarding what things are done by culinary business people. The method used is descriptive qualitative method which explains systematically and factually. The results of the study show that the current behavior of people in the culinary sector actually follows the flow of habits that occurred before, such as the emergence of creative, innovative, and practical ideas. Therefore, in a business, especially culinary, it is necessary to update every innovation so that it can become value added to the attractiveness of consumers or society.
